Passport-related services and notarial/authentication services will require prior appointments. Passport applicants can secure a slot through the DFA Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) at while notarial and authentication appointments can be booked via Walk-in services will be available for Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN), civil registry documents, and passport releases. Civil registry services will close one hour before the end of the day to allow proper processing.
