Fattouh: Occupation's massacre of Khader family in Jabalia crime of genocide against humanity

Ramallah-Saba: Palestinian National Council Chairman Rawhi Fattouh has affirmed that the Israeli occupation's massacre of the Khader family in Jabalia camp, which claimed the lives of more than 40 martyrs, including doctors, engineers, academics, and children, is a crime of genocide against humanity and a deliberate act of ethnic cleansing aimed at erasing Palestinian families from the civil registry, a scene reminiscent of the most horrific crimes in modern history. Fattouh explained in a statement issued by the Palestinian National Council on Saturday: "We remind the world that self-defense does not involve killing and wounding more than 50,000 children, destroying homes over their residents, or erasing Palestinian families from the civil registry. These crimes represent the height of organized terrorism practiced by the criminal terrorist government." He pointed out that the United States bears direct responsibility for the continuation of these massacres through its political and diplomatic protection of the terrorist government and its repeated obstruction of any Security Council resolutions aimed at halting the aggression and imposing accountability. Fattouh emphasized that this blatant American bias not only prolongs the war, but also directly encourages the commission of further crimes and undermines any hope of achieving justice or peace in the region. He concluded by saying that the international community's silence in the face of these crimes amounts to complicity in the crime. Security and stability will not be achieved as long as the Israeli killing machine operates unchecked and as long as the major powers collude through silence or political cover, contenting themselves with verbal statements for 608 days, during which tens of thousands of innocent victims have been victims. UNRWA: Israel's denial of entry to Gaza for intel journalists ban on reporting truth

New York - Saba: Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), said that the Israeli occupation authorities' denial of entry to the Gaza Strip for international journalists since the beginning of the aggression is a "ban on reporting the truth." In a post on the X platform on Saturday, Lazzarini considered the denial of entry to Gaza for international journalists since the beginning of the war to be unprecedented in any other conflict in modern history. He stressed that these practices amount to a ban on reporting the truth from the Gaza Strip. He pointed out that the practices of the occupation authorities against journalists, especially international ones, are "the perfect recipe for fueling media disinformation, deepening polarization, and obscuring humanity." Lazzarini called for the "lifting of the ban" imposed on international media outlets in the Gaza Strip, for international journalists to be allowed to work and report independently from the Strip, and for support for their Palestinian colleagues who continue to carry out their heroic work, paying a heavy price. More than 70 demonstrations in Morocco condemn genocide in Gaza

Rabat - Saba: The Moroccan Committee for Supporting the Nation's Causes has announced that it organized more than 70 demonstrations in several cities on Friday in solidarity with Gaza against the ongoing Israeli genocide in the Strip since October 7, 2023. The committee said in a statement: "The Moroccan people took part in more than 70 demonstrations in 46 cities on Friday in response to the committee's call as part of the 79th Al-Aqsa Flood Friday." The committee explained that the events affirmed that the Moroccan people and their pro-Palestine forces continue to stand in solidarity, support, and advocacy for Gaza in particular and Palestine in general. It condemned "the killing, displacement, systematic starvation, and stifling siege taking place in Gaza, targeting all aspects of a dignified life guaranteed by all international norms and conventions, amid the largest killing operation in history, amidst a blatant and unjustified official international silence." Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli enemy, with American support, has been committing genocide in Gaza, leaving more than 180,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced persons and a famine that has claimed the lives of many, including children.
