Michael Scott's Condo From ‘The Office' Lands on the Market -- Here's How Much It's Selling For

Miami Herald09-07-2025
Anyone who has ever seen The Office likely recognizes the importance Michael Scott's condo places in both the show's overall continuity and the eventful life of Dunder Mifflin's regional branch manager.
The "sanctuary" and "party pad" of Steve Carell's famously eccentric corporate employer, Michael's condo in The Office provides the backdrop to some of the NBC series' most famous episodes, including "Office Olympics," "Fun Run" and -- most memorably -- "The Dinner Party."
While Michael envisioned his idyllic condo as the main setting for starting a family, the property has officially entered the housing market, catching the interest of average home enthuasists and Office super fans alike.
Located on 7303 Bonnie Place in Reseda, California, the condo features three bedrooms, three bedrooms and a total of 1,458 square feet. A "very clean, well kept, turn-key home," it also has a two-car garage and a backyard patio.
Based inside a gated community, Zillow currently lists several "famous neighbors" inside the complex, including Johnny Depp and M. Night Shyamalan (a reference to Michael Scott falsely believing the two Hollywood celebrities were his new neighbors in The Office).
Right now, the property is listed at $710,000, with a "pending sale" as of July 1 following 70 days on the market. However, the realtor is still accepting alternative offers for anyone interested in the residence.
"It came to the market on April 18 [and] there were several offers previously," realtors Rummie and Susan Guevara confirmed to Newsweek. "It has found a buyer now and are in escrow."
As expected, numerous fans of The Office have expressed their interest in the listing, with the realtors even mentioning the condo's repeated appearance in the popular mockumentary sitcoms.
"A few guests specifically mentioned The Office. Others, I brought it up-and we made sure to highlight it in the MLS listing," Guevera remarked.

The Traitors Announces All-Civilian Version to Air on NBC — Apply Now!

The Traitors fans, now's your chance to do a little backstabbing of your own. NBC will air an all-civilian version of the hit reality competition, TVLine has learned. Typically, The Traitors — which airs on streamer Peacock — features celebrities competing for the cash prize, but this time, ordinary fans will play the game, with Alan Cumming returning as host. (Other international versions of The Traitors, including the UK and Australia, feature everyday people as contestants.) 'We're excited to bring along The Traitors' highly addictive fan base as we discover the next generation of legendary gamers and schemers,' NBCUniversal Entertainment executive vice president of unscripted programming Sharon Vuong said in a statement. 'With our resident host and gameplay master of ceremonies, Alan Cumming, on board to introduce complete strangers to new epic missions and twisted gameplay, this new version for NBC offers a unique opportunity for the cast and audience to meet each other for the first time and we know it will be incredible to watch.' For those uninitiated, The Traitors brings its players to a remote Scottish castle, where a small number of them are secretly designated 'traitors,' tasked with 'murdering,' or eliminating from the game, one of their fellow players each night. But the other players, dubbed the 'faithful,' can get rid of the traitors by voting out one of their own each night at the round table. At the end of the game, if the faithful get rid of all the traitors, they split the cash prize — but if even one traitor remains, they take home all the money. Debuting in the Netherlands in 2021, The Traitors has spawned more than 30 (!) international editions, with the U.S. version bowing on Peacock in 2023. The first season mixed reality TV celebrities like Survivor alum Cirie Fields with everyday people, but the subsequent two seasons have been all celebrities. The show has become a runaway hit for Peacock, winning the Emmy last year for best reality competition. Season 4 of The Traitors is expected to air on Peacock early next year — with a cast including former Real Housewife Lisa Rinna, actor Michael Rapaport and football mom Donna Kelce — and the show has already been renewed for a fifth season. 'The Traitors' is opening its doors to everyday people. Here's how you can join the TV competition

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The U.S. version of ' The Traitors ' has brought a group of public figures to a castle in the Scottish Highlands for a game of deceit, with hundreds of thousands of dollars up for grabs. Now, the Emmy award-winning competition will open its doors to everyday people. NBC is now casting for a civilian version of the popular Peacock series, the network announced Thursday. The competition reality series, an American spin-off to its British counterpart, had only cast celebrities for its first three seasons, the last of which aired early this year. The new version will bring a group of everyday people together to play what the host, Alan Cumming, called his 'treacherous game' in a video announcing the public casting. Cumming is set to host the new version as well, with production for the show starting in 2026, according to the network. Those who are interested in participating can apply now on the show's website. The fourth season of the celebrity version is set to launch next year, and a fifth season has already been confirmed. The star-studded cast for season 4, announced in June, includes reality stars from 'Love Island,' 'Big Brother' and 'Survivor.' 'We're thrilled to be working with NBC to open up the experience to a new group of civilian players, whose stories and strategies will make the gameplay even more unpredictable – and, we hope, even more addictive for viewers,' Stephen Lambert, CEO of Studio Lambert, the producers of both the Peacock and NBC versions, said in a statement. The show features a group of contestants who participate in a murder mystery game similar to Clue or Mafia. A subset of the cast are secretly labeled as traitors and must work together to eliminate the other contestants, who are considered faithfuls. On the line is a prize fund worth up to $250,000. If the faithful manage to eliminate all the traitors, then they share the money. But, if a traitor makes it to the end, they take it all. The British version uses the same location and has used civilian contestants from the start. Casting everyday people will allow complete strangers to meet for the first time, a 'unique opportunity' that 'will be an incredible watch,' said Sharon Vuong, the executive vice president of unscripted programming at NBCUniversal Entertainment. 'This new version for NBC offers a unique opportunity for the cast and audience to meet each other for the first time and we know it will be incredible to watch,' Vuong said in a statement. The psychological adventure has found reality TV gold, and its third season premiered as the No. 1 unscripted series in the U.S., according to a release by NBC. The show also recently received five Emmy nominations for season three and previously took home two of the awards for season two.

Chicago Fire's Daniel Kyri Returning for ‘Limited Time' in Season 14 — Get Details

Surprise! Firehouse 51 isn't saying goodbye to Darren Ritter just yet. Daniel Kyri, who exited Chicago Fire as a series regular along with Jake Lockett at the end of Season 13, has shared that he'll return in Season 14 as Ritter, albeit briefly. For a limited time only,' he wrote on his Instagram story along with a behind-the-scenes photo. (See below.) TVLine has reached out to NBC for comment. Ritter was not formally written out of the series at the end of Season 13, presumably leaving the door open for Kyri to return and wrap up his character's storyline. Back in May, showrunner Andrew Newman told TVLine that they didn't have a set plan for addressing his departure, but that there were 'lots of possibilities there.' 'We're going to play with all this and see what we get and how much time we get with Daniel, who we love, and the character, who we love,' she said. The Season 13 finale did hint at CFD layoffs, which Newman acknowledged as a potential explanation for some character exits. The layoffs twist 'wasn't even done intentionally for that, but because it's so in the zeitgeist, people coming in and gutting departments and gutting places, it's very real to the CFD.' 'We're going to have a lot of turnover,' Newman added, 'and a lot craziness going on in the CFD from the top, where people are being cut and moved, and everything's going to get shaken up next season.'
