Libya's National Security Adviser Participates in Moscow Security Forum
Libya's National Security Adviser, Ibrahim Abu Shnaf, took part in the 13th International Meeting of High-Ranking Officials Responsible for Security Matters, held in Moscow from 27 to 29 May.
