For those who are cordially invited to the American Heart Association's Red Dress Collection Concert, there is only one unspoken rule for the dress code: you should probably wear red.
On Thursday night, Suki Waterhouse certainly stayed on theme as she arrived at New York City's Lincoln Center with two different outfits—both cape-like and both bright crimson.
To walk the carpet, Waterhouse wore a ruby, draped viscose gown from Taller Marmo which featured a straight column skirt and a poncho-style bodice with flared sleeves.
To pair with the flowy design, Waterhouse added some statement jewelry from Suzanne Kalan: large silver drop earrings and matching diamond rings that helped pop against her monochromatic look.
Later in the evening, Waterhouse took the stage to perform, singing a few of her singles like 'Good Looking,' 'Wild Side,' and 'Moves,' as well as a cover of The Killers's 'Don't Look Back in Anger.'
For her set, the English singer-songwriter switched into another brilliant-red dress, this time from the Calcaterra Spring/Summer 2025 collection. The piece made Waterhouse look like she was covered in a waterfall of fringe, with hundreds of crimson strands encircling her body and flowing around her as she sang.
Each year, the Red Dress Collection Concert raises awareness on cardiovascular disease, which is the number-one cause of death for women around the world. While it's filled with live music and extravagant fashion, the important event is hosted to celebrate work that supports women's heart health, and to raise funds for further research and development.

Scottie Scheffler's Most Commanding PGA Tour Win Yet — and a Wardrobe That Spoke Volumes

Scottie Scheffler didn't just win the PGA Championship—he controlled it from start to finish, delivering a performance that cements his dominance in the sport. With his third major title added to his resume, Scheffler continues to show why he's earned that World No. 1 spot. Advertisement More from Variety And yet, some of the loudest buzz of the week came before he even teed off. During a practice round, Scheffler showed up in a burnt orange Nike polo — an instant conversation starter. Whether it was a quiet nod to the color of the jumpsuit he wore during last year's highly publicized (and quickly dismissed) arrest at Valhalla Golf Club or tribute to his alma mater, the University of Texas, the timing felt deliberate. One year removed from a surreal off-course moment, Scheffler returned to the PGA Championship not just unbothered — but completely in control. Nike jumped on the moment. After the win, they posted a photo of Scheffler with the caption: 'Best player in the world? Guilty.' A cheeky full-circle reference that turned last year's distraction into this year's statement. Given how commanding Scheffler's win was, and how closely watched his return to the PGA Championship felt, it's no surprise the burnt orange Nike polo he wore is nearly sold out. The moment made waves. The good news? It's still available in other colorways, along with the rest of his tournament gear. Advertisement The PGA tour continues this week with the Charles Schwab Challenge from May 22 – 25 in Fort Worth, Texas. The season continues through the summer, culminating with the FedExCup Playoffs in August and the Ryder Cup in September. The final events include the TOUR Championship (August 18–24) and the Ryder Cup (September 26–28 at Bethpage Black in New York). Why Meghan Markle's Upcoming Gala Appearance Is Now Postponed

"Hearst Magazines and Yahoo may earn commission or revenue on some items through these links." Meghan Markle was set to be honored this weekend at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County's Night of Wonder gala, but the event has been postponed amid the ongoing protests in the city. 'As an institution 'of, for, and with Los Angeles,' our responsibility during challenging times is clear: to serve as a community resource focused on healing and unity, not celebration,' Dr. Lori Bettison-Varga, President and Director of the museum, said in a statement. 'Los Angeles needs us to channel our energy toward supporting our neighbors and demonstrating the values that make our city and county strong.' Protests in Los Angeles began in Friday against immigration raids in the California city. President Donald Trump has deployed National Guard troops and Marines into L.A., over the objections of Governor Gavin Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass. 'This isn't just about protests here in Los Angeles,' the governor said last night in an address. 'When Donald Trump sought blanket authority to commander the National Guard, he made that order apply to every state in this nation. This is about all of us. This is about you. California may be first, but it clearly will not end here. Other states are next. Democracy is next. Democracy is under assault before our eyes. This moment we have feared has arrived.' The 'Night of Wonder' gala planned to celebrate Meghan for her work championing 'underserved communities,' they previously announced. 'We are proud to honor Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, a native Angeleno, whose work to advance community wellbeing and expand opportunity — especially for underserved communities — aligns with our equity-focused approach to developing science literacy for the next generation, including through our STEM and STEAM Pathways programs,' Dr. Bettison-Varga perviously said. No postponed date for the gala has been announced as of yet. The Sussexes have yet to comment publicly on either the postponed gala or the protest. Sydney Sweeney Means Business in Two Very Different Summer Suits

"Hearst Magazines and Yahoo may earn commission or revenue on some items through these links." Sydney Sweeney is taking on New York like a boss. In the midst of her Echo Valley press tour, the Euphoria star dressed up for a day of bouncing around talk shows in two different suit styles. While heading into Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, the actor was photographed in a grey archival 1996 Givenchy Couture suit by John Galliano. The suit, which nodded to Old Hollywood, featured a high-collar, semi-cropped jacket with a matching high-waisted skirt. Both pieces of the suit were equipped with bow detailing—two on either side of the jacket and the hip of the skirt. Jumping over to The Kelly Clarkson Show, Sweeney was photographed on the way to the taping in a crisp all-white suit look. The summery suit featured a fitted, plunging jacket with matching short shorts. The actor topped off the look with a sleek high pony and a smooth side strip on one side of her face. The White Lotus star accessorized both of her sophisticated suits with black pointed-toe pumps and black top-handle bags. Throughout her press tour, the star has channeled her inner Working Girl with a selection of chic boardroom-inspired looks from a tie collared pinstripe blazer dress to a silk checkered pant set from Oscar de la Renta. But for the premiere screening of her Apple TV+ film, Sweeney strayed away from structured suit silhouettes and brought the drama in a grand Vera Wang gown. The actor wowed in the scarlet red billing ballgown—a custom creation made of decadent Italian silk. The show-stopping look gave us high glamour as was no doubt one of the best red carpet moments since this year's Cannes Film Festival.
