Pinky Cole Hayes says Bentley stolen from in front of new restaurant on opening weekend
An Atlanta restaurateur had her car stolen Sunday evening as it was parked right in front of her new restaurant.
Pinky Cole Hayes celebrated the grand opening of her new restaurant, Voagies, on Saturday.
The restaurant is located at 1542 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. in Atlanta, the same location that housed her previous restaurant, Slutty Vegan.
On Sunday, she posted on her Instagram account, describing how her black Bentley was stolen by three men who rode up on scooters.

'I swear this car is not good luck,' Cole Hayes said in the video.
She said the theft happened while people were standing in line in front of the restaurant when the men jumped in the car and drove away.
She said she just got the car back from the mechanic on Saturday.
Cole Hayes lost her Slutty Vegan restaurant for 43 days, but then bought the business back.
She recently appeared on the Tamron Hall show and described the process of losing the business and then getting it back.
'In those 43 days I met God, and this situation had to take me down to my knees so that I could meet God in a whole other way, and I'm so grateful for that,' Cole Hayes said.
'You were able to come back and buy your company back with your own money, so you are now the owner of the company you started?' Hall asked Cole Hayes.
'I am the owner of the company,' Cole Hayes said. 'It is mine, it belongs to me. And I am showing every single entrepreneur out there, sometimes this industry gets really predatory, and I'm reclaiming what's mine, and I'm happy about that.'

Those who own Siri-enabled devices, including iPhones, MacBooks, and iPads, may be eligible to file a claim in Apple's $95 million settlement over allegations that Siri has been eavesdropping on consumers. The lawsuit claims that the private and confidential discussions Siri had allegedly listened to were being shared with third-party businesses that then targeted consumers with ads in Apple search and Safari, according to CBS News. 'Apple denies all of the allegations made in the lawsuit and denies that Apple did anything improper or unlawful,' the settlement website states. Apple agreed to the settlement earlier this year, and now consumers can file claims to get a piece of the $95 million agreement. Consumers who owned iPhones, iPads, an iPod Touch, an iMac, a MacBook, an Apple Watch, an AppleTV, and/or a HomePod could all be eligible for payment. The amount consumers could earn ultimately depends on how many people file claims, but CBS News reported there's a cap of $20 per Siri-enabled device that a person owns. Apple consumers can file a claim for as many as five Siri-enabled devices, for a maximum payout of $100, according to the settlement site. To submit a claim, visit the settlement website here. The settlement's final approval hearing is scheduled for August 1, 2025, at 9 a.m., but there could be an appeal that would delay the payout, as reported by CBS News. The settlement payment will not come until later this year at the earliest. There is no confirmed date. Local officer resigns after OVI arrest
A local officer has resigned after he was arrested for reportedly driving under the influence in Indiana. [DOWNLOAD: Free WHIO-TV News app for alerts as news breaks] Clayton officer Jacob Filbrun was arrested by police in Fort Wayne, Indiana, over Memorial Day weekend for a suspected OVI after attending an event, according to a statement from Clayton Police Chief Matt Hamlin. 3 arrested in DeKalb County for illegal tire dumping cases, including in front of pre-school
The DeKalb County Police Department announced three people were arrested in illegal tire dumping cases. It's a problem Channel 2 Action News has reported on before, with people dumping hundreds, sometimes thousands, of tires in DeKalb County neighborhoods. Channel 2's Audrey Washington was at the DeKalb County Police Headquarters in Tucker, where police said some people could be charged with a felony. Police told Washington whether someone faces a felony depends on how much they've dumped, but illegal tire dumping can land you behind bars. 'It looks terrible, ridiculous, nasty,' DeKalb County resident Evelyn Bridge told Channel 2 Action News. Residents like Bridge said the tires are not only an eyesore, but they can even draw insects and rodents to an area they're dumped in. Nial Fraser said. On Friday, police announced three arrests in separate illegal tire dumping cases, but they believe there are more dumpers still on the loose. 'If you're dumping tires for commercial purposes that is a felony,' Fraser said. Police shared pictures of the some of the dump sites. From Memorial Drive to Covington Highway, police said the people behind the dumping always seem to use box trucks and wait until dark or when no one is around. 'We're just seeing more and more of it as you ride down the road,' Fraser told Washington. Officers hope the flyers they're putting up asking for help can move things forward. 'What helps us is video,' Fraser said. 'So if these businesses have cameras up, motion detectors, cameras that can give us time stamps.' Police said in a statement that there have been 19 instances of illegally dumped tires in the county since Jan. 1, including in front of a preschool.
