Having won the first Twenty20 international by eight wickets on Wednesday, England coasted to a nine-wicket victory in less than 10 overs at Hove.
The tone was set with the ball by Arlott, who only made her international debut in the first match and took three for 14 from her four overs.

After bowling West Indies captain Hayley Matthews for six, Arlott snared Zaida James with the help of a brilliant catch from Sophia Dunkley before sending Stafanie Taylor back for a duck.
Arlott also took a catch as England impressed in the field, while Lauren Bell claimed three wickets and Charlie Dean two in the Windies' paltry total of 81 for nine.
Danni Wyatt-Hodge was bowled by James off the first ball of England's reply but it was a minor blip as captain Sciver-Brunt led the home side to victory.
She smashed an unbeaten 55 off only 30 balls while Dunkley played the supporting role with 24no as England reached the required total off only 9.2 overs.
Arlott was named player of the match, and she told Sky Sports: 'Obviously it's kind of a dream start to my career with England.
'It's nice to get back to winning ways with the girls. I thought we were great as a unit today. I think everybody really stood up and did a job. It's a great group of girls, they've been great to welcome me in.'
Sciver-Brunt was full of praise for Arlott, saying: 'The bowlers set up the game beautifully today, made great use of the power play, and, when you've got someone who's two games into their career begging me to bowl four overs straight through, it's a dream.'
England will try to complete a 3-0 series sweep at Chelmsford on Monday

Premier League announces the season has officially started as fans say ‘nice to see Man Utd climb up the table'

WEST HAM going down with the Christmas decorations used to be the No1 joke about Premier League positions. Now top-flight chiefs have accidentally gifted fans another contender. 2 Incredibly, Prem bosses say the 2025-26 season has "officially started" - because it's held its AGM and issued shares to the three promoted clubs. And to honour the occasion, they issued the first league table. It is of course just a guide from top to bottom in alphabetical order. But observers pounced on the fact it means a mighty rise for Manchester United - from finishing 15th in 2024-25 to 14th place in the new table. The Red Devils barely knew their ABC when it came to scoring goals last season - netting only 44 times in 38 Prem games. But the first table of the upcoming campaign is only interested in your first letter. So despite their M-barrassing 2024-25 season, United have gone up a spot without kicking a ball! Fans also had fun with Tottenham now being in the drop zone - just one place lower than they ended up last month. At the other end of the table, Arsenal winning the alphabet cup also attracted amused comments. However, it was the Red Devils who were clear winners of the supporters' trolling league. One fan posted: "Nice to see Man Utd climb up the table." Another added: "United made some great progress." But after the major boost of seeing star midfielder Bruno Fernandes snub a £200million Al-Hillal move, maybe Old Trafford boss Ruben Amorim should see the table as another tonic! Meanwhile, Spurs finished 2024-25 fourth bottom - two places below United - but are in the Champions League after beating the Red Devils 1-0 in the Europa League final. And many fans noted the plight of the two clubs. One said: " Tottenham and Man U will never leave that spot." Another predicted: "Spurs gonna get relegated and then win the Champions League." Plenty of supporters also mocked the alphabet-leading Gunners. Emirates boss Mikel Arteta hopes recruiting a new A-list striker can finally transform his 2024-25 runners-up into champions. And although some fans reckon the title is possible, many responded to the fledgling 2025-26 table with taunts like: "The only time we get to see Arsenal at Top."

Brentford put out job advert on LinkedIn seeking new assistant first team coach - as Bees look to add to Thomas Frank's staff

Brentford have taken the rare step of advertising for a new assistant first team coach on LinkedIn, as the Premier League club looks to add to Thomas Frank 's staff. Fans were taken by surprise to see an advert for such a high-profile role posted by a top flight club on the job-hunting platform. 'The successful candidate will be an integral part of the first team coaching staff and have the specific role of coaching the first team and high potential B team players to develop those players as individuals, both on and off pitch,' Brentford's advert stated. 'The role will be a key part of assisting with the Club's ambition of creating and maintaining an environment of continual improvement and development.' Brentford said the candidate must either have a UEFA Pro Licence or a UEFA A licence, with a view to achieving Pro Licence status. Candidates will be required to have 'strong coaching skills with the ability to deliver coaching sessions which develop multiple facets of player performance simultaneously', along with being able to 'build strong personal relationships and trust with the players and colleagues.' Brentford took the unusual step of advertising the high-profile position on LinkedIn The Bees stated that the successful candidate's key relationships would include their head coach, Thomas Frank, and first team coaching staff. They would also work with director of football Phil Giles, technical director Lee Dykes, B team coaching staff and their performance, medical, player welfare and loans departments. Brentford listed their main accountabilities as including helping to plan and deliver training sessions for first team players, with a focus on player development. Their responsibilities will include providing additional training sessions for small groups and individual players, as well as driving a 'culture of continuous improvement by identifying key development areas of the players'. They will also work with the technical director to 'identify the high-potential young players at the Club, and help to integrate them into first team training', as well as attending B-team and Under-21 matches and liaise with staff 'to ensure that high potential players are utilised in matches appropriately. The successful candidate would also work with the player welfare department to help new signings to integrate to the club and assist players promoted from the B team. They would also take part in the club's recruitment process to assess possible targets. Over 100 people have applied for the vacancy via the LinkedIn advert, the platform has claimed. Brentford's listing on LinkedIn is far from the first time a club have turned to the platform to fill an important position. The Bees have also posted on the platform seeking a new head coach for their women's team. In January, Tottenham had posted a job advert for a new head of their medical department amid the club's injury crisis.
