Downtown Growers' Market
Features local produce, handcrafted wellness products, art, hot prepared foods, music, and entertainment.
Now-Nov. 8 on Sundays: Robinson Park, 8 a.m.-noonPerformances by T.I., Lil Jon, Fat Joe, Ginuwine, Chingy, and the Ying Yang Twins. Booths selling tacos, nachos, margaritas, tequilas, beer, and more.

Summertime in Old Town 2025
Live music will be performed on the gazebo.
Now through July 26 at Old Town Plaza.
Fridays from 7-9 p.m., Saturdays from 1-3 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., and 1-3 p.m. on Sundays.
Freedom 4th
Celebrate Independence Day with fireworks and live music performances, including national headliner Hunter Hayes. Local vendors will be on site selling food and drinks.

Night Walks at the Botanic Garden
A guided tour through the Botanic Garden in search of night-blooming plants, nocturnal animals, and night pollinators.

*Aug. 12 event is adults only.Lavender bunches and products for sale alongside booths selling art, crafts, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and food. The event also features live music and educational activities and exhibits.

City of Albuquerque partners to bring virtual program for solo agers
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The six-week virtual Aging Alone Together series is DOROT's flagship program for solo agers, people who by choice or circumstance expect to age independently. The program is offered in partnership with the City of Albuquerque and Older Rainbow Community Albuquerque. These 2000s movies and shows were filmed in Albuquerque. Have you seen them? The virtual program gives solo agers different tools, strategies and support resources through group discussions and interactive presentations. Each session covers different topics including community building, medical decisions, financial/legal matters, how to age at home and more. Anyone aging without family, feeling alone or seeking meaningful connections is welcome to join. The program is free, but registration is required. To register, click here.
