Taylor Swift's Ex Turns Heads on Red Carpet With Personal News
Taylor Swift's Ex Turns Heads on Red Carpet With Personal News originally appeared on Parade.
Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend Tom Hiddleston is set to become a father for a second time.
Hiddleston's fiancee Zawe Ashton shared the baby news in an interview with Vogue that was published on June 7. That same evening, she debuted her baby bump at the SXSW London festival premiere of The Life of Chuck. She and Hiddleston posed for photos together, both wearing blue.
In her Vogue interview, Ashton talked about wearing a gown by designer Emilia Wickstead on the red carpet.
"I feel really lucky to be working with someone that I know and who's been such a champion of me at this sensitive red-carpet dressing moment," Zawe told the outlet. "I feel like I'll be very held on an evening where, as an expectant mother, you can feel a little bit exposed. I think that every time you step onto a red carpet, there's a really unique opportunity to express your authentic self, your individuality, your creativity, and celebrate where you are at in that moment. I'm really grateful to Emilia and her team, and can't wait to reveal this look!"

Hiddleston, who dated Swift in 2016, and Ashton welcomed their first child in 2022 — the same year they got engaged. The couple has decided to keep details of their first born completely private, and have yet to reveal the baby's name or gender.
However, The Avengers star previously discussed how much fatherhood has changed him.
"I think I probably knew it would, but I could never have imagined how deeply it would until it happened. And yeah, it's before and after," Hiddleston said on the Happy Sad Confused podcast in November 2023.

Sarah Snook Doesn't Know How Cate Blanchett Would Turn 'Picture Of Dorian Gray' Into A Film, But Would Love To Help Her Try
Sarah Snook, who won a Tony Award for Best Performance By a Leading Actress in a Play for The Picture of Dorian Gray, is stumped about how it would ever be turned into a film. That's the aim of Cate Blanchett's Dirty Pictures, as Deadline was the first to report in 2024. The vision of the current stage adaptation of Oscar Wilde's novel sees her playing 26 different roles in a highly stylized production, which took London by storm before heading to Broadway. More from Deadline Deadline's Tony Awards Live Blog Cynthia Erivo's Original Song Provides Lively Opening To Tony Awards As She Earns A Standing Ovation How To Watch Sunday's Tony Awards: Red Carpet, Preshow & Cynthia Erivo-Hosted Ceremony Asked for the latest on the Blanchett-backed film adaptation during an appearance in the Tonys media room Sunday, Snook replied, 'I have as much idea as you do about where that is.' She continued, 'I don't know how this gets turned into a film. It's a particularly complex piece to do as a theater show. I mean, dramaturgically it holds up and I think Kip [Williams, the show's director] would be an incredible director for that project. If she were able to take part in the film version, Snook added, 'it would be a dream come true, but who knows?' The Succession alum was asked about the theater accomplishments of its cast and creative team since the series wrapped its HBO run in 2023. 'It's such a special group chat,' she said. 'We're all big theater nerds deep down. It's been really nice to have that revealed and shared with each other.' The ritual of being a Tony nominee, and now winner, was a new experience for Snook. 'I didn't even know Tony season even existed!' she laughed. 'You end up seeing all of the people who are nominated with you for other shows. … It's really nice because you get to meet the person who is creating art at the same time as you are.' How a "Last-Minute" Message Called an Urgent "Ceasefire" Between Prince Harry and Prince William After Queen Elizabeth Died
When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. Prince Harry and Prince William's royal rift has been well documented, with the brothers allegedly becoming estranged from one another in recent years. Just this week, the Prince of Wales said family can be a "mixed bag," suggesting life is still far from perfect. However, Princess Diana's sons did call a truce for an important reason in 2022, but it appears to have been a temporary measure. After Queen Elizabeth II died on September 8, 2022, Prince Harry and Prince William reportedly called a "ceasefire" of sorts. On September 10, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry joined Prince William and Kate Middleton for a walkabout in Windsor in honor of the late monarch. The foursome met with well-wishers and viewed tributes to the late Queen. As reported by the Daily Mail (via the Express), the group event was arranged quickly. "The walkabout had originally been planned for 4.30pm but was pushed back by 45 minutes as the brothers communicated with one another, reinforcing the last-minute nature of the olive branch," the outlet reported. "It happened very quickly," a source alleged. Although the so-called "ceasefire" between William, Harry, and their wives was short-lived, the Daily Mail suggested it was "a first step," which would help the brothers to realize that they "are better and stronger together than they are apart." However, the Daily Mail also noted that true peace between the pair would be hard won. "If the death of their grandmother is to continue to be a healing balm on these two warring princes then it will take more than texting each other to achieve a proper rapprochement," the outlet reported. Meanwhile, a source alleged to the publication, "The problem they have barely spoken for two years and there is both anger and grief about it all on both sides." The relationship between Harry and William doesn't seem to have improved in the intervening years. Earlier this week, Prince William said at an event, per the Daily Mail, "Families okay? See you enough? Some of them might not want to see you that much. It's a mixed bag sometimes."
