SunSport's KOSTAS LIANOS says: "Final deal between #BHAFC and Olympiacos is €35m (£29.7m) with €2m (£1.7m) in add-ons.
"Kostoulas will sign five-year deal and will soon join Fabian Hurzeler's team for pre-season."
The striker, 18, was eyed by Arsenal and Manchester United.
He's already been already been compared to Argentine legend Gabriel Batistuta.
