Man gunned down during Bronx road rage clash
A 27-year-old man was killed early Saturday after he was shot three times in the chest during a road rage clash on a Bronx street, police said.
The victim, who was driving a 2012 grey Infiniti, was near Co-op City at about 2 a.m. when he got into an argument with another motorist, a police source with knowledge of the case said. It was not immediately disclosed where the argument took place.
After being shot, the victim sped off and fell unconscious behind the wheel of his Infiniti at the corner of Givan and Palmer Aves. in Baychester.
Police were called to the corner, and EMS rushed the victim to Jacobi Hospital, where he died a short time later. The victim's name was not immediately disclosed as they tracked down family members.
Cops on Saturday were scouring the area and surrounding streets looking for surveillance footage that could help them track the victim's movements and help identify the shooter.

Minnesota Lawmakers Shooting Suspect Vance Boelter's Wife Detained After Passport and Weapon Found in Car: Reports
Jenny Boetler, the wife of suspected Minnesota shooter Vance Luther Boelter, was allegedly detained for questioning following a traffic stop in Onamia, Minn., on June 14, Jenny was located in a vehicle which contained a weapon, ammunition, cash, and passports, 5 Eyewitness News reported The update comes as suspect Vance is still on the loose after allegedly shooting two Minnesota lawmakers and their spouses on June 14The wife of suspected Minnesota shooter Vance Luther Boelter has been detained by police, according to reports. At around 10:00 a.m. local time on Saturday, June 14, police located Jenny Boelter in a car with three other relatives during a traffic stop at a convenience store in Onamia, Minn., A weapon, ammunition, cash and passports were allegedly found in the vehicle, 5 Eyewitness News reported, citing law enforcement sources. Jenny was driving the car when she was stopped by the police, according to the New York Post. She was detained for questioning but not arrested, 'A dozen law enforcement squads converged on the vehicle and remained on the scene for two to three hours," a witness said, per 5 Eyewitness News. The reason for the reported traffic stop has not been disclosed. The update comes as 57-year-old suspect, Vance, who is accused of shooting Minnesota lawmakers Melissa Hortman and John Hoffman, still has not been found. On the morning of Saturday, June 14, Vance allegedly shot State Rep. Hortman, 55, Democratic Speaker of the House, and Democratic Sen. Hoffman, 60, and their spouses while posing as a law enforcement officer. Hortman and her husband, Mark, were killed in the attack, while Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, both survived the shooting. Officials identified Vance as the suspect in a press conference later that day, as they asked for the public's assistance in helping to locate him. PEOPLE reached out to the Brooklyn Park Police Department for comment on June 14 but did not receive an immediate response. Jenny is the President and CEO of Praetorian Guard Security alongside her husband, Vance, who is Director of Security Patrols, according to the company's website. The website states that Vance was involved with security situations in Eastern Europe, Africa, North America and the Middle East, including the Gaza Strip. He previously worked for an oil refining company in the U.S., a food company in Switzerland and a convenience retailer in Japan, per the website. Police are still searching for the suspect following a shoot-out after encountering him at Hortman's house after the shooting of Hoffman, said Drew Evans, superintendent of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. Authorities said the suspect was last seen "wearing a light-colored cowboy hat with a dark-colored long-sleeve collared shirt or coat, light pants and carrying a dark bag' and is considered "armed and dangerous." 4-year-old girl dead, mother and 3 other children struck in 'heinous' Madison shooting
An overnight shooting on a Madison neighborhood street left a young girl dead, two children in critical condition, another child and their mother hospitalized, and the suspect in jail on a multimillion-dollar bond. Jovien Smith, a 26-year-old man from Davenport, Iowa, is charged with criminal homicide and five counts of attempted criminal homicide for what the Metro Nashville Police Department called a 'heinous shooting.' The identities of the victims have not yet been released. Police said the shooting occurred on Westchester Drive the night of June 14. The woman, 41 years old, was driving Smith and her five children in a Dodge minivan to a family member's home they were in Nashville visiting this weekend. Smith and the woman got in an argument. During the dispute, Smith threw the woman's phone out the window and attempted to grab the steering wheel of the minivan to cause a crash, according to police. The woman pulled the car over, police said. Smith then took out a pistol and shot at her, police said. The woman, struck multiple times, ran down the street to nearby homes asking for help. Smith, still in the car, turned toward the five children and began firing, police said. Four of the children were shot and were struck multiple times, according to police. Still armed, Smith began chasing after the woman, police said. MNPD received a call for help at 9:59 p.m., according to the department's active dispatch log. Officers arrived and apprehended Smith. All five children were transported to Vanderbilt Pediatrics. The woman's 4-year-old daughter died. Two children, ages 7 and 1, are in critical condition. A 13-year-old is stable, police said in a post to social media. The woman was taken to Skyline Medical Center where she is hospitalized with serious injuries. No marked police vehicles were on the scene as of 9 a.m. June 15. The residential street of two-story homes was quiet. Smith was booked into the Davidson County Downtown Detention Center at 4:11 a.m. and charged with criminal homicide, five counts of attempted criminal homicide, three counts of aggravated assault and one count of aggravated burglary.
