A GOB-SMACKING video apparently showing two cops in a daylight romp out the side of a police car is being investigated.
A local caught the lawless behaviour on camera in Cyprus, and the footage has the holiday island aghast.

Driving through a rural area on the outskirts of Larnaka, the resident stumbled across a mind-blowing scene in the middle of a farmer's field.
Their video shows a cop car parked up in full view after ploughing through the crops - clearly in a hurry.
The front passenger door is open and one party is bending over the seat.
The other appears to be going at it hammer-and-tongs behind her.
Vehicles stream past on another road just a stone's throw away, also with a clear view of the car.
The local force confirmed it was probing a video of 'a man and woman".
Two officers have been identified in relation to the clip and temporarily dismissed from their posts until the inquiry is wrapped up.
The investigation was said to be focused on ascertaining whether the vehicle belonged to the force.
One member of the local police said: 'We are not ruling anything out.
'There is a possibility that this is a fake video, footage that has been deliberately manipulated and we are investigating that too.

By Wednesday, however, the clip had been confirmed as legitimate.
Well-placed officials vowed the embarrassing incident would not be allowed to sully 'the good name' of the force.
One source told The Sun: 'If this video is for real it is deeply offensive but we will not let it get in the way of our good name and good work."
Social media users had a field day after the video went viral late Tuesday.
Commenters said it had 'humiliated' a police force put already under stress from the escalating conflict in the nearby Middle East.
Amid the mockery, police spokesperson Kyriaki Lambrianidou called for sensitivity, as children and families are involved.
The person who filmed could have handed the video over to police rather than post it online for public consumption, she told local media.
Cypriot police responded to a more serious case this week after a British tourist plunged ten metres from a hotel balcony.
The 24-year-old tourist was left fighting for his life when he fell from the platform in the party town Ayia Napa.
The lad was rushed to the Famagusta hospital in Paralimni, but then urgently transferred to Nicosia general hospital - the largest on the island.
Doctors described his condition as 'serious', and cops launched an investigation into the circumstances.

'This has come as a complete shock as I have never knowingly used any banned substances or broken any rules, and am working closely with my team to investigate how this could have happened. 'I know that I have not done anything wrong and remain hopeful that I will be back on the pitch soon. I cannot say any more now due to the confidentiality of the process, but I will as soon as I can.'

A British police force apologized Wednesday to the family of teenage motorcyclist Harry Dunn who was killed by an American government employee driving on the wrong side of the road near a U.S. airbase. In a statement following the publication of a review into the incident, Northamptonshire Police apologized to Dunn's family for 'a failure on our part to do the very best for the victim in this case.' The review criticized the police force, specifically former chief constable Nick Adderley, for the way the investigation was handled and said priority was given to the welfare of the suspect, Anne Sacoolas, over a 'prompt and effective investigation." It also and found that there is potentially a culture at Northamptonshire Police of not arresting suspects 'in circumstances such as these, which could lead to evidence not being obtained.' Reacting to the review, Harry's mother, Charlotte Charles, said the failures identified were something 'no family should ever have to endure.' 'Today's review report confirms what we have known for years, that we were failed by the very people we should have been able to trust,' she said. 'Harry was left to die on the roadside. Sacoolas was not arrested, even though the police had every power to do so. She fled the country, and they didn't tell us' Sacoolas was driving on the wrong side of the road when her car struck and killed 19-year-old Dunn near U.S. military base RAF Croughton. Mystery as married volunteer rangers found dead in their Arizona home
A married, volunteer ranger couple were mysteriously found shot dead in their Arizona home sparking a huge police probe. Investigators with the Snowflake Taylor Police say they are 'working several leads' over the shooting deaths of Troy Templeton, 62, and Cynthia Templeton, 53 and have not released any details about possible suspects. The married couple, who were both members of the Arizona Rangers, were discovered in their home in Taylor, Arizona on Sunday when officers were called for a welfare check. Neighbors reported that their front door was left open, and when officers entered the home they found them both dead from gunshot wounds. A third person, identified as Cynthia's 21-year-old daughter with special needs by AZ Family, was also found unharmed inside the home. Officials said Tuesday that they have found no suspects, and although they say they have no reason to believe there is further threat to the area, investigators are looking into 'several leads'. 'This is a tragic incident that has shaken our community,' Snowflake-Taylor Police Chief Robert Martin said. 'Our detectives... are working tirelessly to piece together what happened and why. 'While we are still early in the investigation, we want the public to know that we are following several strong leads,' Martin said. 'We also urge anyone who may have information—no matter how small—to come forward. Your cooperation could be critical in helping us solve this case.' Chavez said she was stunned by the murder of her sister and brother and law, saying that 'if somebody did (kill them), that was because they were jealous of their love and everything they were doing for the community, and all the love they showed.' The Templetons had been members of the Arizona Rangers Show Low Company. The civilian organization is an auxiliary support force for the police and other law enforcement. 'Both served the Arizona Rangers and their community with unwavering courage, integrity, and compassion,' the group said. 'Their legacy of service and sacrifice will forever be remembered and honored. 'We extend our deepest condolences to their family, loved ones, and all members of the Arizona Ranger organization as we mourn this tremendous loss.' Arizona Rangers State Commander Colonel Barry J Adams added: 'This is a tragic loss for the community and the Arizona Rangers.'
