Torino allow Sanabria medical with Cremonese for €2.5m transfer
The centre-forward was increasingly peripheral to the tactical vision at Torino following the arrival of coach Marco Baroni and striker Giovanni Simeone.
The Paraguay international was eager to remain within Serie A and is all ready to join newly promoted Cremonese.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the cost of the operation will be circa €2.5m plus performance-related bonuses.

The 29-year-old was down to the final months of his contract with Torino, so it was their last chance to sell before he became a free agent.
Sanabria was originally purchased from Real Betis for €6.5m plus up to €3m in add-ons back in January 2021.
Although he scored 12 goals in 33 Serie A appearances in 2022-23, he was unable to replicate that form in his other campaigns.
In 2023-24 there were just five goals, reduced to two with one assist last season.

Paris FC sign Germany goalkeeper Trapp
German international goalkeeper Kevin Trapp returned to France for a second spell on Wednesday, signing for newly-promoted Paris FC from Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt. The 35-year-old, capped nine times, has signed a three-year contract with Paris FC, who are backed by the Arnaults, one of the world's wealthiest families. They opened their campaign -- their first in France's top flight in 46 years -- in disappointing fashion with a 1-0 defeat away at Angers on Sunday. "Paris FC is proud to welcome Kevin," the club said in a statement. Trapp previously played for their city rivals Paris Saint-Germain from 2015 to 2018, and was a regular in the side that won the Ligue 1 title in 2016 before gradually falling out of favour. He returned to Eintracht -- for whom he had played from 2012 to 2015 -- on loan in 2018 before signing permanently. Trapp played in the side that won the Europa League in 2022, and was man of the match in the final against Rangers. He then helped Eintracht finish third in the Bundesliga last term, the first time they had made the top three since 1993. He will bring the experience at the top level that for the moment is lacking in 22-year-old Obed Nkambadio, who was first choice last season and played in the Angers game. Paris FC's next challenge is away in the febrile atmosphere of the Stade Velodrome at Marseille, who also lost their opener 1-0 to Rennes. gk/si/pi/as

Matías Soulé catches the eye of Borussia Dortmund
Matías Soulé catches the eye of Borussia Dortmund Borussia Dortmund continues to scour the market in search of attacking reinforcements. According to Sky Sport Germany, the Ruhr club has set its sights on Matías Soulé, the 22-year-old Argentine winger. After joining AS Roma from Juventus last summer, Soulé delivered an impressive campaign, tallying 5 goals and 5 assists in 27 Serie A appearances. Roma is reportedly open to a transfer and values the player at around €30 million. Sky also reports that Soulé is just one name on a shortlist of players offered to BVB. Christopher Nkunku has also been mentioned, but his transfer fee and salary make a deal unrealistic. With competition from European giants such as Bayern Munich, Leipzig, and Inter Milan, Dortmund will need to make a swift decision if they want to move forward.

Packers invite kids to lend their bikes to Seattle players before joint practice
The Green Bay Packers put out a call to kids to provide bikes for the joint practice with the Seattle Seahawks on Aug. 21. The teams will begin their practice at 10:30 a.m. at Ray Nitschke and Clarke Hinkle Fields, but they'll start at Lambeau Field well before then. The joint practice is the final practice open to the public this season. The Packers play the Seahawks at 3 p.m. Aug. 23 at Lambeau Field. They open the regular season at 3:25 p.m. Sept. 7 against the Detroit Lions at Lambeau Field. It is a tradition for Packers players, and in recent years, of those from visiting teams, to ride bikes, accompanied by their owners, from the Lambeau Field locker rooms to the practice fields east of the stadium. Players from several other teams, the Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texans among them, have joined in the experience. Kids who want to provide bikes for Packers players can line up in Lot 1 near the Oneida Nation gate on the east side of the stadium. Kids who want to provide bikes for Seahawks players can line up near the Invisalign gate at the end of Valley View Road on the south side of the stadium. There are usually more than enough bikes for Packers players. Fans can gather as early as 8 a.m., but are asked to be in place by 9:30 a.m. at the latest. Bike corrals will be in place at both places to allow kids and players to make contact. The Packers will open practice at Ray Nitschke Field, entering off of Armed Forces Drive, the Seahawks at Clark Hinkle Field, entering through the gate on South Oneida Street. After the teams warm up, they will conduct a joint practice on Ray Nitschke Field. After practice, the Packers will meet bike kids on Armed Forces Drive. Seahawks players will meet kids at the entrance to Lot 1 across from Clarke Hinkle Field and west of South Oneida Street.
