JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes share sweet update as relationship intensifies

Daily Mirror19 hours ago

After JoJo, 22, admitted earlier this week that her relationship with Love Island star Chris Hughes, 32, was no longer "platonic", she has shared more of their time together on social media
Singer JoJo Siwa has shared a series of clips of her time in London over the last week, as her relationship with Love Island star Chris Hughes has continued to intensify. The couple, who appeared to fall for each other on Celebrity Big Brother, while JoJo was in a relationship, have spent lots of quality time together as JoJo joined her former co-star in the UK.
The Dance Moms reality star, 22, has documented her time in London on TikTok, with Chris, 32, featuring heavily in her videos. Her most recent upload was captioned: "What a week and What a camera roll. Mini vlog coming next."

As well as her tour, she has been hosting her Afternoon Tea Party, which saw her fans join her on a double-decker bus as she made her way around London. Adorned with sweet treats and sandwiches from "afternoon tea specialists" Brigit's Bakery, the bus took JoJo and her fans through the capital as they chatted and laughed.

Her video included clips of her and Chris, including him kissing her on the head, them both in hysterics over his comedy glasses and the pair enjoying walks through the park with a coffee. One clip showed her taking part in an interview on Capital radio, in which she admitted, after months of speculation, that she and Chris are an item.
Speaking to Capital Buzz on June 2, JoJo said: "I'm sure it's no secret to people, I am in a lovely relationship with a sweet boy named Christopher Hughes." She has also been forced to hit back at claims that her relationship with Chris is a publicity stunt.
JoJo told The Guardian at the start of the week: "It's not platonic anymore, and it's been a beautiful development, a beautiful connection, and I'm absolutely head over heels for him and he's the same way.'
When asked about suggestions it's for PR, she added: "Clearly, you've never been around us. I won't ever speak for him, but for me personally, the happiness in my life just radiates off of me right now." She added: "Literally yesterday, I was massaging my cheeks; I've never been in pain from smiling so much.'
This Morning's Ben Shephard also brought the topic up with reality star Chris Hughes, who was left blushing live on air on Tuesday (June 3) when he congratulated him on his romance with JoJo. Chris shared a now-deleted photo showing the couple cuddling in bed together.

He kissed her on the head while she lay on his chest, with Chris captioning the post: "Sleeping beauty." Speaking live on This Morning, Ben asked Chris: "Can we just say, because obviously we're all talking about, congratulations on the relationship.
"We're all very excited. Have we decided on whether it's Hughes-wa? What's the power couple name?" A grinning Chris replied: "They call it CoJo. That's the one they're all going for. Chris-JoJo, it works. It rolls off the tongue, doesn't it? Thanks guys, I appreciate it."

Meanwhile, on the Rosebud podcast with Gyles Brandreth, JoJo gushed about what drew her to Chris, saying: "When he first walked in, he was the only person that I knew what they looked like before coming into the show.
"I was 'Oh that's the Chris guy'. Initially the first thing that I took in about him was he was a good hugger. I liked his hug. That felt like a nice embrace. And he smelt good."
And now JoJo admits she is thinking long-term about a life with Chris, even wanting to make it permanent with a tattoo to commemorate their story. She said: "I want Chris to last for a lifetime," adding: "The Chris tattoo, I said in Big Brother that I would get this bamboo stick... and I want to get two other tattoos from the Big Brother house of memories that I have from in there."

EXCLUSIVE Married At First Sight's Carina Mirabile risks a wardrobe malfunction as she leads the reality stars at Aura nightclub's grand reopening

Sydney 's nightlife got its groove back last night as Aura – the club formerly known as ARQ – flung open its doors with a star-studded launch party on Saturday night. A who's who of reality TV turned up in force, rocking plunging necklines and eye-popping outfits that ensured all eyes were on them from the moment they hit the carpet. Married At First Sight star Carina Mirabile was impossible to miss, arriving draped in a dramatic chocolate-brown fur coat over a plunging black halter gown that left little to the imagination. If the recent furor over her Fashion Week attire bothered her, Carina certainly didn't show it as she brushed off the controversy with a confident smile and bold beauty look. The fur coat drama that saw an official complaint filed against her at Australian Fashion Week (where real fur is banned) was clearly yesterday's news. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Carina had insisted at the time: 'It's not real fur, bought from a vintage store in New York. I wouldn't wear anything that's not ethically sourced.' In a look this risqué yet refined on Saturday night, Carina signalled she's moved on and is dressed to impress. The reality TV glam squad was out in full force. Love Island's Margarita Smith also stunned in a strapless blush pink gown that hugged her curves, oozing Old Hollywood meets influencer chic. Posing arm-in-arm with her were two Love Triangle bombshells bringing their own wow factor. Marisa Salazar dazzled in a sheer blue lace dress that showed off a crystal-studded bra and plenty of leg, while Jazmin Burke turned heads in pink dress. The trio's extreme cleavage and high-fashion flair set flashbulbs into a frenzy as they laughed and pouted for the cameras. There was nothing shy about these ensembles, but the vibe remained playful and tastefully on-trend, proving that sheer lace and confidence can go hand in hand. MAFS firecracker Cyrell Paule was spotted laughing and chatting with her partner, Love Island alum Eden Dally, the pair turning heads as a power couple among the VIPs. Also in the mix were MAFS grooms Adrian Aranouzou, Ryan Donnelly, and Tony Mojanovski, who happily posed for selfies with partygoers – proving that once the drama of the show wraps, the bromance lives on. Travel Guides fan-favourite Bri Auty also made an appearance, bringing her signature bubbly energy to the dance floor. Not to be outdone, the style spectrum continued with an eclectic mix of edgy, elegant and retro vibes. DJ Shiralee Coleman – who doubled as the night's soundtrack maestro - rocked a high-gloss black latex mini-dress adorned with dramatic chain accents. With her glossy locks and fierce stance, Shiralee's look was part rockstar, and all attitude. Meanwhile, socialite and fashionista Suzan Mutesi embraced bold colour, glowing in fuchsia satin that popped under the neon lights. And '90s it girl Tali Jatali proved style only gets better with age - flaunting her toned frame in a peach crochet crop top and matching flared pants combo. The nostalgic crochet two-piece put a fresh spin on boho meets clubwear, and Tali accessorised it with a megawatt smile, reminding everyone that she's still got it in spades. Sydney's clubbers were reminded that they weren't just partying at a trendy new hotspot – they were witnessing the rebirth of an icon. Aura stands on the site of the legendary ARQ nightclub, a Darlinghurst institution that ruled Oxford Street for 26 years as the epicentre of the city's queer nightlife. Under its new name and a chic makeover, the venue paid homage to that legacy while ushering in a new era.
