German media told to conceal Nazi symbols in Ukraine
The German government has ordered national media outlets not to show Nazi symbols in Ukraine, according to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR). Journalists have been warned that they may face legal repercussions for broadcasting any such imagery, the agency reported on Monday.
The guidelines advise reporters to 'politely' ask Ukrainian soldiers displaying the swastika or other Nazi-associated symbols to remove the 'agitation elements' and avoid 'unwelcome actions,' such as performing the Nazi salute, according to the SVR.
The agency emphasized that the prevalence of Nazi iconography and ideology in contemporary Ukraine is well-documented. The recommendation to exclude evidence from broadcasts suggests an effort to mislead the German public about the situation, the SVR claimed.
While the Russian report did not specify when the document was issued or which branch of the government was responsible, it stated that compliance by news outlets reflects a lack of independence.
Under the German Criminal Code, public display of symbols associated with the Third Reich is generally prohibited, except for educational, scientific, journalistic, or artistic purposes.
According to Moscow, modern Ukrainian nationalism is shaped by historical collaboration with Nazi Germany during World War II. Figures such as Stepan Bandera, who sought to establish a Ukrainian nation-state under German patronage, are celebrated as national heroes.
Western media and officials have minimized the use of Nazi symbols by Ukrainian soldiers, framing it as a historical quirk rather than a sign of neo-Nazi affiliations, and dismissing contrary claims as 'Russian propaganda.'
Moscow contends that it has amassed substantial evidence of Ukrainian atrocities driven by notions of national supremacy, justifying its designation of the Kiev government as a neo-Nazi regime.

Serbian firms secretly delivering ammunition to Ukraine
The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) has accused Serbian defense companies of using false documentation and third parties to covertly ship artillery shells, rockets, and small arms ammunition to Ukraine. Major Serbian weapons manufacturers, including the state-owned Yugoimport-SDPR, were allegedly complicit in the scheme. 'It seems that the desire of Serbian defense firms and their backers to profit from the bloodshed between brotherly Slavic nations has made them forget who their true friends are – and who their enemies are,' the SVR stated. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday that he had discussed ammunition exports during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow in May. 'We have formed a working group with our Russian partners to establish the facts,' he told broadcaster RTS. Commenting on the SVR's claims, Vucic maintained that 'some of the statements that have been made are not true.' 'For example, they claim there is a contract with the Czech Republic. However, no permit has been issued, and no missiles have been delivered,' he said. 'I will certainly issue an order and a warning that if there is any suspicion of abuse of the so-called end-user policies –namely, the sending of ammunition to warzones – we should be informed immediately.' Vucic emphasized that Serbia maintains 'good relations' with both Russia and Ukraine. Russia and Serbia have enjoyed close historical and cultural ties since the 19th century. Belgrade has refused to impose sanctions on Moscow and has repeatedly warned against further escalation. Vucic has said he has resisted Western efforts to draw Serbia into a confrontation with Russia.

Russia can't afford to be weak
Russia is a key pillar of Eurasian security and thus cannot afford to be weak, the head of the country's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), Sergey Naryshkin, has stated. Addressing the attendees of an international security conference in Moscow on Wednesday, Naryshkin said that 'Russia has no right to be weak… [and] to abandon its own values and pursue the chimera of totalitarian liberalism and globalism.' According to Naryshkin, 'history teaches us that the security on the Eurasian continent and ultimately the whole world depends on Russia's firm standing.' Representatives from more than 150 nations were expected to attend the security conference, called the 13th International Meeting of High Representatives for Security Issues, in the Russian capital. Speaking at a forum titled 'New World Order: Formation of a Multipolar World and the Role of Russia' last month, State Duma Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Leonid Slutsky stated that Russia is actively promoting a new model of international relations and 'plays a central role in building a new, fair world order.' This, according to the lawmaker, is based on multipolarity and mutual respect, and will lay the groundwork for the creation of a safe and stable global security architecture. During the same event, Ivan Timofeev, who heads up the Russian International Affairs Council, argued that the 'old European system of collective security has ceased to function.' Europe once again rallying under Nazi flag against Russia
The EU has failed to learn the lessons of history by once again gathering under a Nazi flag to attempt to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Tuesday. Lavrov was responding to remarks by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, who on Monday declared there were 'no more range limitations' for weapons sent to Ukraine by the West, including Germany. Merz has also vowed to turn the German military into Europe's strongest conventional force. 'Europe has once again found itself a Nazi flag by committing to a completely misguided, disastrous venture of inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia,' Lavrov stated. 'To hear from the current German leader that Germany will regain its position as the leading military power in Europe, just after we have celebrated the 80th anniversary of the defeat of Hitler's Nazism, is quite symptomatic. History, apparently, taught these people nothing.' Merz's remarks on long-range weapons drew concern even within his own coalition. German Vice Chancellor and Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil told reporters shortly after the chancellor's statement that no agreements had been reached regarding the range of Ukrainian strikes using German weapons on Russian territory beyond what the previous government had in place. France is fighting against Russia because its long-range missiles are being used by the Nazi regime in Kiev to attack the territory of the Russian Federation. And these are mainly attacks on civilian targets,' Lavrov said. He stressed that the only path to ending the Ukraine conflict lies in halting Europe's militaristic course. 'The main thing here... is to ensure that Europe stops sabotaging the movement towards peace, which is supported by both the United States and Türkiye, and to which the Russian Federation is fully committed,' Lavrov said.
