
EFG Hermes successfully completes USD 2.84bln marketed offering of ADNOC Gas shares on behalf of ADNOC
Abu Dhabi: EFG Hermes, an EFG Holding Company and the leading investment bank in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), announced today that its investment banking division has successfully completed a marketed offering of ADNOC Gas shares on behalf of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). The transaction, which involved the sale of approximately 3.1 billion shares representing a 4% stake in ADNOC Gas and valued at USD 2.84 billion, marks the first-ever marketed offering in the UAE and the largest placement on the ADX to date.
EFG Hermes acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner for the offering, facilitating ADNOC's strategic move to enhance ADNOC Gas' liquidity and free float. The transaction saw exceptional demand from institutional investors across the GCC and internationally.

This deal also follows the firm's role in major secondary offerings in 2024, including the landmark Aramco Follow-on Offering (FMO) and two Accelerated Bookbuild Offerings (ABB) on ADNOC Drilling, showcasing the firm's expertise in rapid and efficient execution.

As a result, users can capture well-lit, clear photos in various settings indoors, outdoors, and even in low light. When users rotate the lens, the Close-up Mode activates instantly. This feature is ideal for close-up shots and selfies. Additionally, a Selfie Mirror next to the lens allows users to check their composition before taking a photo. The bottom of the camera has a textured finish for a secure grip, enhancing usability. FUJIFILM reported that the camera is designed to be both functional and fashionable. The promotional tagline 'develop your style' is being used online, on social media, and in stores to communicate the product's appeal. FUJIFILM aims to position the mini 41 as a stylish accessory in addition to a camera. The retail price is set at $99 USD, although it may vary by country and retailer. USD/EGP exchange rates hike at Egyptian banks on mid-Sunday
Arab Finance: The exchange rate of the US dollar to Egyptian pound surged during Sunday's opening session, with the dollar recording EGP 50.77 for buying and EGP 50.87 for selling at the Suez Canal Bank. At the United Bank, the exchange rate traded at EGP 50.50 for purchasing and EGP 50.60 for selling. At Banque Misr, the US dollar recorded EGP 49.57 for buying and EGP 49.67 for selling at 11:42 AM. The USD registered EGP 50.6 for buying and EGP 50.7 for selling at Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt.
