's beloved icon Mohanlal turned 65, and the day turned even more special with a heartfelt gift to his fans—an official update on his much-awaited biography 'Mukharagam'.
The legendary actor, who enjoys immense popularity across the globe, took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a video message that quickly went viral among fans and cinephiles.
'Mukharagam' to chronicle 47 years in cinema
In the video, Mohanlal revealed that his biography 'Mukharagam', which has been in the works since 2019, will be published on December 25, 2025. The book is penned by Bhanu Prakash and is said to span over 1000 pages, capturing the actor's life and journey in cinema over the last 47 years.
A significant highlight of the biography is its prologue, written by none other than the late literary giant M.T. Vasudevan Nair.
'Dear ones, I'm announcing a special update on my special day. My biography written by Bhanu Prakash will be published soon,' Mohanlal said. 'This book captures the journey of my life over the past 47 years. It is the result of Bhanu Prakash's dedicated efforts to document and translate my experiences into words.'
