WATCH: King County Sheriff's helicopter tracks reckless driver during multi-city chase
You can run, but you can't hide from the Kent Police Department when there are eyes in the sky.
On March 25, an officer says they tried to stop an unlicensed BMW that was driving recklessly.
The driver tried to get away, but the King County Sheriff's Office says its Guardian 1 helicopter was nearby and joined in the chase.
The department says patrol officers were able to back off on the ground while the helicopter provided updates on where the BMW was headed.
Video from the helicopter shows the driver weave in and out of traffic, cut through several parking lots and neighborhoods, and speed through several cities.
Eventually, officers caught up with the BMW and blocked the driver in.
Video shows the man jump out of the car and try to make a run for it, but he gave up fairly quickly and was arrested.

Man dies weeks after scooter crash in Stamford
A man who was seriously injured during a crash in Stamford last month while he was riding a stand-up scooter has died, police said. Christian Dinamarca, 46, was pronounced dead on Wednesday after spending the last few weeks in a hospital following a crash on May 29, according to Sgt. Jeffrey Booth of the Stamford Police Department. The collision was reported in the 100 block of Hope Street at 10:59 p.m. when officers responded to the area and found Dinamarca suffering from serious injuries that were initially not believed to be life-threatening, Booth previously said. He was taken in an ambulance to Stamford Hospital. According to Booth, Dinamarca's condition worsened over the past two weeks before he succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday evening. Investigators believe Dinamarca was struck while riding a stand-up scooter heading north on Hope Street. He was hit by a 2011 BMW that was also headed north and was being driven by a 17-year-old Stamford resident, Booth said. The collision caused Dinamarca to be thrown from his scooter and onto the road. He was wearing a helmet, Booth previously said. The scooter was heavily damaged and broken into several pieces. The driver of the BMW initially left the area and parked not far away, according to Booth. He walked back to the scene where he spoke to police about the crash. The crash remains under investigation. McDonald's coffee craving driver has BMW seized
A driver desperate to enjoy a cup of McDonald's coffee has had their vehicle seized after being stopped by police in King's Lynn. It happened at the Pierpoint Retail Park on Wednesday, when a BMW driver was stopped by officers from the Norfolk and Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team. The driver was uninsured and travelling with an expired provisional licence, but insisted their journey - to pick up a takeaway coffee from McDonald's - "was an emergency". Man arrested as part of FBI investigation, charged in connection with 3 pipe bomb incidents
A man was arrested as part of an FBI investigation and has been charged in connection with three pipe bomb incidents. 'This alleged activity posed a serious risk to public safety,' said Elena Iatarola, FBI Cincinnati Special Agent in Charge. 'The FBI worked closely with our law enforcement partners to neutralize this potential danger and protect the community.' Gilb is accused of detonating three improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in Hamilton and Butler counties, according to court documents. 'A complaint affidavit details that on April 12, Hamilton County sheriff's deputies were dispatched to Miami Township for a report of a loud explosion. They discovered what appeared to be a blast crater and components of an improvised explosive device (IED),' said FBI Cincinnati. 'Further investigation revealed that there were two prior incidents in Morgan Township that allegedly had similar characteristics to the incident in Miami Township. Butler County sheriff's deputies had responded to incidents there on March 23 and March 28.' Witnesses allegedly saw Gilb in a white BMW near the site where at least one of the IEDs exploded, FBI Cincinnati said. He faces up to 10 years in prison if he's convicted of both charges.
