The ITV2 star, is already a mum to two-year-old daughter Lucia, whom she shares with her jailbird boyfriend Billy Webb, and opened a box full of pink items to let slip she would be adding another female to the fold.
Yet despite the exciting event, she has told how the little girl will be her last.
The Love Island personality has now insisted: 'I think something I'm certain on is that I'm two and done.
"My boyfriend has already suggested we have one more after this and I couldn't be further against the idea!
"I think that it will be my last."
She added to Card Player: "My second pregnancy was going really well until heartburn decided to kick me in the backside!
"What annoys me is that I don't have it during the day, but the second I get into bed at night it becomes hell on earth.
Love Island's Shaughna Phillips announces she's pregnant with baby number two and says daughter will be 'best big sister'
'Other than that though, I can't really complain – I've generally had an easy pregnancy.
"It's just looking after another toddler and heartburn at the minute which is providing the biggest challenges."
When asked about how she felt about welcoming a second child into the family, Shaughna added: "I'm nervous for another little one in the house!
"I always think that my little daughter won't ever remember a time where it was just me and her in the house ever again.
Love Island All Stars Samie Elishi and Grace Jackson Feud
LOVE Island's Samie Elishi and Grace Jackson locked horns in the All Stars villa - yet what's the situation?
Samie Elishi told how she had confronted Grace Jackson at The BRITs after the ITV2 alum claimed she was the "snakiest" in the villa.
It came after the pair had tried to avoid each other when partying with the same friends.
Samie 's arrival in the Love Island spin-off this year sparked issues between Grace and partner Luca Bish, 25.
Samie entered the ITV2 compound and proceeded to blow up the villa's strongest couple as she admitted to fancying Brighton lad Luca, before whisking him off on a date.
Stirring up the drama further after her arrival, Samie promptly referred to the secret DMs she shared with Luca in the real world.
Yet the pair felt no connection and Samie was swiftly dumped from the villa days later.
Grace was then said to have revealed her "true feelings" about Samie as she appeared to smirk during her eviction.
"I remember being an only child and it was great – it was the best seven years of my life.
'I'm trying to ignore tips and advice from other mums with two kids because they always imply it's going to be so hard – so ignorance is bliss!
"It's too late in the day now to do anything about it anyway!'
Shaughna's partner Billy was jailed in 2023 on drugs charges.
BABY REVEAL
In addition to her recent Instagram reveal, which saw two of her pregnancy tests show positive, she has dished the detail on her expanding family and her due date.
She told MirrorOnline: "We're so happy to announce we are adding to our little family.
"Lucia is going to be the best big sister and is really excited to have a new baby brother or sister arrive later this year."
In her clip, her two-year-old, who she shares with her boyfriend Billy, could be seen donning a white T-Shirt emblazoned with the phrase "big sis."
Little Lucia was seen eating food in her pushchair before she hopped out and swirled around, giving a glimpse at the words: "In my big sister era," printed on the back.
The baby news came as a huge surprise to followers of the matchmaking show star.
Just hours prior to her huge news, she had uploaded before and after snaps of her weight loss and 14-month body transformation.
Shaughna had repeatedly clapped back at suggestions she's used fat jabs to achieve her new figure - opened up on "dropping a few dress sizes."

National treasure Joanna Lumley, 79, is still raking in an astronomical figure each week as she joins the cast of Netflix's horror comedy-drama
National treasure Joanna Lumley is still raking in around £10,000-a-week aged 79. The hugely popular TV and film star has just snagged a role in the second series of Netflix 's horror comedy-drama Wednesday. The star, best known for her outrageous portrayal of Patsy Stone in the 90s sitcom Absolutely Fabulous alongside Jennifer Saunders, has since been involved in a variety of major projects. The former model, author and activist has featured in a number of successful films such as Paddington 2 and The Wolf of Wall Street, as well as popular UK series like Fool Me Once and Motherland, plus its spin-off Amandaland. And her hard-work is reflected in the books of her production firm Chrysolite Enterprises Ltd. Latest accounts show she earned £500,000 in 2024 in paid herself a £252,000 dividend. The firm also retains cash in its coffers of £686,000. Lumley will join the cast of the hit show as none other than Wednesday Addams' (played by Jenna Ortega) Grandma Hester Frump. She is described as Morticia Addams' (Catherine Zeta-Jones) 'formidable mother and the fabulously wealthy mogul behind Frump Mortuaries', one of the most successful companies in America. With this teaser in mind, it's speculated that Morticia will be clashing with her mother in the upcoming series. 'Hester is calculated in everything she does, from running her empire to managing her family's legacy,' say show makers. A first glimpse of Joanna's Wednesday transformation has been unveiled ahead of the second series launch, and she appears as striking as ever sporting a gothic fitted black gown and theatrical upswept hairstyle. She won't be the sole new addition when the new season kicks off, as Joanna will be accompanied by Thandiwe Newton portraying psychiatrist Dr Rachael Fairburn, Steve Buscemi as Principal Dort and Billie Piper taking on the role of music instructor Isadora Capri. Lady Gaga is also expected to feature in Wednesday as an educator named Rosaline Rotwood, though no preview shots of the superstar have emerged as of yet. It comes after Joanna insisted that she hasn't had a career but simply worked to earn enough money to 'keep herself alive'. Joanna has insisted that she hasn't had a career but simply worked to earn enough money to 'keep herself alive' (pictured with Jennifer Saunders in Absolutely Fabulous the movie) The star brushed aside the notion that her path to success as an actress was carefully planned, instead noting that she had no idea of her 'destiny' as she went from role to role. She was certain though that she just 'loved' to act and didn't enter this 'precarious profession' for the fame or 'stardom'. Speaking to the Radio Times about her vocation, Joanna explained: 'I've had no career – I was trying to earn money to keep myself alive. I've never had any idea of a destiny or where my career would go and I have never ever asked myself, "Will this damage my career?" I loved acting, so that was going to be my chosen thing. 'We actors just wanted to get to be better actors, and we wanted to work so we could pay the rent. We weren't longing for stardom. 'We're jobbing actors and we're no different, really, from painters and decorators. It's a precarious profession at the best of times and I've just done anything to keep my head above water.'
