3 people taken to hospital after A90 crash north of Dundee
Emergency services were called to the collision at the Tealing junction at around 3.50pm on Thursday.
The crash involved a black Ford Transit Connect, a silver Mazda CX-5 and a white Vauxhall Viva.
Two men, aged 71 and 62, who were the driver and passenger of the Mazda, and the driver of the Vauxhall, a 61-year-old woman, were taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment.
Police have not revealed their conditions.
Drivers faced long delays and diversions and the road was closed for more than seven hours.
Police have now launched an appeal for witnesses.
Road Policing Sergeant Brian McEwen said: 'Our inquiries remain ongoing to establish the full circumstances of this crash and I would appeal to any witnesses to please contact police.
'In addition, drivers with dash-cam footage around the time of the incident are asked to come forward as this may assist with our inquiries.'

Shrophire man dies in A525 crash as van driver arrested
A man has been arrested after a motorcyclist was killed in a crash.A white Vauxhall van and a Moto Morini Corsaro motorcycle crashed on the A525 Whitchurch Road, close to the junction with Rookery Lane, near Audlem, Cheshire, shortly after 08:00 BST on motorbike rider, a 42-year-old man from Whitchurch, Shropshire, was pronounced dead at the scene, Cheshire Police van's driver, a 40-year-old man from Walsall, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. Boy, 11, struck by hit-and-run driver who sent him flying off e-scooter ‘like a ragdoll'
AN ELEVEN-year-old boy was "left for dead" after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver. Bradley Hooper was rushed to hospital after he was "sent flying" off an e-scooter in Southampton, Hampshire. The youngster went "down like a ragdoll" when he was hit by a black Vauxhall last week. Bradley - who was using his cousin's scooter - was left bloodied and bruised, suffering four fractures to his hips. He admitted he "thought he was going to die" after being left screaming in pain on the road, but the Vauxhall driver did not stop. Bradley has been forced to use a wheelchair following the collision and is now waiting to find out if he needs surgery. Speaking while still in hospital, he said: "The car drove off and left me. 'I thought I was going to die and thought: 'I love my family, and my mum is my angel'. 'I have scary dreams of them coming to get me and running me over again. 'Thank you to everyone who cares for me and loves me.' His devastated mother, Hollie Hooper, 30, said she is 'disgusted' by the driver. She was out shopping at the time and first heard about the crash when her nephew and brother called her. Hollie said: 'I rushed there as soon as I could when they told me and the police were on the scene straight away. 'The driver nearly killed Bradley and I am disgusted and mortified.' Mrs Hooper said she has not slept since the incident as she is still trying to find out the identity of the driver. In a desparate plea to the driver, she added: Please come forward. "If you are a parent, how would you feel if this was your child? 'It is horrific that someone could leave a child for dead – they left before realising Bradley was alive. 'I want to thank the Sholing and Thornhill community and everyone who has helped us so far.' Hampshire Constabulary confirmed an investigation into the incident is underway. A spokesperson said: 'We were called at 7.21pm on July 30 with reports of a car colliding with a pedestrian on Montague Avenue. 'The pedestrian, an 11-year-old boy, sustained fractures to his hips. 'The car involved did not remain at the scene. 'Enquiries remain ongoing and anyone with information is encouraged to report this directly to police on 101, quoting 44250342256.

Driver, 22, killed after horror three-vehicle collision
A 22-year-old man has died following a collision involving three vehicles. The horror smash occurred at 11.50pm on Friday at the junction of Stratford Road and Ladypool Road in Birmingham. A black Audi, blue Vauxhall and a parked vehicle were all involved in the fatal collision. The driver of the Vauxhall was taken to hospital where he was sadly pronounced dead. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers. Another three people were treated for injuries in hospital.
