In a chat with Galatta India, Sunita recalled a painful childhood memory from when she was in Class 8. She revealed that she had failed the year but hid it from her mother, claiming she had passed. While academics never interested her, Sunita admitted she had a fondness for mathematics, largely because she had 'always loved money.'
Secret marriage to Govinda
Sunita and Govinda tied the knot in 1987, but kept their marriage under wraps for the first year, revealing it only after the birth of their daughter, Tina. Her father strongly opposed the union and even skipped the wedding. Speaking to Hauterrfly, Sunita shared, 'When I got married to Govinda, he had a big family. I was just 18 at the time, and 19 when Tina was born—so I was still a child myself when I became a mother.'
In the same conversation, Tina shared that her mother came from a wealthy Pali Hill background and had a glamorous lifestyle, while her father was still struggling financially in Virar. She described their love story as something straight out of a Bollywood film, with her maternal grandfather strongly opposing the match and refusing to attend the wedding because he disapproved of her father's career as an aspiring actor.

In the video, Dileep was seen dancing with Arjun. At one point, Arjun and Anshula admitted that it Dileep is the 'main star' of the show. Farah Khan's cook Dileep also danced with Arjun Kapoor. What Farah said about her YouTube channel During the episode, Arjun asked Farah to reveal how she came up with the idea of launching her own channel on YouTube. Farah said in Hindi, 'When I started the vlog I thought it would be on cooking and then realized that it is too much work! Then I thought of bringing Dileep so that I can get a bouncing board. The first vlog clicked, and by the second vlog we had a silver button.' Dileep is the star! Anshula then said, 'But Dileep is the star!' Arjun added, 'Sorry to inform you!' Farah rolled her eyes and said, 'I am the star-maker, what do I do? Rakhi Sawant, then Deepika [Padukone], and now…' Dileep also joined in for a chat with them and when asked who did he liked more in Gunday- Ranveer Singh or Arjun Kapoor, he said Arjun! For the unversed, Farah cast Rakhi Sawant in Main Hoon Na, which starred Shah Rukh Khan and also marked Farah's directorial debut. In Om Shanti Om, Farah cast Deepika Padukone opposite Shah Rukh. It was Deepika's debut in Bollywood. Farah started these cooking vlogs with Dilip in 2024, and what started as a fun way to pass time and connect with fans soon turned into a beloved web series-style vlog. The concept was simple yet engaging: Farah and Dilip would visit celebrity friends' homes, cook meals together, and share light-hearted, candid conversations.

She minced no words and made it clear that the blame falls on the people in his inner circle. 'Why hasn't Govinda been seen on the big screen for the past 17 years?" Sunita asked, before answering herself that 'Because the circle around him is completely wrong. Sab wah-wah karne waale log hain." According to her, the constant flattery is preventing the actor from growing, which has further sparked fights between her and Govinda. She said, 'Govinda and I also end up having arguments because I just can't lie or flatter anyone." Sunita didn't hold back while describing the people around Govinda, saying that 'a writer, a secretary and a friend-like lawyer" are doing more harm than good. She even mocked their constant praise, adding, 'Wah Chi Chi bhaiya kya kamaal kardia." What Govinda Needs Sunita Ahuja believes Govinda needs 'solid scripts, a great director and a team that is not afraid to tell him the truth." Govinda and Sunita tied the knot in March 1987 and are proud parents to daughter Tina and son Yashvardhan. The actor was last seen in the 2019 comedy Rangeela Raja.
