Jennifer Aniston has turned her home into a "calm" oasis amid the chaos of Los Angeles, and apparently it's all thanks to a bunch of "healing modalities," including crystals. The Morning Show actress explained her interior design philosophy during an interview for the September cover of Vanity Fair.
"Out there, it causes nerves," Aniston said of the big city. "In here, there should be no nerves.'
The Friends alumna also shared that, aside from crystals, she achieves calm via incense and design books, which help provide the 'anxiety-suppressing effect of a spa."
'I've basically incorporated all of the healing modalities in order to create a calm environment in the chaos of the wonderful industry and the world at large,' she told the publication.
This isn't the first time that Aniston has opened up about her design philosophy, of course. In an interview with People earlier this month, the Murder Mystery actress gushed about how she and former co-star Courteney Cox share a lot of the same values when it comes to interiors.
"We usually talk interior design," Aniston told the publication. "It kind of bores people to tears when we get into a room together. But it's what we love. It's our love language."
Most recently, Aniston has been making headlines for her budding romance with hypnotist Jim Curtis. The duo have been spotted out and about multiple times. According to one source who spoke to People, the newly minted couple are keeping things "casual."
"She's been happy on her own, but she's also open to sharing her life with someone. As long as it feels right," the insider continued. "Jen's in a very good place right now—grounded, fulfilled and very happy."
