President Sheikh Mohamed welcomes Guinea-Bissau's President in Abu Dhabi

President Sheikh Mohamed welcomed Guinea-Bissau's President Umaro Sissoco Embalo in Abu Dhabi on Sunday.
The two leaders discussed co-operation, particularly in the areas of development, economy, trade and investment, state news agency Wam reported.
During their meeting at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohamed and Mr Embalo discussed a range of issues of mutual interest, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to strengthening relations between the UAE and Guinea-Bissau.
The Order of Zayed, the UAE's highest decoration awarded to heads of state, was presented to Mr Embalo by Sheikh Mohamed, in recognition of his efforts to enhance bilateral relations.
Mr Embalo, in turn, presented Sheikh Mohamed with the Amílcar Cabral Medal, the highest honour granted by Guinea-Bissau, in appreciation of his role in strengthening ties between the two countries.
