Daily Mirrora day ago
Joe Tate has been playing with fire since his return to Emmerdale and he could face comeuppance next week. Meanwhile, concerns are sparked for Gary Windass in Corrie.
From lying to organ trafficking - Joe Tate has done it all in Emmerdale but next week, the villain played by Ned Porteous gets a taste of his own medicine.
The Yorkshire-based programme also gives an update on Sarah Dingle, as she continues to recover from her latest operation. Meanwhile, Gabby Thomas is keen to get her wedding preparations on track.

In Coronation Street, Gary Windass' sudden disappearance leaves his wife Maria with a multitude of unanswered questions. But next week, ITV viewers will know there's more to his coma.

Lauren and Peter's relationship is far from smooth sailing in EastEnders, with Cindy set to throw another spanner in the works while the Panesars attempt to make sense of their crumbling finances. Here's what you need to know.
Emmerdale
Joe becomes fearful as the harassment campaign against him culminates in an envelope containing a blackmail demand for £100k. Joe's unsure of who to trust but he shows the demand to Sam (James Hooton).
However, Joe soon suspects his own henchman and sacks him for disloyalty. The crony turns on him threateningly but gun-toting Sam appears in the nick of time.
Joe and Sam talk things through but Joe then tells Dawn (Olivia Bromley) he's got a short notice departure for another business trip. But just as he's ready to go, he gets knocked out. Woozy and disorientated, Joe awakens in a makeshift hospital room.
Forced to take Gabby's car to Kammy's (Shebz Miah) garage, Vinny (Bradley Johnson)faces questions about his sexuality. When Gabby passes by while on the phone with Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy), a glitch on the call allows Laurel to overhear Vinny's private conversation with Kammy about relationships.

Meanwhile, Gabby's triumphant as her crash diet seems to be working. But later on, a test drive of her car with Sarah (Katie Hill) goes awry. And Cain (Jeff Hordley) makes a decision that could change her life.
Elsewhere, Kim (Claire King) braces herself as she tells Dawn she's embarked on her first relationship since Will's death. Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) struggles alone in the café and Lewis (Bradley Riches) offers her help.

Coronation Street
Maria (Samia Longchambon) reports Gary (Mikey North) missing. But when Kit (Jacob Roberts) reveals they've had a report from the hospital of an unidentified coma patient, Lisa (Vicky Myers) wonders if it could be Gary.
Maria confides in Sarah (Tina O'Brien) that Gary hasn't made any bank transactions since June 23rd. Nina (Mollie Gallagher) listens, worried, and quickly tells Summer (Harriet Bibby) that Gary hasn't been seen since the night they were high on drugs.
At the hospital, Gary lies unconscious while the nurse assures a visitor that 'Chesney' is making improvements. A series of flashbacks finally lift the lid on Gary's fateful night.

Kevin (Michael Le Vell) tells Carl (Jonathan Howard) he's been given the all-clear and is cancer free. Confused by the apparent lie, Abi (Sally Carman) explains to Carl that Kevin needs to undergo another round of chemo.
Abi's then horrified to find the brothers at loggerheads. Later, when Kevin strains his groin playing football, Abi tells him to tell the family the truth.
Kevin makes out to Debbie (Sue Devaney) and Tyrone (Alan Halsall) that his cancer was unresponsive and he has to have more chemo. Feeling the pressure, he then blurts out to Tyrone that he lied - his cancer is gone.

Dee-Dee (Channique Sterling-Brown) masks her guilt as she collects Laila from James. She then celebrates with Laila's godparents, Alya and Adam, and thanks Billy for a lovely christening. Will James find out?
EastEnders
The Panesars are in crisis mode as they attempt to rescue the businesses. Desperate for cash, Ravi goes to Nicola (Laura Doddington) for a drug contact and she warns him of the dangers.

Later, Priya (Sophie Khan Levy) is incredulous at the promises Ravi is making for Avani's birthday party. But he insists he won't let their daughter down.
Ravi then contacts a dealer to do a job for him but he's forced to hide his car when the police arrive. Harry (Elijah Holloway) agrees to keep it in The Arches, where he and Kojo (Dayo Koleosho) find a large stash of drugs in the boot.
Cindy (Michelle Collins) berates Callum (Tony Clay) for kissing Johnny (Charlie Suff) after Felix leaves her in the lurch - but Lexi (Isabella Brown) overhears. Callum promises Lexi nothing is going on but, later, as Callum tells Johnny they can only be friends, they end up kissing again.

Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa) is looking to Peter (Thomas Law) for reassurance about Jimmy's diagnosis. Later, Peter struggles to settle Jimmy until Jay (Jamie Borthwick) plays the guitar nearby.
Lauren finds Peter taking a guitar lesson from Jay, who advises him to move on with Lauren and their children. Lauren then surprises Peter with a family picnic in the Square gardens but Cindy ruins it all after she sees her hugging Zack (James Farrar) and assumes they're having an affair.

Hollyoaks
Battered and bruised, Ste is determined to get answers about Lucas' recent violent behaviour and books him an emergency hospital appointment - but scans come back clear.
Hearing there's been a sighting of Bobby, Mercedes sets off to find him pleading with Donny to believe he's not involved in the murder.
Tony later offers her comfort. Vicky panics when she hears Donny has received a copy of the ballistic report and Dillon vows to confess to the shooting. Clare then discovers Grace has woken from her coma.

Neighbours
Aarons' love triangle takes a turn as he finally chooses between Rhett and Colton. Taye is keen to win Karl's pie promotion at The Tram but a confrontation between Karl and Susan at the event throws everything off-track.
Andrew is buoyed by Wendy's support but his hopes for a perfect function with his birth family are derailed when the photos Wendy has prepared for him are corrupted. Holly's quick-thinking saves the day but she and Andrew eventually cross a line. Elsewhere, Krista comes home with a heavy secret.

Home and Away
Leah prepares for dinner with Theo and Lacey while Justin expresses his concerns. Lacey reluctantly agrees to attend but Theo is defensive within moments of being greeted.
Cash is scolded by his new Sergeant, David, when he arrives late to a briefing. In the interview room, Cash acknowledges his personal file on the table.
David is unimpressed but, soon, he shows interest in a witness from Cash's most recent case: Lacey. Elsewhere, Kirby and Remi run into established pop artist Avalon, and Remi's talents are noticed.

He was even heard asking Bilikis , who also goes by Billykiss, if she would leave Dublin and "move to London" if they were to be together. But fans weren't buying it, and didn't think he was being genuine - in fact they even suggested he had a "game plan". The viewer theory that hit social media was that Dejon was flirting with Bilikis to get to Meg. Taking to X/Twitter one fan said: "Fear Dejon is just gonna lead Billykiss to wind up Meg." While another added: "I think Dejon's game plan is to wind up Meg." This one vented: "I hope Dejon isn't using Billykiss to get to Meg." Before going in the villa, Bilikis was asked who she was interested in, and she said: "Dejon and Conor. I'm here to bombshell so you've got to do what you've got to do." When quizzed on what she looks for in a man, she said: "Someone tall who's good looking but not too good looking and that's confident, assertive, knows what they want and is serious about me." The other bombshell to enter the villa tonight was gym hunk Ryan Bannister. Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX. 6 Bilikis is the latest bombshell to enter Love Island

Viewers weren't impressed by Harry's conversation with his villa partner Shakira. 4 Love Island fans were left unimpressed with Harry following a chat with Shakira Credit: ITV 4 He hid key details of the saucy Heart Rate Challenge from his villa partner Credit: ITV 4 Furious fans claimed he "gaslit" Shakira Credit: ITV During the steamy Heart Rate challenge, it turned out fellow Islander Helena's routine got Harry's heart racing more than any other girl. In the saucy challenge Helena made her desire for him clear when she whispered in Harry's ear: "I want to f*** you." He immediately told Tommy to pass it on to the boys afterwards, and Dejon was left open-mouthed. During his go, Harry whispered "do you still want to f*** me?" in Helena's ear. However, when discussing the results with Shakira afterwards, Harry neglected to tell her what had happened. Fans were left unimpressed, as one wrote: "Shakira deserves so much better than Harry, casa amor please save her asap." Another added: "they all gaslight shakira??? how is helena saying it's not deep knowing what her and harry whispered to each other??????" A third wrote: "Harry mugging off shakira." While a fourth remarked: "shakira now we can dump harry you've given him enough chances." Harry and Helena struck up a connection early on, however, the playboy couldn't help but keep his options open and things fizzled out as quickly as they started. Watch the moment Shakira kicks off furious new Love Island feud with Helena - and two bombshells enter the villa Having switched his attention to Shakira, after a snog-filled terrace trip with Yasmin, Helena was reluctant to be friends with him. But her stint in the second villa for the Sleepover, which saw the arrival of four bombshells, made her realise she still had feelings for Harry. It comes as viewers predicted Shakira could couple up with another villa boy. She shared a steamy smooch with Irish rugby player Conor during a challenge called Snog, Marry, Pie. Islanders had to kiss who they fancied the most, propose and marry the Islander they most thought of as marriage material, and pie the Islander who they didn't fancy or had any previous issues with. Since the pair shared a steamy smooch and Conor declared Shakira as the "fittest girl in the villa", fans have predicted their blossoming romance. One person wrote: "Conor and Shakira? I could see that." Another said: "Anyone else think shakira and Conor might couple up at some point or is that a stretch?" While a third wrote: "Hear me out… shakira and Conor," Love Island airs on ITV1 and ITVX.
