Angel Reese is well on her way to what should be her second straight WNBA All-Star Game. Despite the Chicago Sky's poor start to the season--they are currently 3-7 and have the third-worst record in the league--Reese has been an absolute force for her team.

In 10 games played thus far, the 6-foot-3 forward has averaged 10.4 points, 11.9 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.7 steals in 29.7 minutes per game.
Another key player who has had a significant role for the squad this season is fellow sophomore Kamilla Cardoso. The 6-foot-7 center has been Reese's partner in the frontcourt, and there's no denying that these two represent one of the most promising frontcourt pairings in the entire WNBA.
This is exactly why the Sky believe Cardoso deserves a spot in the All-Star squad alongside Reese. On Monday, the team took to social media to urge the fans to vote for the former Syracuse and South Carolina standout.
"⭐️VOTE KAMILLA CARDOSO⭐️she dropped a career-high 23 PTS earlier this season and continues to be a FORCE in the paint. ALL-STAR HER‼️" the team posted on Instagram.

In 10 games played this season, Cardoso has averaged 10.9 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists. She's been a central figure as Chicago's starting center, which should be the case for Cardoso the rest of the way.
The fans on social media have voiced their reaction to the team's plea, and it is clear that they, too, strongly believe that Cardoso deserves an All-Star nod.
"Let's get milla her first all star appearance 👏🏾" a comment on Instagram read.
"She has my vote young queen kamilla ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️" said another.
"I vote Milla & Angel every day," declared a supporter.

"Vote & Vote & Vote then VOTE SOME MORE!" a reaction read.

"Of course we voting for Killa!!" another said.
"Kamilla so underrated we need to get her in that game," demanded a fan.
Voting will be open through June 28, which means that Sky supporters still have a lot of time to try and get Cardoso in the big game. The 24-year-old has a lot of competition across the league, though, which means that her fans will need to work hard to get her to Indianapolis for the All-Star Game.

Tuesday's 88-71 win over the Connecticut Sun was memorable for the Indiana Fever for a few reasons, especially since it put the team in the Commissioner's Cup championship game against the Minnesota Lynx on Tuesday, July 1 at 8 p.m. on Amazon Prime Video. However, what most fans will remember about the game is the melees that happened in the third and fourth quarters, centered around Fever star Caitlin Clark. Things got tense in the third when Sun guard Jacy Sheldon poked Clark in the eye as she was backing her up and muscling her way to the basket. Seconds later, Sun guard Marina Mabrey charged in and shoved Clark to the floor, prompting several foul calls. Clark was hit with a technical for shoving Sheldon after the eye poke. Conversely, Sheldon was assessed a flagrant for poking Clark in the eye, and both Mabrey and Tina Charles were hit with technical fouls as well for their involvement. Sophie Cunningham #8 and Caitlin Clark #22 of the Indiana Fever cheer from the bench against the Chicago Sky at the United Center on June 07, 2025 in Chicago, marks the second straight game Clark has picked up a technical after she was hit with one during the Fever's 102-88 win over the New York Liberty last Saturday for arguing about a call with the officials. Cunningham seemingly wasn't satisfied with how the Clark situation was handled, and she later took matters into her own hands in the final minute of the game when she fouled Sheldon hard, leading to her ejection and a benches-clearing scuffle under the basket. More WNBA: Chicago Sky Star Angel Reese Receives Pointed Message From Candace Parker Fever fans applauded Cunningham for retaliating against Sheldon, especially since the beating Clark has taken this season has been a highly debated topic on social media. Those same fans showed their appreciation for the 28-year-old standing up for her teammate by buying out every single one of Cunningham's jerseys on the WNBA store, which is operated by Fanatics. Sophie Cunningham jerseys have completely sold out following last night's altercation — Clark Report (@CClarkReport) June 18, 2025 As of Wednesday afternoon, all adult sizes were sold out, and the only Cunningham jerseys fans could purchase were youth sizes. Fever fans took to social media to enjoy their handiwork. "Y'all can't say that that fan base doesn't put their money where their mouth is 😂," one fan wrote. "The fans understood the assignment 👏," another fan added. "I tried to buy one this morning multiple sites are out of stock!! Love her," one user noted. "Just like that she became a favorite," remarked one fan. Cunningham scored five points and logged seven rebounds, an assist, and a steal before being ejected. Injuries have limited her this season, as she's played in just six of Indiana's 11 games.

7 former Patriots make ESPN's All-Quarter Century Team

7 former Patriots make ESPN's All-Quarter Century Team ESPN's Aaron Schatz and Seth Walder compiled an All-Quarter Century Team of coaches and 53 players from the last 25 years in the NFL. There were seven former New England Patriots players and coaches who ultimately made the list. That list of players included the following: Tom Brady, Randy Moss, Rob Gronkowski, Vince Wilfork, Darrelle Revis, Matthew Slater and Bill Belichick. None of those players needs an explanation for their inclusion on the list as contributors to the greatest dynasty in NFL history. Brady is regarded as the greatest quarterback of all time with seven Super Bowl wins and numerous NFL records to his name. He is the only player to win a Super Bowl in three different decades. Gronkowski established himself as one of the best tight ends of all time through his physical dominance on offense. Wilfork was one of the greatest Patriots players of all time, while Revis only lasted one season with New England and helped them win a Super Bowl. Special teams were also a major part of the Patriots' dynasty, and nobody embodied consistency more than Slater, a 10-time Pro Bowler. Meanwhile, Belichick is regarded as one of the greatest coaches of all time with six Super Bowl wins, nine AFC titles and 18 playoff appearances. He recorded 333 total victories in the NFL, and now, he has his sights set on the collegiate ranks as the current head coach for the North Carolina Tar Heels. The Patriots dominated in the NFL for nearly two decades with a roster and coaching staff that screamed excellence. Everybody on this list is worthy of the All-Quarter Century Team recognition. But make no mistake, there have been others throughout the Patriots' history who could have made this list as well. Follow Patriots Wire on Twitter and Facebook.
