How to prepare for the Quest
To get to Malacath's shrine, you need to fulfill two conditions: be level 10 and have a rare ingredient—Troll Fat. Troll Fat may be found on killed trolls (which starts to appear at around level 10) or be bought from alchemist vendors.
If a vendor has none, wait outside his/her shop for three in-game days until his/her inventory recharges.

After presenting the offering, Malacath gives vent to his indignation regarding Lord Drad—a property owner who has had the temerity to enslave ogres in order to extract gold. When you arrive at the estate, you will encounter the haughty Lord Drad unapologetic about his taking advantage of ogres. He will nonchalantly inform you that they are laboring in the Bleak Mine if you indulge his ego. For greater insight, talk to Lady Drad, but after boosting her mood to 70 or more. She verifies the location of the ogres and can show signs of remorse.

The Bleak Mine, northeast of the estate, is your next destination.
It has a locked entrance, but there are three possible ways in: break the lock, cast an unlocking spell, or pilfer the Bleak Mine Key from the estate—on the first floor on the table next to the bench.
Inside, you'll face off against a squad of Bleak Mine Guards, The reward is once you release the ogres, go back to Malacath's shrine.
