The 'crass' and 'inappropriate' game may breach the Equality Act, an Employment judge said.

The risqué quiz involves naming three people and then asking a person to pick which one you would like to kiss, which one you would get married to and which one you would steer clear of altogether.
In the BBC hit comedy Gavin and Stacey, Pam, Mick, Gavin and Smithy played a version of it featuring celebrities during a car ride from Essex to Wales.
However, the tribunal found it may break workplace laws.
The ruling came in the case of a police officer who sued Derbyshire Police after a female colleague involved him in the game — using mugshots of sex workers.
The officer candidly admitted to the tribunal that she had 'jokingly' played the game with co-workers and included PC Shafarat Mohammed in their discussion.
PC Mohammed claimed that during the discussion in May or June 2022 he was only shown images of black women and was asked what he liked about one of them.
He said he was 'embarrassed' and 'offended' by the questioning and felt it was inappropriate.
The tribunal judge said: 'We agree that the questions were inappropriate.'
However, the tribunal found there was no racial or religious element to it as the sex workers were of varying ethnicities.
PC Mohammed lost his case for racial and religious discrimination and harassment.

Scottish Greens co-leader and MSP for Patrick Harvie said: "At previous events with such large crowds, the east end of the city becomes totally blocked off for transport and pedestrians, with many waiting hours for taxis or risking walking home in the dark. "People going out to enjoy festivals, gigs and other events around our city deserve to get home safely and having a reliable late night train service can offer that. I strongly urge them to do so. Last year, thousands of revellers were told by transport chiefs there would be no services on the final day of the event. Punters were told by ScotRail it was only running as an emergency service. Ticketholders were told to find an alternative route home. At the time, dozens of concerned parents contacted the Record after it became clear many of their loved ones wouldn't be able to get home from the festival unless they left early. One said: "My son's first festival age 16 and going to miss acts after 8.30 due to trains. So gutted for him." Another added: "Shocking especially when travelling from Edinburgh." Meanwhile, Irish rap group Kneecap were recently axed from the line up of the music festival amid safety fears. The trio made up of Liam Og O Hannaigh (Mo Chara), JJ O Dochartaigh (aDJ Provai) and Naoise O Caireallain (Moglai Bap), are no longer set to play Glasgow Green on Friday, July 11 due to concerns over the safety of the event. Police Scotland had previously said the performance at Glasgow Green in July would require "a significant policing operation". The decision came after a member of the Irish language group being charged with a terror offence after allegedly displaying a flag in support of proscribed organisation Hezbollah at a London gig. Police officers used photos of sex workers to play a "crass and inappropriate" game of "snog, marry or avoid", an employment tribunal game came to light as part of an unsuccessful claim of racial discrimination brought by former probationary police constable Shafarat Mohammed against Derbyshire Mohammed sued the force claiming colleagues had discriminated against him when he served as an officer in Derby between March 2022 and his resignation in October that year.A report on the findings of the tribunal, published on Thursday, said Mr Mohammed, an Asian Muslim, alleged he was subjected to acts of direct discrimination because of his race and religious beliefs. Among his claims were that, in May or June 2023, a colleague asked him to look at pictures of black female sex workers and comment on whether he liked claimant said the game, where players pick people they would prefer to kiss, marry or avoid, left him offended and embarrassed and was racially a report, tribunal judge Stephen Shore said the game could have constituted sexual harassment but Mr Mohammed had not made such a judge said: "The 'game' was crass and inappropriate. It casts no one who participated in it in a good light." A panel, led by the judge, dismissed all of the Mr Mohammed's claims which also included that he had been ostracised and excluded from team and social events and that colleagues ordered and ate bacon sandwiches, knowing he was a Muslim, to further exclude Mohammed said he had also been called a "Road Man", a slang term for a drug dealer, by a colleague during one of his first shifts at Pear Tree Police Station in Derby in March panel heard evidence from the complainant during a five-day hearing at the Nottingham Tribunal Hearing Centre, in July last year."Our analysis of the facts of each, claim led us to the conclusion that many of the claims were weak and not founded in fact," the panel's report panel report said Mr Mohammed had "weakened his case by withdrawing allegations" and had retrospectively refitted facts to fit his discrimination panel also found he had fabricated facts to bolster his claims, some of which were contradicted by his own contemporaneous panel said evidence presented to the tribunal found the claimant "struggled" as a probationary officer while working at a "pressurised" police Police has been contacted for comment.
