Daniel Dubois believes beating Oleksandr Usyk would put him among greats
Following his devastating demolition job on Anthony Joshua last year, Dubois headlines Wembley again in a bid to add to his IBF title against the unbeaten Ukrainian.

'Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson and Rocky (Marciano) and all of those greats who have come and gone,' Dubois said when asked who his boxing idols are.
'This fight puts me up there with all of them and to be remembered through all kinds of history.
'It speaks for itself on Saturday and then I'll put myself up there. I'll bring chaos to the ring and win by any means necessary.'
It has not been a smooth journey to the top for Greenwich-born Dubois.
He was heavily criticised for his 2020 defeat to Joe Joyce before he managed to string together four straight wins prior to his round-nine loss to Usyk in Poland two years ago.
He has since been on a devastating run, stopping Jarrell Miller, Filip Hrgovic and Joshua in the space of nine months between December 2023 and September 2024 to earn himself a rematch.
'I couldn't of imagined and wouldn't of known how it would happen but I would've loved to believe that I would get there you know?,' Dubois added on whether his younger self would have thought he would get a chance at undisputed status.
'It's been a long road with a lot of work, going to the gym with my dad, sparring, training, it's been a long road and I've been training for this day for a long time.
'I believed in myself, Frank (Warren) has been there matching us right and the whole team has been moving forward and staying focused.'
Queensbury promoter Warren said: 'Last time they were fighting Daniel the boy, now they're fighting Daniel the man and that's the difference.
'On the strength of his record, he's the best heavyweight of his generation (Usyk) but everyone is the best until they get beaten and I think his time is up.
'Daniel has the tools and the ability to do the business and come away with the prize.'

Gary Kelly, 19, died instantly in the fall at the same four-star hotel where Evan Thompson, from Aberdeen, lost his life just a fortnight ago. Two ambulances were sent to the scene but paramedics say there was nothing they could do to save him. The tragedy occurred in the early hours of Monday morning and the Civil Guard confirmed that he was a British national. Gary's family have been left heartbroken following the news and tributes have been paid on social media. Kharis Kelly wrote: Our hearts are shattered beyond words. "Our handsome boy has gone to the other side, Absolutely no words. "We are asking everyone to respect our privacy as a family while we try to navigate through this tragic news "You'll forever be our boy Gary, Sleep tight." Gary, who played ice hockey for both Dundee Stars and Aberdeen Lynx last season, has been remembered as a 'hugely talented and charismatic individual'. A statement from Dundee Stars said: 'We are truly devastated to learn that Gary Kelly has tragically passed away. 'We send our thoughts and condolences to Gary's family, partner, and all his friends at this extremely difficult time. 'Everyone at the club including players, staff, management, and ownership are heartbroken to hear this tragic news. 'Gary was a hugely talented and charismatic individual who had a great future ahead of him. 'His loss will impact many in the ice hockey community and beyond. He will be sadly missed. 'We respect and support the family's request for privacy at this extremely difficult time.' Officers confirmed in a statement that they were called to the scene at around 12.40am and a probe has been launched following the latest death at the hotel. A spokesman for the Civil Guard added: 'The fall could be accidental based on the early information obtained from cameras but as part of the investigation possible witnesses will need to be located and interviewed. The results of the post-mortem will also be important to the investigation.' In the days after Evan's death his loved ones raised questions about safety and blasted the hotel where he died over the way the situation was handled. Evan's sister Teila said: "Ibiza is known for its partying and it just stuns me that they don't have higher safety precautions. Pray nobody else suffers. And, once it did happen, the hotel's response was just completely heartbreaking; almost as if it never happened. I pray no other family has to go through this." Friends who were with Evan also claimed the hotel resumed normal operations just 90 minutes after his death. On Monday, bosses at Ibiza Rocks said they were "deeply shocked and devastated" following the latest tragedy as they suspended all events at the hotel. A spokesperson said: "Our priority is to support those affected and their loved ones during this incredibly difficult time, and to fully assist the authorities with their investigations. "The safety and wellbeing of our guests has, and always will remain, our highest priority. Given the seriousness of the situation and out of respect for those involved, we believe it is right to pause our advertised events programme at this time." Dizzee Rascal was scheduled to play at the hotel on Wednesday, July 23, as part of the venue's '20th birthday celebrations', while Rudimental were set to play on July 30. Locals living nearby have complained about noise from parties and guests getting drunk. Ibiza news website Noudiari, reporting on the latest death, said: "This hotel has been the scene of multiple incidents and deaths in recent years, some of them related to balconing, and the consumption of narcotic substances. "The situation has generated concern among neighbours, who have complained about this situation, as well as the noise and insecurity that the establishment generates in the neighbourhood. 'This latest incident adds to a worrying statistic that has led some people to refer to Ibiza Rocks as the 'Death Hotel'." Last Monday a 25-year-old British tourist died in hospital from injuries he sustained in a fall from a supermarket car park in San Antonio the previous day. He was rushed to an intensive care unit at a private island hospital following the incident but the Nuestra Senora del Rosario Polyclinic confirmed he had succumbed to his injuries.

Tyson Fury names two fighters he will never face after announcing comeback
Fury has announced his stunning return to boxing earlier this month - but ahead of his return fight next year - he has already ruled out two names Tyson Fury has ruled out a showdown with Agit Kabayel and Joseph Parker as he gears up for his return to boxing. The 36-year-old heavyweight, who had previously hung up his gloves in January after two losses to Oleksandr Usyk, has been teasing fans about a comeback. Earlier this month, Fury confirmed that he's lacing up the gloves once more, aiming for a ring return next year. Despite the Morecambe fighter's eagerness to get back into action, he has made it clear that he won't be fighting this year. Speaking at BoxFest on Saturday, before Usyk's clash with Daniel Dubois, Fury shared: "For sure. I am open to offers at the moment. I am not going to do any comebacks this year. That is a fact. I have been busy. As you can see, I have got Netflix here. I am filming 'At Home With The Furys! Season 2." He added: "And next year, the big 'G K' is going to make a f****** comeback. The takeover! I am going to be 37 in about three weeks so I am going to be the oldest swinger in town. With all these young boys coming up, it is going to be difficult, but I believe I can put on some very good nights still." Despite being open to challenges, Fury has explicitly stated he will NOT step into the ring with either Kabayel or Parker, reports All Out Fighting. The two-time heavyweight champion, who has previously trained with both Agit Kabayel and Joseph Parker, holds them in high regard. "They are my two brothers," Fury said. "They are both lovely guys and they are both future world heavyweight champions. Agit Kabayel and Joseph Parker... he has been a champion before so he knows what it is about. I wish them all the very best in the world and I won't fight either man for any amount of money because some things ain't worth fighting for." Fury has identified Usyk and Anthony Joshua as two potential opponents. The 'Gypsy King; retired after suffering back-to-back defeats to the Ukrainian and has been tipped to fight Joshua for quite some time, but a fight has never materialised. On wanting the two aforementioned names, the 36-year-old replied: "Listen, I want a few fights. All of these guys that you talk about can all have it. "The 'AJ' fight has been simmering for about forty five f****** years and it still has not happened. The Usyk fight. I have already fought that f***** twice and last time, I easily thought I won it. Did not get it. Did not cry about it. Who gives a s***? It is what it is. We are still here. We are still talking b*******. That is a fight I would definitely like to do here at Wembley and I hope I get what I want this time. The Joshua fight is there and even Dubois if he loses to Usyk." The British heavyweight has firmly ruled out a clash with Parker, but the New Zealander might just throw a spanner in Fury's works. The WBO could force Usyk to defend his titles against the Kiwi sensation next, potentially derailing plans for a Fury-Usyk showdown. At the post-fight press conference on Saturday night, boxing promoter Frank Warren was quizzed about his preferred next opponent for Usyk and he disclosed: "His [Usyk's] first defence of his title is the WBO belt and that will be against Joe Parker. So that again would be a great fight. "I mean I would like to see the Joe Parker fight. Joe deserves it. He's on a run himself, same as Daniel was on, and that's the fight that's been ordered. So one way or another it will happen, or Joe will fight for the vacant title. Tyson has made it very clear to me; he'd love that [Usyk] fight, he would love to do that fight and it'd be a big fight." When is Tyson Fury's next fight? Following the announcement of his return to the ring, British boxing sensation Fury revealed that his third bout with Usyk is set for 18 April 2026 at Wembley Stadium. The 36-year-old shared a fight poster featuring him and the Ukrainian on Instagram, captioning it: "April 18, 2026 Wembley Stadium. The trilogy! UK. contact @spencerbrownmrgoldstar for tickets." After going 24 rounds with the Ukrainian, the 'Gypsy King' remains adamant that he at least won the rematch back in December. 'My last fight was a clear f****** victory for The Gypsy King. Anybody in boxing can see that. A complete load of dogs ***," he said. 'I want a fair fight, I don't want any favours, I want a fair fight and a fair result. Which I know I didn't [get]. I thought I won it by five rounds. I watched it 250 times. Each way I never see it as a way for him to win. They can do what they want. If they say it's Tuesday it's Tuesday.'
