Dabbagh to end Aberdeen return chance by joining Egyptian giants
But he's set to become the latest of their heroes that day to pledge his future elsewhere.
Dabbagh joined Aberdeen on loan from Belgian side Charleroi in January and scored three times in the Scottish Cup.
He netted a double in the quarter final win against Queen's Park before coming off the bench to secure a last gasp winner deep into extra time in Aberdeen's 2-1 semi-final win against nine-man Hearts.

Dabbagh then converted a penalty past Hoops keeper Kasper Schmeichel in their famous shoot-out win against Celtic after the 1-1 draw.
Aberdeen had an option to buy the 26-year-old, but he returned to Charleroi and is now set for a big move to Cairo side Zamalek.
Fellow Scottish Cup Final sub Papa Gueye signed a £850,000 deal with Turkish side Kasimpasa last week, Kevin Nisbet is back at Millwall after his loan spell and Jack MacKenzie moved to Plymouth Argyle.

Louis Munteanu bid blows Celtic out the water as Brendan Rodgers reveals reason for two transfer blocks
The Hoops are desperate to get attacking reinforcements in before the September 1 deadline Celtic's hopes of landing Louis Munteanu have suffered another setback - with the CFR Cluj star said to be on the brink of a move to La Liga. The Romania striker is said to be on Brendan Rodgers' radar, with the Hoops reportedly seeing a £6.9million bid thrown out earlier this summer. Munteanu is also wanted by Ligue 1 side Rennes, who are on the hunt for a forward after selling Arnaud Kalimuendo to Nottingham Forest. And now Fanatik now claim Valencia in Spain have launched a bid to bring the player to the Mestalla. They report that a loan offer worth £.17million has been submitted, with the Munteau then joining the La Liga club permanently next summer for £8.6million. As well as Munteanu, Celtic have been linked with Leicester City legend Jamie Vardy, who is a free agent after ending his memorable spell with the Tigers at the end of last season. Rodgers previously worked with the ex England international during his tenure at the King Power Stadium but has refused to comment on Celts' interest in the 38-year-old. The Irishman has however confirmed that loan rules have held up the Parkhead exits of duo Stephen Welsh and Marco Tilio. Defender Welsh is a target for Plymouth Argyle while Rapid Vienna are keen on Aussie Tilio. Rodgers said: "What makes it difficult is that there's selling a player and loaning a player. "And obviously we only have a certain amount of loans. 'So there's six loans internationally that the boys can go out. So then you then have to look at it. Who is to go out? And sometimes clubs will offer to buy a player and they'll offer to loan a player. "So we have to make sure that it is the right loan. "And the two boys that you mentioned have been great and they've had opportunities to move on and I hope for them that they get the chance to do that. "But there's a little bit more behind the scenes that needs to happen for that to take place.'

Brendan Rodgers refuses to comment on Jamie Vardy to Celtic rumours
Celtic have until 11pm on Tuesday night to make up to two amendments to their European squad before hosting Kairat Almaty in the first leg on Wednesday. But Rodgers looks like he will need to continue waiting for the new attacking options he has been looking for. When asked if he now expected to go with the players who are already in the building, Rodgers said: 'That's what I am feeling at this moment in time. The players that we have will be the players that I trust that can do the job. 'If we can get some players in before then, that would be amazing but the focus has been very much on what is here at this moment.' Reports on Monday claimed that 38-year-old striker Vardy had his heart set on a move to Celtic Park after leaving Leicester at the end of last season. 'Listen, I would not speak about any individual player,' said Rodgers. 'Of course I worked really well with Jamie, he was brilliant for me in my time at Leicester. But there's been so many names floated about. I wouldn't disclose either way.'
