
DC Aviation Group appoints Andrew Pearce as Group Maintenance Sales Consultant - Middle East Business News and Information
DC Aviation Group , one of Europe's and Middle East's leading providers of integrated business aviation services, has announced the appointment of Andrew Pearce as Group Maintenance Sales Consultant.
Andrew Pearce joins the Group with extensive experience in the aviation industry, having spent his entire career in various roles across airliner and business jet operations, sales, acquisitions, aircraft management and aircraft maintenance. At DC Aviation Group, he will bring his wealth of knowledge to drive business growth in the aviation maintenance and MRO services sector and expand the company's technical services, to include the provision of line and base maintenance at its stations in Germany and the UAE as well as technical inspection, PPI and consultancy for new and pre-owned aircraft.

Andrew Pearce began his career in flight operations. Throughout his career, he has worked with various leading aviation companies providing him with a comprehensive understanding of aircraft sales, acquisitions, maintenance and MRO services. His experience includes working with high-profile clients and managing complex projects, including sales, completions, interior upgrades and heavy maintenance checks.

9 Injured as Plane Hits Turbulence in Germany
Israa Farhan Nine passengers were injured on a Ryanair flight bound for Milan after the aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing in southern Germany late Wednesday night due to extreme turbulence caused by a thunderstorm, according to German police. The incident occurred when severe weather conditions prompted the pilot to divert and land at Memmingen Airport, located about 113 kilometers west of Munich, authorities in Bavaria confirmed in an official statement. Despite the injuries, the aircraft landed safely. Emergency responders treated the injured passengers on site, while the remaining travelers disembarked without further incident. Due to local aviation restrictions, the flight was not permitted to continue from Memmingen. ROSHN Group Signs MoU with Singapore Cooperation Enterprise Under ROSHNEXT to Promote Real Estate Innovation
The visit is part of the ROSHNEXT innovation program, which is designed to develop human-centric experiences that accelerate growth, enhance collaboration, and establish new standards within the real estate sector. Meetings were also undertaken with leading innovators in academia and industry to exchange insights on applied research and development, explore ideas for workforce upskilling, and co-development innovation programs for the real estate industry. RIYADH,June 2025 – ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia's leading multi-asset real estate developer and a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Singapore Cooperation Enterprise as part of its ROSHNEXT innovation program, aimed at exploring institutional partnerships, sharing best practices in urban governance, and identifying collaboration frameworks for improved master planning and commercial sourcing. The MoU was signed during a visit undertaken by ROSHN Group senior representatives to explore collaboration with Singaporean entities in the real estate industry. During the visit, the Group engaged with several of Singapore's government organizations, educational institutions, and businesses to share insights, promote collaboration, and initiate discussions around a long-term partnership to foster innovation between the two countries. ROSHN Group's senior representatives met with leading innovation leaders in academia and industry to exchange insights on applied research and development, explore ideas for workforce upskilling, and co-develop innovation programs tailored for the real estate sector. The Group also met with property technology organizations and developers to discuss innovations in end-to-end urban planning, engineering, and infrastructure delivery.
