The money was subsequently recovered and transferred to the government's fund through official channels. The ministry affirmed that the declaration, along with the outcomes of the work of the eight specialized committees, constitutes a practical and effective plan on political, economic, legal, and security levels. Implementing this plan according to a clear timeline would reinforce the foundations of peace, security, and stability in the Middle East. It called on the countries participating in the conference—and all other states—to join the declaration as a practical tool for building international momentum to implement the two-state solution and to translate speeches and statements into concrete actions and commitments.
