Neetu Yoshi Limited is set to debut on the BSE SME platform on Friday, July 4, after witnessing robust investor interest in its Rs 77.04 crore IPO. The issue, entirely a fresh offering of 1.02 crore shares at a price of Rs 75 per share, was subscribed 128.18 times overall, with strong demand across investor categories.Retail investors bid 91.21 times their allocated portion, while non-institutional investors (NII) oversubscribed their quota by a staggering 256.69 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) also showed healthy participation, subscribing 96.36 times.The grey market premium (GMP) for Neetu Yoshi IPO stood at Rs 18.5 on the eve of listing, indicating an expected listing price of around Rs 93.5 per share, a 24% premium over the issue price.The public issue garnered significant traction owing to the company's sharp earnings growth and its role as an RDSO-certified vendor to Indian Railways. The IPO proceeds will be used primarily to set up a new manufacturing facility, with the remaining funds allocated to general corporate purposes.Based in Uttarakhand, Neetu Yoshi manufactures customized ferrous metal castings used in railway components such as brake beams, couplers, axle boxes, and structural castings.The company serves Indian Railways and allied sectors through a fully equipped plant and offers a diverse portfolio including cast iron, SG iron, and manganese steel products.Financially, Neetu Yoshi has shown a sharp uptrend. Bank of Maharashtra's total deposits climb 14% YoY to Rs 3.05 lakh crore in Q1
Bank of Maharashtra's total deposits jumped 14.08% to Rs 3,05,059 crore as on 30th June 2025 compared with Rs 2,67,416 crore as on 30th June 2024. Total business increased 14.64% to Rs 5,46,188 crore as on 30th June 2025 as against 4,76,447 crore as on 30th June 2024. CASA deposits stood at Rs 1,52,751 crore as on 30th June 2025, up 14.56% compared with Rs 1,33,334 crore as on 30th June 2024. CASA was 50.07% as on 30th June 2025 as against 49.86% as on 30th June 2024. Gross advances increased 15.6% to Rs 2,41,129 crore as on 30th June 2025 compared with Rs 2,09,031 crore as on 30th June 2024. Bank of Maharashtra is engaged in providing banking services. The bank's segments include treasury, corporate/wholesale banking, retail banking, and other banking operations. The Government of India held a 79.60% stake in the bank as of 31 March 2025. The bank reported a standalone net profit of Rs 1,493.08 crore in Q4 FY25, registering a growth of 22.61% as against Rs 1,217.67 crore posted in Q4 FY24. Total income jumped 18.85% to Rs 7,711.44 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25 as against Rs 6,488.25 crore posted in the corresponding quarter the previous year. The counter rose 0.45% to end at Rs 57.48 on the BSE.

ED questions Telugu film producer Allu Aravind for 3 hours in bank fraud case
Telugu film producer Allu Aravind was questioned for over three hours by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Hyderabad in connection with a Rs 101.4 crore bank fraud and money laundering case linked to Ramakrishna Electronics and Ramakrishna Teletronics (RTPL).The ED's Hyderabad zonal office conducted searches across Hyderabad, Kurnool, and Ghaziabad as part of its probe into the alleged diversion and misappropriation of loan funds. The investigation was triggered by a complaint from Union Bank of India (formerly Andhra Bank), which accused the group of defrauding the bank by diverting sanctioned loans for criminal case is based on an FIR registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in Bengaluru against Ramakrishna Electronics, RTPL, and their directors/partners, V Raghavendra, V Ravi Kumar, and others. The group, which was in the business of trading and marketing mobile phones, allegedly availed an open cash credit (OCC) facility and diverted funds through a web of inter-group transactions and payments to promoters and their family the searches, the ED seized documents related to properties suspected to have been bought with the proceeds of crime, froze about Rs 1.45 crore in bank accounts of the accused and their companies, and recovered digital devices and records of foreign to the agency, brothers V Raghavendra and V Ravi Kumar were the key figures in the group, allegedly orchestrating the misuse of funds in connivance with investigation is ongoing.- Ends
