AUM Development launches new residential project Veda in Dubai

AUM Development's latest project offers a comprehensive range of amenities. For wellness, the residential space includes a rooftop Zen garden and lounge, a yoga studio, a sauna, and an ice bath. Fitness and recreation facilities feature a swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor gyms, and a covered sky trail. For community and leisure, residents can use an outdoor party deck, a sky cinema, and a children's play area. It also features smart home technology, digital door access, WiFi-equipped communal spaces, an EV charging station, roof top solar panels and round-the-clock security.
Veda is the latest in a pipeline of active projects for the company, underscoring its strategic growth and commitment to Dubai's property market. Beginning construction on July 5 earlier this year, AUM Development plans to complete and hand over the project in the third quarter of 2027. It also offers an investor-friendly plan, starting at Dh1.07 million, which requires 10 per cent on booking, another 30 per cent within 20 months of booking and the final 60 per cent upon handover.

Dubai: Housing support packages for Emiratis at Dh1.725 billion in H1
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has delivered more than Dh1.725 billion worth of housing support packages to 3,027 beneficiaries in the first half of 2025. The figure highlights MBRHE's continuous efforts and steadfast dedication to strengthening family stability and improving the overall quality of life for Emirati citizens. The housing support packages comprise 1,390 housing schemes worth Dh1.184 billion, aimed at assisting citizens in building, maintaining, and purchasing homes. In addition, 935 housing grants totalling Dh40.3 million have been allocated to support requests for home construction, maintenance, and ownership. The packages also include 695 land grants, provided as part of an integrated system designed to help citizens secure suitable homes. The packages were delivered in line with the directives of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and the guidance of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
