Preston North End have signed Leicester City goalkeeper Daniel Iversen on a four-year deal.
The 27-year-old Dane will join on a free transfer on 1 July when his contract with the Foxes expires.
He previously spent time on loan with the Lancashire side in 2020-21 and 2021-22.
"I love it here. It's the most I've been happy. Preston is where I've played my best football," he told the club website.

Wayne Gretzky Names Greatest Basketball Player of All Time

Social media can tend to be a disaster when it comes to debating almost anything, right down to something relatively innocent, like "hot dogs vs. hamburgers." That notion is particularly true any time the topic of "GOAT" (Greatest of All Time) comes up. Advertisement Whether it's in regard to the greatest rapper of all time—the Tupac/Biggie debate will likely never end—or the greatest athlete of all time, it's kind of become a continuous carousel of noise where no one really ever changes their mind. One of the most common debates that can be found on a daily, nearly hourly basis is whether or not LeBron James has surpassed Michael Jordan as the NBA's quintessential "GOAT." Michael Jordan and LeBron James shake hands during the 2022 NBA All-Star Game as part of NBA All Star Weekend on February 20, 2022. Jesse D. Garrabrant/Getty Images For topics that typically end up getting as heated as the LeBron vs. MJ "conversation," sometimes it might make the most sense to lean on the big guns for a definitive declaration. And who better than hockey royalty like Wayne Gretzky—quite literally known as "The Great One"—to put a very clear stamp on said debate? Advertisement So, during a recent appearance on the New Heights podcast with Jason and Travis Kelce, Gretzky was asked for his opinion on that very topic. "Well the NBA's pretty easy," Gretzky casually stated. "Twenty-three, that one's pretty easy, right." While James and Jordan both stake claim to No. 23, Travis quickly confirmed by saying, "Mike, yeah," seemingly to prevent any kind of confusion before moving on. Now, while this is just Gretzky's opinion, the beauty of the great No. 99 throwing his opinion into the often tense NBA "GOAT" conversation is that it's offered up a brand new layer to the social media chatter, as basketball fans can now begin debating as to whether or not Wayne Gretzky is right or wrong. Advertisement The four-time Stanley Cup champion went on to discuss the greatest to ever do it in each of the other major sports—MLB, NFL and NHL—and did not name himself when it came to the hockey "GOAT" even though there are many sports fans out there who deem him as such. Panthers QB Bryce Young breaks out new look at Monday's OTAs

After a busy and exciting offseason, the Carolina Panthers are heading into the 2025 campaign with a new-look team. They also might be going in with a new-look quarterback—and we're not talking about a change at the position. The Panthers returned to the practice field on Monday, for the fourth session of this year's team organized activities. And while we didn't hear from the coaches or players before or following the outing, we did come away with at least one interesting nugget from the afternoon—this photo of a fully-bearded quarterback Bryce Young: This isn't the first time Young has broke out a different look during an installment of OTAs. He showed up last May with quite a bit more muscle than he had in his rookie season. Advertisement Here's a side-by-side of Young in his final game of 2023 and at OTAs last spring: Getty Images/Panthers But is the beard, like the bulk, here to stay? Perhaps we'll find out tomorrow . . . Follow @ThePanthersWire on Twitter/X for more Panthers content. 2025 Belmont odds, post positions, betting: Journalism (8-5) is morning-line favorite for 157th Belmont

The 157th running of the Belmont Stakes is Saturday at Saratoga Springs, New York. (Photo by Horsephotos /Getty Images) There won't be a Triple Crown winner in horse racing this year, but the 157th running of the Belmont Stakes on Saturday should be an exciting race nonetheless. This is the second straight year the race will take place in Saratoga Springs, New York, while renovations are done on the Belmont track in Elmont, New York. Journalism — this year's Kentucky Derby favorite (and eventual runner-up to winner Sovereignty) — who won the Preakness several weeks ago, opened as the 8-5 morning line favorite. Journalism drew the No. 7 post. Advertisement Sovereignty, the Derby winner who skipped the Preakness, had the second-best morning line odds at 2-1 and drew the No. 2 post. Baeza, who finished third in the Derby, had the next-best odds at 4-1 from the No. 6 post. The two horses with the longest odds are Uncaged (No. 4 post) and Heart of Honor (No. 8 post) at 30-1. Dornoch (17-1) won last year's Belmont, with Mindframe second and favorite Sierra Leone in third. Post time is 7:07 p.m. ET on Saturday. Here are the post positions and odds for every horse in the 157th Belmont: 1. Hill Road (10-1) 2. Sovereignty (2-1) 3. Rodriguez (6-1) 4. Uncaged (30-1) 5. Crudo (15-1) 6. Baeza (4-1) 7.
