TV presenter Rob Rinder has shared a picture of his newly toned body after saying he had wrecked it with 'months of unkindness'. The barrister and TV host took to social media to share pictures of his routine and the result after toning his torso.
The TV personality has previously spoken of how he stays in shape, telling e xpress.co.uk: " I have been doing three simple things to get myself into the shape I am in now. I am a loyal disciple of Barry's Bootcamp. I spend a lot of time there burning calories and sweating out the bad stuff.
"I do try and eat a balanced and healthy diet as much as possible. The odd cheat meal is okay, but my diet has been key.

And, he added, d ancing. "I love dancing! I dance and dance and dance. It's fun and it keeps me fit."
But it seems the latest result needed a little extra help. Taking to Instagram, Rob shared pictures and videos from a week-long juice retreat.

He has been taking part in 10km hill runs every morning as well as hitting the gym, enjoying ice baths and saunas and juicing every day for seven days.
He wrote: " Months of unkindness to my body. Just one week of juicing and training to restore it.. Take time to do what makes your soul happy."
Rob has spent his week at Juice Master Retreats. They say: " With our carefully planned 7-day mind, body and spiritual journey, we have positively helped to change the lives of thousands of people"

They have centres in Portugal and Turkey. Ron spent his week at the site in Dornes, Portugal. Founder Jaspon Vale said: " Over twenty years ago, I ran the first-ever Juice Master retreat. I wanted to create an environment that would truly nourish mind, body and spirit, and take people on a journey that would inspire and relax in equal measures.
"I wanted to create a week without judgment, where people could be free to be themselves. When asked how far he plans to go when it comes to 'doing bits' in the villa, Tommy revealed a rather awkward chat he had with his mum before flying out to Mallorca.
