
Dauphin RCMP seeking missing woman
On Thursday evening, Dauphin RCMP received a report that 34-year-old Jacqueline Head was missing.
She was last seen around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, and yet to return.
Head is described as five-foot-four with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen with a black long-sleeve shirt and plaid pants.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts are encouraged to contact Dauphin RCMP at 204-622-5020, CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477 for anonymous tip, or online for secure tip.

NANAIMO – A woman who was reported missing last week has been found along with the vessel she was on but Mounties in British Columbia say they are still looking for her partner. Nanaimo RCMP say the woman and the man were last heard from on July 20 and the man's family reported him missing on Aug. 13. They were sailing on a white boat called the Calliope. The RCMP says today it has located the 33-year-old woman and the boat after receiving several tips from the public. But the search for the 30-year-old man continues. Construction site fire in Langley, B.C., shuts nearby roads
Langley RCMP are asking people to avoid the area of 201 Street and Fraser Highway on Sunday morning after a large fire at a construction site. Police say they were called out just before 4:15 a.m. PT to the construction site in the suburban Metro Vancouver community. Pictures from the scene show a large blaze at the site of a building under construction. Police say neighbouring residential buildings were evacuated as a precaution. No one was injured in the fire, according to police, but they say roads are closed nearby on Sunday morning. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, according to police. They're asking anyone with more information, including dashcam footage, to call them and quote file number 2025-26994.
