Reese Witherspoon is loved up and looking better than ever.
The Legally Blonde actress, 49, was recently papped appearing completely smitten with her financier boyfriend, Oliver Haarmann, 57, during a sun-kissed holiday in Saint-Tropez.
The Hollywood star looked sensational in a white swimsuit in photos obtained by Daily Mail as she kissed her boyfriend and frolicked in the sea.
While the couple packed on the PDA as they embraced on their lavish yacht break, fans couldn't help but ogle and applaud Reese's enviable physique – and it's clear that a disciplined exercise routine and diet has played an integral part.
Here, Femail takes a closer look into how Reese manages to achieve her radiating skin and trim figure.
First things first, the mom-of-three has maintained that her diet is 'all about balance.'
In a social media post on July 14, she noted how she enjoyed eating pizza, pasta and gelato for seven days during her whirlwind vacation in the south of France.
Following the holiday, Reese jumped on a health kick and whipped up a healthy green smoothie in a video shared on Instagram, which consisted of two heads of romaine lettuce, spinach, a banana, celery, one pear, one apple, and an entire lemon.

She added in coconut water for the base.
Reese previously shared the same recipe five years earlier on her official Hello Sunshine YouTube page.
Discussing the green juice, she said: 'I have this instead of breakfast. I have it around 10 or 11 o'clock in the morning and then I'm not hungry at all until 1 o'clock.'
Reese credited Django Unchained actress Kerry Washington for telling her about the recipe.
She said: 'I sat next to her at an awards show, and I didn't really know her, and I said your skin is so beautiful, what do you do?'
'And she said, I think it's from this drink that I drink, it's just really changed my skin and it's made my hair and nails really strong. So, thank you Kerry for sharing the recipe.'
In another post, Reese maintained her quest for a balanced diet as she revealed some of the items she can't live without.
Among the items included in her list was fresh peaches in the summer, real yogurt soft serve, homemade chocolate, and tacos.
In 2019 Reese told Radio Times in the UK that she typically starts her day with no food.
'I just have a green juice and a coffee in the morning,' she shared in an interview with UsWeekly.
'I don't believe in crash dieting or anything like that... I work out all the time anyway just to stay healthy.'
As for her exercise routine, Reese is nothing but disciplined and ensures she works out every single day.
'I exercise every day and eat right every day, no matter what is going on,' she told the 2023 Australian Real Estate Conference, per Marie Claire Australia.
'If I'm working way into the night, I eat with frequency and I take care of my mind and spirit.'
In 2020, Reese's personal trainer Kirschen Katz revealed her grueling pre-Golden Globes fitness regime in an interview with PopSugar.
According to Kirschen, she would begin her workout with a gentle run spanning between three to five miles.
After her run, Reese would do an upper-body weights workout before a 30-minute yoga session.
To end her workout, Reese would finish with some breath work.
In January 2023, she proudly displayed her toned tummy in a blue bra top and leggings from her very own clothing brand Draper James as she showed fans some of her yoga positions.
Reese was working out on a patio while listening to a song from Lizzo. Her moves included lunges and side bends.
Besides yoga, Reese likes to keep fit by playing pickleball and hiking.

A few years ago, I tried watching Mrs Brown's Boys, eager to figure out exactly what the appeal was for the millions of people who watch the show every Christmas and New Year. I lasted 10 minutes. There were pratfalls. A criminally overused laugh track. Endless streams of expletives masquerading as jokes. It was… rough. To me, its broad comedy lands far more irritating than endearing, and I was left straight-faced watching the titular character doing three spittakes in a row during a visit to the pub. I'm not alone – it's long been a critical disaster and has been panned as the 'worst comedy ever made'. How its live studio audience, and its viewers at home, stay entertained is beyond me. And now, after finding out that the show's return has finally confirmed and Mrs Brown's Boys will be back on our screens early next month, my confusion stepped up a few notches. I might not have enjoyed seeing Mrs Brown's Boys on TV every Christmas, but its inclusion in primetime schedule (at 9.30pm on Friday nights) is insulting – as the actions of its central star last year should have been the death knell for 'Mammy' and her sons. The show, created by and starring comic Brendan O'Carroll, centres around a sweary Dublin matriarch (O'Carroll in drag) whose family and neighbours are constantly popping into her kitchen or living room for slapstick 'hilarity'. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video But in October, news emerged that O'Carroll, 69, made a quip alluding to a 'racial term', while improvising as Mrs Brown during rehearsals – with Daily Mail reporting he had said: 'I don't call a spade a spade, I call a spade a-', before starting to say the N-word and being cut off by another character. The incident led to a Black member of staff reportedly quitting the show, while the BBC ordered an investigation. In a statement, the comic referred to himself making a 'clumsy attempt at a joke' in character as Mrs Brown, which he 'deeply regrets'. O'Carroll added: 'It backfired and caused offence which I deeply regret and for which I have apologised.' Hearing this story, I thought this was the nail in the show's coffin – how could a comment be made so openly in 2024? Surely, by now, jokes like these were red lines in the entertainment industry? As this story gained traction, there were calls to axe the show across social media, but it wasn't long before things were back up and running, and rehearsals resumed. A BBC spokesperson said: 'Whilst we don't comment on individuals, the BBC is against all forms of racism, and we have robust processes in place should issues ever arise.' Not only does Mrs Brown's Boys' continued inclusion show a lack of innovation, but it's a disappointing example of the BBC not taking racism seriously. Of course, Mrs Brown's Boys was never going to be a part of my watching plans – but seeing it back on the TV schedule this year seems unjustifiable. This would have been the perfect opportunity for the BBC to shake off the negative connotations of the cringeworthy show, which has now caused enough offence to prompt an investigation and the exit of a staff member. The employee who left after O'Carroll's remark was said to be a junior member of the team. Due to one man's behaviour, someone's career journey has been impacted right from the beginning, while the show star and creator comes out of the situation largely unscathed. It's an example of a corporation protecting big names at the expense of others – and not punishing bad behaviour. This was not the first time O'Carroll has surprised people with his takes on race. In 2022, he made a cameo appearance in Tyler Perry's A Madea Homecoming, with Perry playing busy-bodying matriarch Madea. In that film, O'Carroll also tried his hand at the kind of 'humour' that landed him in trouble, during a sequence in which the Black characters think that Mrs Brown is saying the N-word rather than 'knickers'. When asked in an interview whether Perry would make an appearance on Mrs Brown's Boys, however, O'Carroll responded: 'He's very expensive and so far we haven't had anybody his colour in there,' motioning at Perry's face on the word 'colour'. I remember being shocked seeing just how casually O'Carroll threw out the remark – as if it was completely acceptable, and unworthy of attracting any pushback. By O'Carroll's own admission, there'd been no Black person ever on Mrs Brown's Boys as recently as two years ago – with this lack of diversity in the cast, it makes his more recent attempt at a joke even more disturbing. More Trending Decisions like these reflect poorly on the BBC – as the national broadcaster, they should be inspiring a feeling of trust. By aligning themselves with work that causes harm and offence, it throws questions on who the corporation is really for – how can they be representative of modern Britain while allowing this kind of incident to go unpunished? Regardless of its questionable content and the scandal, Mrs Brown's Boys will be back on our TV screens. From FranceRecommended if you like Eddie Chacon, the Sweet Enoughs, Chet Baker Up next Full-length album due later this year Perhaps you are listening to a lot of Mongolian-French harp music featuring hauntingly beautiful Mongolian-language vocals about the natural treasures of the Earth, in which case Céline Dessberg will be old news to you and you can move along. For the rest of us though, she's a revelation. Taking inspiration from all aspects of her heritage, you'll find traces of Buddhism, the Mongolian countryside, Chet Baker and David Byrne woven through her songs in a sound that's classic, old as the hills and refreshingly new all at once. Her standout track to date is Chintamani, the B-side to her 2025 single Selenge. Over three minutes and 32 seconds of bliss, Dessberg mixes the yatga (a traditional Mongolian zither-harp hybrid) with old-Hollywood vocal backing and a waltz rhythm that puts it somewhere between a chaste slow-dance at prom in the 50s and the feeling of stepping into a cool, clear lake in the blazing midday sun. In Dessberg's hands, the yatga is playful, angelic and makes you want to use words like 'frolicking'. Her voice is rich and often deep, but on Chintamani it has a childlike quality too: a wide-eyed awe at the beauty of her homeland. Last year's EP Hödöö is mostly in French and it feels much more nostalgic – close your eyes and you'll see black-and-white Nouvelle Vague waifs swaying in your mind. But on both releases, the warmth of Dessberg's voice is irresistible. Even if the last vestiges of GCSE French (or Mongolian) fail you, this is music that gets you right in the heartstrings. Iris is all clicking joints and waterslide-bright slipperiness as it reaches towards ravey expansiveness. Pile – Bouncing in BlueFeel like giving up? Rick Maguire can relate, sketching the fine line between control and surrender as the Boston band build from muted incantation to cathartic cacophony. They Are Gutting a Body of Water – TrainersFancy some more disaffection, perhaps where alt-rock meets hardcore? This crunchy Philly band have your back (and in frontman Douglas Dulgarian's label, which released early work by Wednesday and MJ Lenderman, great taste, too). SKY has revealed its summer plans which include the return of popular channels, a big change for Sky Sports and a special launch for kids. Next Monday Sky Sports Action will undergo a rebrand to SkySp Action, in a revert from a temporary change. 1 Big change for Sky Sports and kids channels Also, from July 25th, Sky Sports Action will be renamed to SkySp Lions. Exciting changes will also be made to the children's channels from July 18th onwards. Nick Jr. Too is set to be renamed to Nick Jr. Paw Patrol, while Nicktoons will also be renamed to Nick SpongeBob. With school holidays on the horizon, Sky Family will sod change to SkySchoolsOut.
