With the Fish shutting down, The Kevin and Taylor Show, which began back in 2000, announced that their last show would be Friday.
'We are so incredibly honored that we had the privilege of bringing you 'Good, Clean, Fun' and doing life with you for 24 years. So many times at radio events, we would meet those of you who grew up listening, and now you have children of your own. That's so rare in radio, and we are so grateful! Every day you inspired us with the stories of your lives, to love God and love people better,' the hosts wrote in a statement after the sale was announced.
The station's new owners currently operate K-LOVE, which you can currently hear on 106.7 frequency.
It's unclear if K-LOVE will also transmit on the 104.7 frequency. However, EMF interim CEO Tom Stultz says the stations they purchased from Salem Media Group will 'keep Christian music flowing' and 'help us deliver on our mission to reach more people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.'

Christian Rock Band Newsboys React to Former Lead Singer Michael Tait's Sexual Assault Allegations: 'Heartbroken and Angry'

Christian rock group Newsboys released a statement following allegations of sexual assault against former lead singer Michael Tait An investigation by The Roys Report was made public a day prior that included claims against Tait of alleged sexual assaults that took place between 2004 and 2014 "While Michael has not addressed these allegations, we are devastated even by the implications," the band saidChristian rockers Newsboys are speaking out after allegations of sexual assault were made against the group's former lead singer, Michael Tait. On Thursday, June 5, the band shared a note on Instagram, one day after an investigation by The Roys Report was made public that included claims against Tait of alleged sexual assaults that took place between 2004 and 2014. "Last night our hearts were shattered when we read the news alleging drug abuse and inappropriate sexual actions by our former lead singer, Michael Tait," read the statement, which was shared by the band's current lineup of Jeff Frankenstein, Jody Davis, Duncan Phillips and Adam Agee. "While Michael has not addressed these allegations, we are devastated even by the implications," the group continued. "The four of us are husbands and fathers. Between the four of us, we have fourteen children. Our wives and children have made many sacrifices while we have dedicated our lives to playing music together that glorifies God." They added, "We are horrified, heartbroken, and angry at this report and in many ways, we feel as if we and our families have been deceived for the last fifteen years." Before departing the band in January, Tait "confessed to us and our management" that he 'had been living a double-life," the band members then wrote, adding that they "never imagined that it could be this bad." Tait, formerly of the group DC Talk, has not publicly responded to the sexual assault allegations. The musician did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on Saturday, June 7. The Roys Report — the Christian media outlet behind the two-and-a-half-year investigation — claimed it spoke with three men who say Tait befriended them on Christian music tours in 2004, 2010 and 2014 and sexually assaulted them. Tait previously announced his departure from Newsboys on Jan. 16, writing on Instagram that it was a "monumental and heartfelt decision" that "has been a shock to even myself." He joined Newsboys in 2009 following the exit of band co-founder and then-lead vocalist Peter Furler. "But amidst prayer and fasting, I have clarity that this is the right decision," he continued in his departure announcement, later writing that he hoped listeners would "continue to support my brothers as they continue on in the Newsboys mission." "My heart remains focused on spreading hope and love in everything I do. Thank you for walking this journey with me. I'm forever grateful," he concluded. Tait is also largely known for his solo career, as well as his work in DC Talk alongside Kevin Max and TobyMac. The group won four Grammys between 1993 and 2001. The Green Bay Packers and quarterback Jordan Love will face off against the Pittsburgh Steelers and Aaron Rodgers in Week 8 of the 2025 NFL season on Sunday Night Football. That matchup is now officially going to happen. On Friday, Rodgers agreed to terms with the Steelers. He flew to Pittsburgh to sign his deal, and he will be the new starting quarterback for the storied franchise. For the first time since the Packers traded Rodgers to the New York Jets back in April of 2023, the future Hall of Fame quarterback will have a chance to play against his old team. Fans on both sides could not be more excited to watch Love and Rodgers play against each other. Read more: Steelers Trade Proposal Would Land Another Superstar for Aaron Rodgers As shared by Jason Wilde of WISC-TV News 3, Love had nothing but good things to say about Rodgers. He's clearly excited to face off against his old mentor. "I was excited for A-Rod. I don't think I was too surprised," Love said. "I feel like there were a lot of rumors going on throughout the whole offseason about him going to the Steelers. I was excited for him, that he was obviously coming back and going to be playing. There were also some rumors that he might be done, so just knowing he's going to keep playing, that's pretty awesome." Love continued on, speaking out more about how Rodgers treated him when he was drafted. He's thankful for Rodgers and the way he handled things. "I appreciate definitely the way A-Rod handled being in that situation, and I think a big part of it — which he told me — was he knew how it was for him being in that same position, and the things that he went through and the way the situation might've been handled [differently]," Love said. "I think his perspective was, 'I'm trying to go about this a little bit differently,' which I think was awesome." Finally, the Green Bay franchise quarterback spoke out specifically about his matchup with Rodgers during the 2025 season. "I can't wait to be on different sides, meeting up, and I know we'll talk pre-game, things like that. And hopefully we can exchange jerseys after." Just like Rodgers when he faced off against Brett Favre, there will be some emotions involved in the game. Even though Rodgers is no longer connected to the Packers, what he did with the franchise will never be forgotten. However, when the two teams step onto the field, all friendships will be forgotten for 60 minutes of game action. Love playing against Rodgers on Sunday Night Football will be must-watch football.
