Kajol Devgn Channels Fierce Shakti On And Off Screen Ahead Of Maa Release
Last Updated:
For her upcoming film Maa and its song's promotion, Kajol wore a striking Pachranga Chowmahalla Saree from Ohfab, priced at Rs 37,000.
Kajol is busy promoting her upcoming horror thriller Maa. Directed by Vishal Furia and produced by Ajay Devgn, the film is all set to hit theatres on June 27.
Ahead of the big release, the makers have announced that the second song from the film, Kali Shakti, will be out on June 17. To mark the announcement, Kajol took to Instagram and shared a musical teaser featuring herself alongside Usha Uthup, who has lent her powerful voice to the track. The two ladies appear fierce and radiant, channelling the strength, fearlessness, and divine aura of Goddess Kali.
Styled by Radhika Mehra, Kajol wore a striking Pachranga Chowmahalla Saree from Ohfab, priced at Rs 37,000, as per Bollywood Women Closet. Blending deep fuchsia pink with powerful red, she embodies grace and goddess-like strength. Every thread of this handwoven saree reflected the quiet strength Kajol brought to the frame. With her arms folded and posture upright, she didn't just wear the saree; she carried its legacy with fierce pride.
Accompanying the bold look, she penned a powerful caption for her soon-to-be-released song Kali Shakti. The caption reads: 'Na nazar jhuke, na shakti ruke."
The saree's vivid scarlet hue symbolises the fire of Shakti. She paired the saree with a V-neck matching blouse that adds both poise and power to the ensemble.
A classic red bindi graces her forehead, her hair flows in soft waves, and her confident stance mirrors the mood of the upcoming anthem. Her glow-finished makeup with strong emphasis on her kajal-lined eyes perfectly complemented the look.
She accessorised the ensemble with jewellery from Apala by Sumit – a delicate necklace, and three wide bangles complement the aura without overwhelming it.
In a song that celebrates the fierce energy of Shakti, Kajol's saree becomes more than fabric. It echoes legacy, femininity, and fire and that effortlessly adds an extra layer to her confidence, making her not just look strong, but feel invincible. As the anticipation for the film grows, this powerful visual reminds us that fashion, when blended with emotion and purpose, becomes something much more than attire; it becomes an embodiment of spirit.

Source of Income for the Kumars Bhushan Kumar runs the massive business of T-Series with his uncle, Kishan Kumar, who is also the chairman of the company. His family members, including Bhushan's wife, actor-director Divya Khossla; his sister, actor Khushali Kumar; and his younger sister, singer Tulsi Kumar, are also actively involved in the business. Apart from their individual income, Bhushan's T-Series—originally a powerhouse music label—evolved into one of India's leading film production giants, backing all-time blockbusters such as Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, Dangal, 3 Idiots, Aashiqui 2, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Ek Tha Tiger, War, Andhadhun, and Chennai Express, among many others.
