WWE RAW superstar Zoey Stark has revealed the full extent of the brutal knee injury she suffered during the May 19th episode of RAW. In a video posted to social media, Stark confirmed she underwent major surgery to repair a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus.
The video showed the moment she was injured during a triple-threat qualifying match for Money in the Bank. Stark landed awkwardly after attempting a missile dropkick and had to be carried out of the arena by WWE medical personnel.
Unfortunately, this is familiar territory for Stark, who was sidelined with a similar knee injury in late 2021 while in NXT. That injury also required surgery and kept her out of action for approximately nine months.
Before this latest setback, Stark had been the last remaining member of the "Pure Fusion Collective" faction on RAW. Her partners, Shayna Baszler and Sonya Deville, had both been released by WWE earlier in 2025.

Stark first signed with WWE in 2021 and found early success in NXT, winning the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship with Io Shirai (now IYO SKY). After being called up to the main roster in the 2023 WWE Draft, she was immediately placed in a high-profile storyline.

Stark played a crucial role in that program, helping Stratus in major matches at Night of Champions and Payback.
Stark's recent video update noted that her surgery, originally scheduled for two hours, ultimately took three and a half hours to complete. The video ended by teasing a further update, promising that fans will find out "What's next for Zoey Stark?" on the June 16th episode of RAW.
Stark is someone who is liked within the locker room and a solid in-ring worker. Once she's back, hopefully, she returns to full strength and can continue to build on her career while on the main roster. It will be interesting to see if she gets a renewed push once she's back in action and what brand she will end up on once she returns. We wish her a speedy recovery.

Cat's Behavior With Golden Retriever vs Husky Leaves Viewers in Hysterics

Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. How a cat behaves towards their husky sibling versus their golden retriever sibling has left the internet in stitches. Instagram user @maplebaconbutter shared a video showing their cat affectionately lying on top of their golden retriever, before cutting to footage of the same cat energetically pouncing multiple times on their husky. The hysterical compilation has already garnered almost 135,000 likes and 869,000 views on Instagram. "How our cat acts with our golden," the text overlay reads as the golden and the cat enjoy a quiet snuggle. "Vs with our Husky," appears next, as the orange cat and husky engage in playful sparring. "His 2 personalities," the owner captioned the post. Huskies are known for their high energy and playful nature, but that can sometimes be overwhelming for cats—especially those that are more reserved. While some huskies can get along with cats if introduced early and properly supervised, their prey drive and boisterous personalities mean they may be more inclined to chase or play rough, according to Dogster. Golden retrievers, on the other hand, are generally considered one of the most cat-friendly breeds. Their gentle temperament, affectionate nature, and lower prey drive make them more likely to form close, calm bonds with feline companions, Dogster notes. The cat in question appears to be a Maine Coon, a breed often celebrated for its friendliness toward dogs. Maine Coons are known for their confident, sociable personalities and ability to adapt to various types of canine companions—including both high-energy breeds like huskies and laid-back ones like golden retrievers. "He likes the golden more cuz it looks like him just larger," suggested one user. "He matches their energies. Huskies are super energetic so he plays with him. The golden looks a bit older and a lot more chill so he gets the snuggles," said another. "Matches energy of each dog. I bet the husky loves it. Hehe," said another viewer. "Cuddle buddy vs Wrestling buddy," observed another user. "He speaks their love language," said Syd. "Golden retriever: Gentle fluffy companion. Husky: Worthy opponent. Capable of offering a warrior's death," shared another user. "Me with my bf vs me with my friends," joked another. Newsweek reached out to @maplebaconbutter for comment via Instagram. Owner Keeps Tripping Over Dog—Reason Why Leaves Viewers in Stitches

Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. A woman has complained that she can't stop tripping over her dog—and now millions have seen why. TikTok user @_trixxstar has gone viral since posting a video of her dog on August 5, where she complains that her dog has "the nerve to look at me crazy whenever I accidentally trip on her." As she speaks, the camera shows what appears to be an empty room, with a wash basket, cabinets, clothes, and a fluffy black rug on the floor. But as the woman moves the camera, zooming up on the rug, it suddenly moves its head—or rather, the fluffy black dog taking a nap on top of it does. The dog had appeared completely camouflaged until it moved, with her owner then saying exasperatedly: "But it's like, girl..." She added in the caption: "[You're] not highlighted." In another video, the dog's owner identifies her as a Goldendoodle, a cross between a golden retriever and standard poodle. While not officially recognized by the American Kennel Club (AKC), the breed is described by Purina as an active breed requiring a lot of exercise, and highly social, meaning they need to be a full part of the family. TikTok users were in stitches, watching the video 4.4 million times and awarding it more than 860,000 likes, as one commenter joked the dog's owner "seems to have a type." "I had to watch this twice," another admitted, while one said: "OMG I did NOT see that baby." "Didn't even see her. Was searching for a cat in the cabinet," another said, while one said they were "staring at the basket." Another joked: "Ma'am, your rug woke up," while another said: "I really didn't see her! You gotta get a new rug ma'am." And one commenter, leaping to the dog's defense, wrote: "And who bought the rug? I rest my case! My client is innocent." But another person replied to that comment and predicted: "Watch, once she change the rug she not even gonna wanna lay there anymore." In @_trixxstar's other videos, the doodle can be found doing tricks, practicing obedience training, sleeping off a long walk, and generally being pampered. Grandma Boards Plane for 'Dream' Trip—Tears at Flight Announcement Surprise

Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. A video about an 87-year-old woman who finally made it to Hawaii—a trip she had long dreamed of taking with her late husband—surrounded by eight of her 16 grandchildren has captivated viewers on TikTok. The clip shared by Britney Lindgren (@hejmammabat) has racked up more than 6.4 million views since it was posted on July 26. Filmed on a July 17 flight from Phoenix, Arizona, to Honolulu, Hawaii, it shows a smiling grandmother receiving a special in-flight announcement from crew members as her family celebrates the journey. "Grandma has always been close to all of us since we were babies. She helped take care of us all through our lives," Lindgren, 39, who lives in the Midwest and works for a radiology organization, told Newsweek. "This was grandma's first time to Hawaii. It was always a place she dreamed of going. She told us to go there with someone you loved and had hoped to go with her husband. He passed suddenly in 1996 before they could go." "We wanted to give a quick shoutout from a very grateful group of grandkids in rows 35, 36 and 37. Today, they are flying with a true VIP—their grandma," the crew member said. From 2000 to 2024, the grandmother took each of her grandchildren on a one-on-one trip after they finished eighth grade—"yup, 16 middle schoolers, 16 adventures," the attendant said, adding: "We're still not sure how she did it, but somehow she made every single trip unforgettable … so, now, it's her turn." The announcement closed with a message of gratitude: "Thank you for your love, your courage and your endless curiosity, for being our biggest fan, our favorite travel buddy and the queen of making travel memories. We love you, grandma." Research shows that grandparent-grandchild relationships can have tangible benefits for health and well-being. A 2015 study in Child Indicators Research found that grandparents can influence outcomes such as children's nutrition, mental health, and survival rates. It also reported that a strong grandparent-grandchild bond can help offset "the negative effects of having an emotionally distant relationship with parents." A 2018 study in Ageing International found that older adults engaged in grandparenting often "tended to perceive meaning in their lives and to exhibit relatively low levels of stress and depressive mood." 'I'm Sobbing' The caption accompanying the viral post read: "Grandma always said 'go to Hawaii with someone you love' and although she meant that at first because she didn't want to take 14 year olds there—I think 8 of her 16 grandchildren taking her to Hawaii counts." The TikTok video drew emotional responses from viewers. "Ok sobbing. May this kind of generational love chase me down and kidnap me," one user, Caitlin, commented. Another, @wowagabrielle, wrote: "'Queen of making memories' I'm sobbing." Others marveled at the grandmother's dedication over the years. "16 grandchildren. 16 individual trips! What a woman!" wrote @angiebazikian. Lisa Collins posted: "Now THIS is the type of airline announcement that I'm paying full attention to. What a woman!! Enjoy." User @kayla commented: "I hope she had the best trip ever." Do you have a travel-related video or story to share? Let us know via life@ and your story could be featured on Newsweek.
