A man police are searching for following an an "attempted murder" stabbing at a student accommodation block in Oxford is still "unidentified". Police said they are searching for a man in connection with a suspected stabbing which occurred about 7pm on Sunday, July 20 in James Wolfe Road. A man in his 20s was said to have been stabbed in this incident. Student accommodation Unite Students Parade Green in Cowley was cordoned off by officers following the incident. Thames Valley Police issued an update on the attempted murder probe on August 1, releasing an image of an individual officers are looking for.
