England star finds happiness after tragedy as he opens up on grief in emotive interview
England international Tom Youngs has found happiness again after the painful loss of his wife
Tom Youngs shared some tips for grieving in a touching chat with brother Ben.

Former England international Tom Youngs has opened up on his grieving process after losing his wife. Youngs retired with immediate effect to care for wife Tiffany, who was battling cancer.
The pair shared a daughter, Maisie. Tiffany passed away in 2022 at the age of 35. She had initially been told she was in remission in 2018 after first being diagnosed in 2014, but the cancer came back.
Now, more than three years later, Youngs has opened up on what it's been like for him from a mental standpoint.
He appeared as a guest on a recent episode of 'For The Love Of Rugby' podcast, which is presented by his brother and fellow England international Ben Youngs, as well as Dan Cole.

"Life's good now, actually," began Tom in an emotional but ultimately uplifting interview.

"I think I've found my feet. I've got Maisie at home. I've got a new girlfriend called Kate, which is fantastic, we're getting on well.
"Life, will it ever be the same? Probably not. That's the reality. You've got a scar there but you can make the best out of life, as much as you want to do.
"I'm a big believer in, if anyone's been through anything I've been through, do not try and stop life, because you cannot.
"Life will just keep going forward. If you do try and stop it you're probably going to get yourself in a bit of trouble. You've got to roll with life.
"Whatever it is, you've just got to keep going forward, as best you can and make the best of the situation you've got in some regards.
"I'm very much a glass-half-full kind of guy, and I feel like that probably helped me a lot. But, don't try and stop it, because I think you can dig yourself in a deep hole very quickly."
"I know that a lot of listeners will be very pleased to hear that," added Ben.
"Life being good, that's OK as well," emphasised Tom.
"I think I found that quite tricky.
"Actually being happy was weird. Should I be happy? Shouldn't I be? But, yes. You should be. I didn't do anything wrong. Tiff didn't do anything wrong.
"The situation happened and then we have to move on from that, and that's tough to say. But, that's reality. You've got to be OK that you are happy."

Presteigne pupils stage their own Puss in Boots opera
Presteigne Primary School pupils have staged their own opera after a week of creative workshops. Year 5 and Year 6 pupils from the school spent five days working with Mid Wales Opera to produce a mini-opera based on Puss in Boots. The project was part of a five-day residency led by Mid Wales Opera's creative team, including Richard Studer, the director and designer, and Jonathan Lyness, the music director. Mr Lyness said: "Teaching songs to kids is one of the best things ever. "It's such fun, they're so quick, and for those that aren't quite sure, all I need to do is remove the front of an old upright piano and show them the hammers. "When a teenager comes up to you in the middle of the street in a small Welsh market town, says 'Hello, Jon,' and then starts singing 'What's the use?' from Bernstein's Candide because, some years earlier, they'd learnt this song at the local primary school… that's when you know you've made some sort of difference… in a good way." Throughout the week, pupils explored storytelling through music and song, learning to create a narrative and write lyrics that would come together in a final performance. The project aimed to spark creativity, build songwriting and group singing skills, and develop literacy, confidence, teamwork, and imaginative thinking. The Puss in Boots theme was inspired by Montsalvatge's opera and was selected for its lively characters and episodic structure, which lent itself well to a collaborative performance. Pupils also had the chance to work with Maria Jagusz, an opera singer, British mezzo-soprano and vocal coach. Jill Rolfe, Mid Wales Opera's costume creator, helped the class design and make costumes for characters ranging from princesses to ogres. Mid Wales Opera believes in the 'transformative power of music and performance'. The organisation is now building artistic plans for the next two years, thanks to the support of funders and the public. However, it is calling for further donations to ensure it can continue its outreach work in schools and help secure a future for opera in Wales. Mid Wales Opera is set to return this autumn with its SmallStages tour, featuring Trouble in Tahiti. The one-act opera by Bernstein takes a sharp look at 1950s American suburbia and will be performed in a chamber arrangement with a cast of five and seven musicians. The evening will also include a second half celebrating American opera and musical theatre.

Welsh pub Liam Gallagher loved to drink at all night instead of recording Oasis' hit album The rock and roll star and frontman of one of Britain's biggest ever bands is coming back to Wales this week - and it will be 30 years after he used to be seen regularly in one Monmouth boozer (Image: Simon Ridgway/Sky UK Ltd ) There's a pub in a Welsh town where Liam Gallagher once drank the nights away in the 1990s while his brother Noel was at a remote studio three miles away putting the finishing touches to one of the most famous and successful British rock albums of all time. Back in the early summer of 1995, Oasis chose Rockfield Studios in the beautiful Wye Valley in south Wales as the perfect spot to record '(What's the Story) Morning Glory?', which was released later that same year to huge critical and commercial success. This album would come to characterise Oasis and, in many respects, the entire Britpop culture, transforming both Gallagher brothers, guitarist Bonehead, bassist Guigsy, and their then-new drummer Alan White into international superstars. This followed closely on the heels of their debut album, 'Definitely Maybe', which had only been released the previous year. During the recording sessions at Rockfield, Gallagher confessed that he "spent more time in the pub than I did here". The pub he's referring to is the Royal Oak in Monmouth. "I'd do my singing and I'd come back and our kid (Noel Gallagher) would still be playing the same bloody riff over and over and over again," he added. Reflecting on a 1995 encounter with Oasis followers, Gallagher shared his recollection of the interaction: "It was like 'come back to our gaffe, we're having a great time'. 'What about Noel, the miserable c***? He won't want us back there.' I went 'oh, he loves you, you pay for his big f****** house, he'd love to see you'. But it wasn't like that. We'd bring them back and he'd be like 'who the f*** are these d*** heads?' and I'm saying 'these are your fans'." The Royal Oak, Monmouth Article continues below Years later, during the filming of the Sky documentary 'Liam Gallagher: 48 Hours at Rockfield', Gallagher found himself in the Royal Oak once again, but his company had changed; this time he was joined by his sons Gene and Lennon rather than his rockstar peers and exuberant supporters. Musing about his approach to fatherhood while spending time with his sons at the pub, Liam remarked: "If they step out of line they'll get a telling off, for sure. And the thing is, even though I haven't got a leg to stand on, I've got a f****** knee to bounce off." He also discussed what motivated him to pen his third solo album - titled C'mon You Know, released in 2022 - following the massive success of his first two. "This started because when lockdown happened we were all panicking and thinking we're all gonna die if we don't wash our hands nine hundred f****** times a f****** minute," he said. "So you go to the pub, and you get on the piss, so I did that for six months, and then obviously you're getting bored of getting w******* and washing your f****** hands, so I got a little studio in the house, done the vocals and before we knew it we had an album done. "I'd say I've definitely got a bit more professional but you do when you get older," Gallagher concludes. "I didn't give a f***. I loved going out, I loved doing the tunes, partying, that's what I thought I had to do. My job is to just get in there, look cool, sing as good as I can and bring the rock and roll side to it. I've definitely chilled out a bit, for sure." Taking to the stage in front of massive stadium crowds won't be an intimidating prospect for the Oasis frontman, who performed two sold-out shows at Knebworth in 2022 to a combined audience of 160,000, and has just completed an outdoor and arena tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of 'Definitely Maybe'. "I didn't think it would go as well as it's gone, this solo thing," he said. Yet, despite his remarkable solo achievements, nothing can match the magnitude of next summer's Oasis '25 tour, which will see both Gallagher brothers reunite on stage - a prospect that, until recently, seemed like an impossibility for fans. Evans looking to help North Wales Crusaders' title push
Carl Forster's Crusaders are the team to beat and with eight matches of the campaign left to play, they sit three points clear at the head of the rankings. Welsh international Evans made a strong impression during his debut season with North Wales Crusaders last year and he was handed a new one-year-deal by head coach Forster. However, while an injury sustained away to Goole Vikings earlier in the season has seen him sidelined up to now, Evans remains hopeful of a return come the back end of the season. 'For me, the aim is to get back into contention towards the back end of the season and hopefully help play my part in getting this side to the league title.' Cru will return to action on July 6.
