A NOUGHTIES indie band has announced they're set to play an exciting gig in Glasgow.
They're not the only stars to play the city this year with music legend Bob Dylan taking to the stage and Lewis Capaldi announcing an extra tour date.

Elsewhere, Irish rappers Kneecap have announced an even bigger show in Scotland following their sold-out gig last week.
And now another hugely popular band is set to entertain the masses nearly 20 years after releasing their iconic chart hit
Their 2006 banger Chelsea Dagger has become a nightclub staple and is often played at sporting events.
The band behind the tune is, of course, The Fratellis who will play to their Glasgow home crowd in February.
The trio, comprising Jon Fratelli, bassist Barry Fratelli, and drummer Mince Fratelli, will perform at the O2 Academy.
An online blurb reads: "To celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut album 'Costello Music', The Fratellis have announced a run of dates across the UK in February 2026.
"In the autumn of 2006, Scottish indie-rockers The Fratellis burst onto the scene with their blistering debut album, Costello Music.
"Filled to the brim with catchy riffs and brash vocals, the record featured some of the band's most enduring tracks, including the cheeky Henrietta, the slightly softer Whistle for the Choir, and the truly iconic Chelsea Dagger."
Presale tickets go on sale on Thursday 17 July.
It comes weeks after The Fratellis pulled out of the headline slot at a Scottish festival this summer over a pay dispute.
The Glasgow rockers were due to headline Back Doune the Rabbit Hole in August.
The musicians have said that the move followed organisers' "not fulfilling" contractual agreements to pay deposits.
Back Doune the Rabbit Hole is one of four festivals that The Fratellis have pulled out of over such monetary matters.
A statement on The Fratellis' website reads: "This is due to promoters of each event not fulfilling our contractual obligations to pay deposits to confirm the band's appearance."

Prime Ministers, presidents, princes, Hillary Clinton, Angelina Jolie - Julie has sat knee to knee with them all. But how would the golden gal of British broadcasting fare against the big brass neck of Scottish politics? Viewers turned to Nicola Sturgeon: the Interview to find out. 'The' interview suggested something special, but filming took place in Ayrshire ten days ago. Since then Ms Sturgeon has been all over the Murdoch press and every other branch of the media, her book picked cleaner than a turkey on Boxing Day. This, however, was the first broadcast interview, which meant the first chance to see Ms Sturgeon becoming 'emotional' as television folk coyly call it when someone cries on camera. Etchingham had dressed in cool neutrals for the occasion, with Sturgeon opting for a scarlet jacket. Perhaps she was trying to channel her inner Butlin's Redcoat to jolly things past the difficult stuff. It didn't work. Certainly there was no May-like confession to stealing from the pick n mix in Woolworths. She was rude about Nigel Farage ('odious'), but who isn't? When she did get into difficulty it was all her own doing, as when Etchingham brought up the rapist Isla Bryson. You might have thought it impossible for Sturgeon to make even more of a pig's ear out of this subject, but boy did she ever. Etchingham was looking at the former First Minister as if she was trying to argue that the Earth was flat. Personally, I turned the same shade as Sturgeon's jacket. Someone had to shoulder the embarrassment and it was not going to be our Nicola. There was some moistening around the eye area when she spoke of Alex Salmond's passing. She still misses him 'in some way' - a quote up there with Charles's 'whatever love means' - for half-baked sincerity. As for her new love life, her lips were sealed. 'I'm enjoying being my own person for a while,' she burbled, sounding for all the world like some Real Housewife of Montecito. Etchingham had a go at holding Sturgeon to account on domestic policy but nothing landed. She might as well have been on The One Show on BBC1, sandwiched between a soap star and an item on dodgy plumbers. The half hour running time and the 7pm slot told their own story. If there had been anything juicy the programme would have been on at 9pm, not just before Emmerdale. Upstaged by sheep. It shouldn't happen to a vet, or a former FM, but it did. The toe-curling was not quite over - there was still the matter of Nic's first tattoo. 'Midlife crisis alert,' she joked. You said it, dear. It was an infinity symbol she designed herself, something about strength and resilience and moving forward. In short, your basic woo-woo b******. Come to think of it, that would have been a better title for her book. Is it too late to change?

It comes after the show, which is a smash hit in Norway, was described as a cross between SAS: Who Dares Wins and I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. The combination seems to have left celebs quaking in their boots. A source said: 'Casting for The Box is under way but it sounds like a number of stars have turned it down as they don't fancy how hard it sounds. With I'm A Celeb, the Bushtucker Trials are awful but the pay-off is appearing on one of TV's biggest shows.' For The Box, stars will be taken to mystery locations in a big yellow box, before being released to face whatever game awaits. The challenges will be fun, exhilarating and immersive. A show source said: 'Unlike other shows, The Box isn't about facing fears, it's about stepping into the unknown. 'When the boxes open they'll be launched into a variety of unexpected, fast-paced daring, comedic and mischievous challenges.' First launched in Norway in January, the show finale was watched by one in five of the country's population. ITV reckons it will be a big Saturday night hit for them with Match Of The Day legend Gary at the helm. He said: 'It's going to be unpredictable and thrilling to watch, and I'm excited that I get to have a front row seat to all the action.' Let's hope they find enough celebs who are up for it. I can reveal the broadcaster is working on a new show that educates kids on farming. Cameras will follow animal-loving youngsters as they learn about various livestock. Casting has already begun for an episode dedicated to chickens, with a note reading: 'Does your child love animals? Have they always wanted a pet? Are they a future farmer or vet?
