HDFX Powers the Launch of Singapore's First EV Truck Battery Swop Station

Unveiled on 1st of August 2025, this milestone launch represents a significant step in Singapore's push towards green logistics and sustainable transportation. Tasked with bringing the event to life, HDFX delivered a seamless experience that reflected the innovation and ambition behind EcoSwift 's breakthrough.
To showcase the innovation and functionality of the station, HDFX designed and built a 3D, to-scale replica of the Battery Charge and Swop Station, which served not only as an educational centrepiece but also as the official launch mechanic, lighting up in sync with the unveiling moment. This dramatic visual display symbolised the activation of Singapore's first public charge-and-swop infrastructure. A giant LED screen was also installed to amplify the experience, highlight main features and communicated key messages to attending guests and media.
On the ground, HDFX oversaw the complete logistical setup, including tentage, cooling systems, AV equipment, staging, and guest flow management. The agency also supervised the live demonstration of EcoSwift's swop technology in action, a key moment of the launch that captured both the media's and attendees' attention.

But at the moment we get into long combined corners of Barcelona, Hungary, Qatar - the car really struggles. "It needs a very big design philosophy change for the future. We're trying to understand where and what to change to make sure that next year's car is a bit more of an all-rounder and gives us a better platform to work in multiple tracks." Williams is fifth in the Constructors' Standings with 70 points. They are 18 points clear of Aston Martin, who sit at 52 points. Over the past couple of races, Aston Martin have started gaining ground, finishing higher than Williams and looking like a renewed contender for the best of the rest. NYPD buying $389K Wall-E style bomb robot for emergency service operations
The NYPD is shelling out nearly $400,000 for a remote controlled Wall-E look-alike robot that can roll into danger — so cops don't have to. The PackBot 525 — built by Brooklyn-based defense company FLIR — will be deployed by the department's Emergency Service Unit, The Post has learned. 'This one has a crazy mechanical arm,' a police source said. 'They can pick up weapons. Let's say a suspect is barricaded with a knife. You communicate through the robot. Advertisement 4 The NYPD's new PackBot 525 can be deployed ahead of cops to inspect suspicious packages and clear dangerous rooms. Teledyne FLIR 'It can open a door and pick up the knife or a gun.' The city is shelling out about $390,000 for the super high-tech helper, which cops will control remotely. Advertisement The robot will be ESU's first response in bomb threat situations, letting police move and inspect suspicious packages from a safe distance, the source said. How one real estate startup is taking on record heat this summer
As brutally high temperatures bake the nation this summer, cooling is becoming increasingly critical across commercial real estate property portfolios. Landlords are balancing soaring demand with rising costs, putting energy efficiency front and center. The trouble is that most large building systems essentially run blind. Temperatures are set centrally, so they don't know if certain parts of the building are running too hot or too cold. That's why so many office workers sit at their desks wearing sweaters in the summer and then feel overheated in the winter. Now, new technology is taking on the challenge. Runwise, a New York-based technology company, invented its own hardware/software platform to eliminate overheating in large buildings. It recently expanded that to cooling. "We're trying to hit these climate goals, yet right in our literal building we're throwing money away every time you run a boiler when it doesn't need to run, you're wasting money and you're producing carbon emissions unnecessarily that really make nobody comfortable," said Jeff Carleton, co-founder and CEO of Runwise. The company combines future weather algorithms with a wireless temperature sensor network that speaks to a Runwise central control system. That control analyzes the data and then operates the system more efficiently. For example, a 100,000-square-foot building may have just one boiler, but it needs multiple temperature inputs. Runwise would put in 20 to 25 sensors, which take an average based on the user setting and future weather, and then figure out how often to run the boiler. The tech is now installed in more than 10,000 buildings across 10 states, with roughly 1,000 customers, including major real estate owner-operators such as Related, Equity Residential, FirstService Residential, MTA, Port Authority, National Grid, Rudin, LeFrak, UDR, Douglas Elliman and Akam. Runwise claims to have collectively saved more than $100 million in energy costs to date. The startup recently announced a $55 million Series B funding round led by Menlo Ventures, bringing its total funding to $79 million. Carleton said Runwise will use the additional funding to grow the business nationwide and, of course, to incorporate artificial intelligence into its systems. "It's only going to become more and more ingrained in what we build, as we collect data from more and more buildings and build more advanced models on how to run them more efficiently," he said. "We plan to use AI to continuously make our algorithms more efficient."
