Gemini Ganesan on Rekha's alleged relationship with Amitabh Bachchan
In an old interview with Star & Style magazine, Gemini Ganesan opened up about the rumoured relationship between Rekha and BigB He said, 'People tell me that Rekha has messed up her personal life by getting involved with Amitabh.
But I never discuss Rekha's personal affairs with her. Why should I?'
Ganesan himself had a complicated love life. He was married to Alamelu but also had relationships with other women, including actress Pushpavalli—Rekha's mother. He didn't shy away from talking about his own affairs. In fact, he proudly said, 'When I married Savitri and Pushpavalli several years ago, eyebrows were raised, and it became the biggest scandal in the industry.
And yet today no one is aghast when they hear about

Who Is Zainab Ravdjee? Entrepreneur Married To Nagarjuna's Son Akhil Akkineni
Last Updated: Akhil Akkineni and Zainab Ravdjee got married in an intimate wedding ceremony in Hyderabad on Friday, June 6, in the presence of their near and dear ones. Nagarjuna and Amala Akkineni's son, actor Akhil Akkineni, has tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend, entrepreneur Zainab Ravdjee. The lovebirds got married in an intimate wedding ceremony in Hyderabad on Friday, June 6, in the presence of their near and dear ones. For the wedding, both Akhil and Zainab opted for traditional South Indian wedding attire. The couple dated for quite some time before getting engaged in November 2024. While Akhil is a popular name in the regional industry, not much information about his now-wife, Zainab, is known to the public. If you are wondering who Zainab Ravdjee is, look no further. Who is Zainab Ravdjee? Zainab Ravdjee is the daughter of industrialist Zulfi Ravdjee, who is a prominent name in the construction industry and has strong connections in the film industry and politics. Reportedly, her brother, Zain Ravdjee, is the chairman and managing director of a company focused on renewable energy solutions, ZR Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd. Zainab was born and raised in Hyderabad and is currently based in Mumbai. Zainab is a popular name in the world of art. She is known for creating abstract and impressionist works. Her first major art exhibition, titled Reflections, was held in her hometown, Hyderabad. Despite being in a relationship with Akhil Akkineni, Zainab has preferred a life away from the limelight. That's why she has kept her Instagram profile locked. But her bio revealed that she also used to run a page called OnceUponTheSkin, an account dedicated to all things skincare. The page offered skincare advice, solutions for various skin-related concerns and skincare products. She is also a bespoke perfumer. In November last year, Zainab got engaged to Akhil Akkineni. The couple, who had kept their relationship private till then, officially announced their engagement by posting some dreamy pictures. The actor introduced his fiancee to the world, saying, 'Found my forever. Happy to announce that Zainab Ravdjee and I are happily engaged." Akhil and Zainab reportedly met during their horse-riding practice and soon developed feelings for one another. The couple faced immense criticism back when they shared news of their engagement due to their 9-year age gap and different faiths. Back then, Akhil was 30, and Zainab was 39. The couple, however, did not pay much heed to the noises and are now happily married. First Published: June 06, 2025, 18:01 IST
