Bvlgari Launches New Boutique in Riyadh's Solitaire Mall
Bvlgari's stunning new boutique marks another step on Solitaire's journey to it-girl status.
May 05, 2025
Italian luxury house Bvlgari has opened a new boutique in Riyadh's Solitaire Mall, adding to the growing roster of international brands choosing the capital as a site for regional expansion.
The store, among the brand's largest in the region, continues Bvlgari's expansion into Gulf markets. It draws heavily on the Roman roots the brand is known for, down to the Travertino Navona stone portals and a Serpenti chandelier crafted from Murano glass by Venetian artisans. A private lounge sits tucked inside the space, offering a quieter corner for VIP clients.
The facade - a rhombus mesh pattern based on a 1930s archival sketch - gestures toward Bvlgari's heritage without being overly nostalgic. Inside, the design walks a familiar line between classical references and contemporary luxury, in keeping with the brand's global retail identity.
Bvlgari's arrival also reflects the broader ambitions of Solitaire Mall, which is steadily positioning itself as more than just another retail centre. If the strategy holds, Riyadh may be carving out a new kind of urban luxury space - one more architectural than aspirational.
