One thing you need to know about me: I love rollercoasters. Like, really love them. And after two years spent virtually indoors, I started them? So, when I got the opportunity to travel to Universal Orlando in 2023, I jumped at the chance. My goal, once I touched down in Orlando? Ride every. single. attraction. Sure, it was ambitious, and yes, it required two separate trips and a slew of strangers to hype me up before the most terrifying rides Universal Orlando has to offer. But now? Now I'm the (self-proclaimed) ultimate Universal Orlando guide. If you don't know, Universal Orlando is comprised of three different parks: Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, their new park Epic Universe, and water park Volcano Bay. And after getting to spend several days exploring all four and another chance to come back and experience Halloween Horror Nights, I've basically experience every thing each park has to offer. And tbh, I'm already itching to get back and experience it alllll over again. Maybe it's the magic of the Isle of Berkle, or the thrill of meeting a looks-like-it-could-be-real dinosaur or knowing they have the latest theme park in the US! Gymkhana, London's Two-Michelin-Starred Indian Restaurant, Is Opening at the Aria
A two-Michelin-starred restaurant out of London is landing on the Las Vegas Strip, bringing upscale Indian dining to the Aria Resort and Casino. Gymkhana will debut this fall with a design inspired by Indian social clubs, chaat-style sharing plates, and the refined cooking that made it one of London's most sought-after reservations. In London, Gymkhana was upgraded to two Michelin stars in 2024 after earning its first star in 2014 for its extensive Northern Indian-style menus, with standout dishes like tandoori masala lamb chops and kid goat methi keema. At Aria, the restaurant will focus on tandoor-grilled chicken, classic curries such as Goan prawn curry and pork cheek vindaloo, and fragrant biryanis, like a version made with wild venison, pomegranate, and mint raita. Gymkhana will also introduce new menu items exclusive to Las Vegas, along with a full bar program built around Indian-inspired cocktails. The restaurant will take over the former Julian Serrano Tapas space, which closed in February following legendary chef Julian Serrano's retirement. In London, Gymkhana spans two floors, designed with jewel-toned interiors, a vivid red basement dining room, and architectural elements influenced by Northern India. At Aria, the Las Vegas outpost will feature a bold forest green entrance, replacing Tapas' open format with double doors that lead into a mirror-flanked foyer and a dramatically warm interior. The restaurant was founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam, and Sunaina Sethi of JKS Restaurants, inspired by Indian social clubs where members of high society socialize, eat, drink, and play sports. Gymkhana is the first-ever upscale Indian restaurant to open on the Strip, which is surprising given the sheer number of restaurants and the breadth of Indian cuisine in the city. While Tamba, which opened earlier this year at Town Square, recently brought higher-end Indian cooking back to Las Vegas Boulevard, Gymkhana will be the first to bring a globally recognized Indian fine dining standard to the heart of the Strip. Gymkhana opens this fall, marking a rare moment for the Las Vegas Strip: the arrival of an acclaimed Indian fine dining restaurant — and a major win for the Aria, which hasn't seen a marquee opening since Cathédrale, whose brief two-year run ended in May.

Big pop star is moving to Miami, and he just bought a ‘Housewives' house

'Real Housewives of Miami' alum Nicole Martin and her attorney fiancé Anthony Lopez just sold their Coral Gables megamansion to pop star Robbie Williams. Price tag: a cool $40 million. Dennis Carvajal with ONE Sotheby's International Realty represented the local power couple, while the British singer was repped by Chad Carroll at Compass, the Miami Herald was told. According to the description on the 19,380-square-foot, seven bedroom, eight bathroom waterfront estate sits on a one-acre peninsula in the exclusive gated enclave of Old Cutler Bay. Lopez and Martin, parents of two, purchased the property, built in 2016, in 2022 for $21.5 million, then gave it a major glow-up, as seen in a few episodes of the Bravo hit. The sprawling, so-called smart home is 'designed for both everyday living and grand entertaining,' with such amenities as a movie theater, wine cellar, gym, massage room/spa, resort style pool, 18-car garage, a dock, plus views for days. As huge as this Mediterranean-style compound is, Bravo reports that Williams has plans to add even more square footage and build a recording studio on site. It's unclear why Martin and Lopez wanted to unload the palatial abode, which came fully furnished, as part of Williams' off-market deal. The anesthesiologist left 'RHOM' last year amid struggles with her mental health, but recently made a guest appearance on the show. She and Lopez also have a stunning retreat in Aspen, Colorado. As for Williams, it's also unclear why the former Take That band member wanted to move to South Florida, besides the obvious reasons. The 'Angels' hitmaker recently sold his Beverly Hills mansion to Drake for $75 million. The music star is married to California native/ 'X Factor' judge Ayda Field and they have four school age kids.
