Escaped Inmate Asks Lil Wayne, NBA YoungBoy, Meek Mill for Help

One of the inmates still on the lam after the recent jailbreak in New Orleans has put out a plea for help directed at Lil Wayne, Meek Mill, and NBA YoungBoy. Antoine Massey is one of two men who remains at large after escaping a New Orleans jail last month. Earlier this week, he appeared to post a nearly 10-minute video statement to Instagram, denying he came up with the plan for the jailbreak ('I didn't break out, I was let out'), proclaiming his innocence (he's facing charges of domestic violence), and asking for help. More from Rolling Stone Elon Calls Trump's 'Big, Beautiful' Bill a 'Disgusting Abomination' Lil Wayne Celebrates Over 20 Years of 'Tha Carter' With New Tour Neil Young Invites Donald Trump to Summer Tour After Springsteen Spat The three aforementioned rappers — all of whom have had dealings with the criminal justice system — are name-checked multiple times in the clip (which has since been deleted). And because there's never a wrong time to shoot your shot, Massey also asked President Donald Trump for assistance. (Trump previously granted a pardon to Lil Wayne, and he just gave clemency to NBA YoungBoy.) 'I'm asking please for help — YoungBoy, Meek Mills,' Massey said. 'People that been through the system that know it's corrupt. Lil Wayne, Donald Trump. When I get back in custody, I'm asking y'all, please come help.' Reps for Wayne, Mill, and NBA YoungBoy did not immediately return requests for comment. The video featuring Massey was posted on June 1, and authorities found it credible enough that they carried out a search of a home where they believed the video was recorded, per The Associated Press. Authorities zeroed in on the location after being tipped off by relatives who recognized the residence, but Massey was not there when the police arrived. Officials did, however, say they found the clothes they think Massey was wearing in the clip. Massey was one of 10 people who escaped the New Orleans jail, fleeing through a hole that was carved out behind a toilet and then climbing over a wall. (The guard assigned to their cell pod was reportedly getting food at the time of the breakout.) Eight of the inmates who fled the jail have since been taken back into custody; along with Massey, the only inmate still at large is Derrick Groves, who was convicted of killing two people last fall. What time does Money in the Bank start? WWE Money in the Bank card and predictions

If you like WWE, you're in for a huge Saturday. This weekend, not only will the promotion put on WWE Worlds Collide during the afternoon, the stars are coming back at night to figure out who will claim the golden tickets at Money in the Bank. When is Money in the Bank? WWE's Money in the bank will be held Saturday, June 10. What time does Money in the Bank start? Money in the Bank starts at 7 p.m. How to watch Money in the Bank In the United States, WWE Money in the Bank will air live on Peacock. It will also be available on traditional pay per view for $44.99. Where is Money in the Bank? WWE's Money in the Bank will be held at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Does Money in the Bank have a kickoff show? A kickoff show will begin at 6 p.m. Eastern, one hour before the show. It will likely begin after WWE Worlds Collide. It will air on WWE's Youtube page and on Peacock. WWE Money in the Bank match card Men's Money in the Bank match: Solo Sikoa vs. LA Knight vs. Seth Rollins vs. Penta vs. Andrade vs. El Grande Americano Women's Money in the Bank match: Giulia vs. Stephanie Vaquer vs. Naomi vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Rhea Ripley Lyra Valkyria vs. Becky Lynch, Women's Intercontinental championship match Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso vs. John Cena and Logan Paul Money in the Bank predictions There are four matches on the card, which is one less than normal, but that could be thanks to the length of the ladder matches. Here's how we see it playing out. Men's Money in the Bank match I hope this match opens the show because if you have the tag team match after this, you have both champions in the ring. It makes the entire show more interesting because they're both exposed. So we open with the men's match, and I could make a case for everyone to win. I think I'm going outside the box for my pick, but I'm taking my guy Solo Sikoa. He's been struggling and this could add a layer to his story, which is my favorite thing on Smackdown right now. I love you Solo! You are my Money in the Bank winner! Women's Money in the Bank match Another match that features a bunch of stars that could make a case to win. The one difference between the men and the women's match is that no women world champions are on the show, so they'd need to figure out a way to have a winner cash in on the show. I think the best winner here would be Naomi. She earned it by taking a whooping at WrestleMania. She has been a great bad girl since turning this year, I think giving her the briefcase will springboard her into the next level. Would also like to see Alexa Bliss win, but official prediction is Naomi. Lyra Valkyria vs. Becky Lynch I can't believe I'm saying this, but Valkyria is holding her own with Lynch both in the ring and on the microphone. Valkyria really showed what she can do in this feud, and it's not hurting Lynch at all. She's still great. This has been a fun feud and this will be a fun match. I'm going with Lyra Valkyria winning too. It will only get her further up there as a top tier player. She's a star. I think Lynch winning would be better for the story, but Valkyria winning sets her up to keep shooting up the card. Prediction: Valkyria wins. Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso vs. John Cena and Logan Paul This match makes no sense on so many different levels. I'm happy that Jey Uso and Logan Paul are in a main event, but the other two are dragging them down a bit. The Cena bad guy just hasn't been very good. I'm not sure why, I was excited when it happened, but it's almost like a rehash of the Roman Reigns story with a guy who is nowhere near as hot or entertaining right now as the Tribal Chief! Cena is an all-time great, but this isn't working. His matches have been fine, and this should be a great match because it's four guys who are a lot of fun to watch. I think Uso is going to get "hurt" in this match which will soften him up for his rematch with Gunther on Monday. So I'm siding with John Cena and Logan Paul to win. And I'd love to see a cash in, but it depends on the match order. Prediction: Logan Paul and John Cena win. Scott Foster picked to work NBA Finals for 18th time, one of 12 referees selected for the series

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Scott Foster was selected to officiate the NBA Finals for the 18th time, the league said Tuesday when announcing the roster of 12 officials and two alternates that were picked to work the title series between Indiana and Oklahoma City. Foster is the most veteran of the group. Tony Brothers and Marc Davis were both picked for the 14th time, James Capers for the 13th time, Zach Zarba for the 12th time and John Goble for the ninth time in his career. Advertisement David Guthrie is now an eight-time selection for the finals, while Josh Tiven was picked for the sixth time, James Williams for a fifth time and Sean Wright for a second time. There are two first-time selections this season: Tyler Ford and Ben Taylor. They were alternates in each of the last two seasons. 'We are grateful for these 12 individuals and their dedication to serving the game at the highest levels throughout the season,' said Byron Spruell, the NBA President for League Operations. 'Being selected to work the NBA Finals is the top honor as an NBA official, and I congratulate this exceptional group on a worthy achievement.' Courtney Kirkland and Kevin Scott were picked as alternates. Foster has officiated the most NBA Finals games among this year's referees with 25, while Davis has worked 21 and Brothers has worked 17. Advertisement If previous form holds, each of the 12 will work one of the first four games in the series as part of a standard three-person crew. If the series goes past Game 4, the NBA will continue assigning as needed from the same pool for the remainder of the matchup. NBA Finals officials were selected based on their overall performance throughout the first three rounds of the playoffs. Officials were evaluated by the NBA Referee Operations management team after each round to determine advancement in this year's postseason, the league said. The crews for each game are typically announced around 9 a.m. Eastern on game days. ___ AP NBA: Tim Reynolds, The Associated Press
