I died for two minutes and was brought back to life... these are the shocking things I saw
Nicole Meeuws' heart stopped after she suffered from a series of serious complications while giving birth.
And now, she has shared her harrowing experience.
She recalled being 'pulled' from her body and entering a tunnel of light while her physical form was laying lifeless on a hospital bed.
The 49-year-old said both time and fear didn't exist after passing over to 'the other side.'
She explained to NeedToKnow recently: 'I found myself passing through a tunnel of blue and white light, not a beam, but a corridor that felt alive.
'It didn't feel frightening. it felt like I was being called home. The light had a temperature, a tone, almost like music made of water.'
After passing through the 'light,' she said she came to an 'immense glowing space.'
'The colors were not of this world, they were luminous tones of silver, soft violets, deep radiant blues – and they didn't strain the eyes,' she continued.
'The chamber was vast, larger than any earthly structure, and everything pulsed gently like a heartbeat. And then I saw them.'
Nicole recalled being greeted by blue-skinned beings with human faces, similar to the creatures in the film Avatar.
While she didn't understand their language, she said they made her feel at home and gave her the message telepathically that life is actually an illusion – and we only start living when we die.
'Two towering beings seated on marble-like thrones, shimmering with energy,' she shared.
'Their eyes were large and indigo, filled with kindness and recognition. They looked human, but had gentle gills on their cheeks.
'I remember seeing their fish-like tails, rather than legs, covered in scales. They were both male and female intertwined and didn't speak in words – but I understood everything they had to tell me.'
Nicole, from Greece, who ultimately lost her child during birth, said they told her that she was never meant to have children and that her gift, instead, was to teach people about 'the other side.'
After what felt like a lifetime, but was actually only a few minutes, she was 'zapped' back into her physical body.
'I felt more known than I had ever felt in my life; I didn't want to leave,' the artist added.
'I understood this place, this feeling, and I truly believe it was the original home from which we all come from.
'I learned that death is not an end, it's a return to our actual lives.'
Afterwards, her husband, Christos, 65, a specialized doctor, tried to speak to her, but she could only reply in a high-pitched tone and an 'unfamiliar' language that she had never learned.
She said: 'It sounded like dolphin clicks. It continued for minutes, which left everyone around us stunned.
'But I couldn't stop it – it was coming through me, not from me. My senses were heightened and I could hear emotion in people's voices as color. I returned completely different; almost reborn.'
Nicole, who hasn't had any near-death experiences since, said she often has visions of the blue beings who greeted her on the other side.
She believes they are from the Apkallu interdimensional tribe, which are non-alien creatures – otherwise referred to as Demigods – that are said to have given civilization to mankind.
Now, her mission is to spread the message that 'love is stronger than death.'
She concluded: 'Love will always win; it's where we came from. We're all one big family, regardless of boundaries, cultures, religion and politics.
'Everything that exists came from the same spark. The more we hold onto fear, hate and lies, the easier it is to control humanity.
'To create heaven on Earth, we must spend each day spreading love. I'm no longer afraid of death because I know what's waiting for me on the other side.
'It was a beginning, not an end.'

Brad Pitt's mother dead as family pay tribute
Brad Pitt 's mother has died aged 84. The death of Jane Etta Pitt, a retired school counselor, was confirmed by her granddaughter and Pitt's niece Sydney in a heartbreaking post on Wednesday. Sydney , the daughter of Pitt's younger brother Doug, lauded her 'sweet Grammy ', writing: 'We were not ready for you to go yet but knowing you are finally free to sing, dance, and paint again makes it a tad easier. 'If you knew Grammy, you knew she had the biggest heart. She cared deeply for everyone and everything, no questions asked. 'She taught me how to paint, how to be strong, how to lead with kindness, to love Jesus through everything, and to find joy in the smallest things. 'She made up the silliest games just to make us laugh, and she believed in fairness, in putting others first, and doing good simply because it was the right thing to do. She added Jane 'could keep up with all 14 of us grandkids without missing a beat. 'There was no limit to the love she gave, and everyone who met her felt it.' 'I don't know how we move forward without her. But I know she's still here in every brushstroke, every kind gesture, every hummingbird. She was love in its purest form. 'We were truly blessed to have her to love on growing up and I know she lives on through each of us.' Jane is survived by husband William Alvin Pitt, three children and 14 grandchildren. Son Doug has Sydney, Landon and Regan with his wife Lisa, while daughter Julie is mom to Caleb, twin daughters Josie and Rylie, as well as adopted sons Caden and Cruz, whom she shares with her husband Scott Neal. Pitt is father to Shiloh, 19, twins Vivienne and Knox, 17, and three adopted children Maddox, 24, Pax, 21 and Zahara, 20 - who he welcomed with ex-wife Angelina Jolie. He has been estranged from his children since an explosive fight on their private jet in 2016 resulted in Angelina, 49, filing for divorce - and last year insiders told the Daily Mail his parents were 'heartbroken' at not seeing their grandchildren for eight years. Brad Pitt's representatives declined to comment when contacted by the Daily Mail. Jane wed Brad's father William - the former owner of a trucking company - in 1962 and the future Oscar winner, now 61, was born the following year. After the birth of Brad in 1963, William and Jane welcomed son Doug in 1966 and sister Julie in 1969. They raised their family in Springfield, Missouri. While Jane and William kept mostly out of the spotlight, they did occasionally join Pitt on the red carpet. They memorably supported their son and then-partner Jolie at the 2012 Academy Awards. In 2014 they walked the red carpet with Pitt and three of their grandchildren at the premiere of Jolie's film Unbroken - after the actress was unable to attend due to chickenpox. Jane said of 'We're so very proud of Angie. This means so much to our family, especially our grandchildren. We love her dearly.'

Moment boozy Jet2 passengers are hauled off flight for VAPING after plane was forced to turn back one hour into flight
THIS is the moment two yobs sparked an emergency at 30,000ft after vaping in their seats. Families were devastated as the boozed-up thugs rowed with cabin crew and ignored demands from the cockpit to stop smoking. 3 3 There was anger and disbelief at no-frills carrier Jet2 that the two men were 'drunk as skunks' at take-off and allowed on-board. Passengers told The Sun they were knocking back alcohol after the scheduled 5.55am departure was delayed. One of the nicked hooligans was later alleged to be found carrying cocaine and MDMA. An emergency was declared one hour into Jet2's Flight 1577 to Heraklion in Crete on Tuesday morning. The pilots declared an emergency and returned to Stansted airport where police waited to seize the two men. Footage obtained by The Sun shows the moment officers entered the twin-jet Airbus A321 at 9.36am to wild cheers from the rest of the exasperated passengers. Boos can be heard ringing out the cabin and one fed-up woman shouts at the hooligans, one of whom is weaning a back-to-front black baseball cap: 'Get off!' A male passenger bellows, 'Loser!', then adds of the duo: 'F****** b***ends!' Another flyer screams: 'Do not get on a flight if you cannot control your drink!' She adds: 'We love you police - thank you!' Acknowledging the no-frills airline's catchphrase, ' Nothing beats a Jet2 holiday' following the ad campaign starring pop star Jess Glynne, she then quipped: '...And if you want to take a Jet2 holiday!' A source told The Sun: 'Passengers were livid. Everyone was looking forward to the start of the holiday. "The worst scenario is having to turn around and return to the UK after an hour into the flight. 'But there was also anger that the two men were allowed on board, clearly drunk. 'It's ridiculous that they could be so boozed-up so early. The flight was meant to go before 6am but was delayed for over an hour. "That clearly gave these thugs more time to knock back the hard stuff. 'There were lots of kids on the plane and the airline should not allow these lunatics to spoil hard earned holidays.' 'EVERYONE WAS DISTRAUGHT' A passenger added: 'On the flight the duo were so obnoxious. They began vaping, then kicked off when told to stop smoking. 'They couldn't understand or care just how dangerous it was for everyone on the plane. 'The pilots were told what was going on and a cockpit announcement warned that if the pair didn't stop vaping the flight would have to return to the UK. 'The drunk pair ignored the threat and continued being rude to the crew, so we had to return to Stansted. Everyone was distraught and families were a little frightened. It is very unnerving. 'When the police boarded the plane on landing there were cheers for the officers, and abuse for the yobs. I hope they get the book thrown at them. They should be locked up and banned from flying in future.' The gutted holidaymakers were forced to wait until a later service could take them on the four-hour journey to Greece yesterday evening. Jet2 gave passengers a £10 voucher to be redeemed in WHSmith at Stansted. A passenger blasted: 'The guys were so obviously drunk before boarding. They should not have been on the plane. The whole thing could have been avoided if Jet2 had done their job. 'Everyone was furious. Some passengers were only going to Crete for a few days and it took a big chunk out of their holiday. It was such a frustrating experience.' Jet2 is the UK's third biggest scheduled airline offering package and charter flights and based at Leeds Bradford airport. The carrier is the largest tour operator in the UK ahead of Tui. THUG ARRESTED An Essex Police spokesman told The Sun: 'We were called at around 8.40am on Tuesday 5 August to reports of a disruptive passenger on board a flight bound for Greece. 'Officers were alerted to the flight's imminent return to Stansted Airport and detained two passengers for searches. 'One was arrested and taken into custody after a quantity of suspected Class A drugs was found. 'A man, aged in his 20s, from High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, remains in custody for questioning.' The second passenger was detained by cops for a stop and search after leaving the aircraft but not arrested. LIFETIME BAN Last night Jet2 broke their silence to reveal they'd issued a passenger with a life ban. The branded the behaviour "disgraceful" and "aggressive". An airline spokesperson said: "We can confirm that a customer has been issued with a lifetime ban following a catalogue of disgraceful and aggressive behaviour, which led to flight LS1577 from London Stansted to Crete Heraklion having to return to Stansted so that police could offload them. "We would like to thank the police and our crew for their handling of this difficult situation. "As a family friendly airline, we take a zero-tolerance approach to disruptive passenger behaviour and we will fully support the authorities with any subsequent investigation, including prosecutions and pursuing civil proceedings if necessary."

Nell Hudson gives birth! Outlander star welcomes a baby girl with producer husband Max King
Outlander star Nell Hudson has become a mother for the first time after announcing the birth of her daughter, describing the moment as 'the best possible way' to be broken in two. The 34-year-old actress confirmed the news on Instagram on Wednesday, saying she was in awe of all mothers and calling for 'a new word for love' as she revealed she and her new husband Max King have welcomed a daughter. She wrote: 'I can't believe everyone ever was given birth to by a woman and we all just go around like it's normal, 'MOTHERS - I am in awe of all of you. I am broken in two in the best possible way. It's a girl. Need a new word for love.' The emotional words accompanied two intimate photos, including one of the hospital bed - seemingly where she gave birth, with sheets crumpled and medical equipment still in place - and a second close-up of the baby's tiny hand curled on a blanket. Children's book author Lauren Connelly commented: 'Whatever her name is is your new word for love!' While her former Call the Midwife co-star Jennifer Kirby, recently a new mother herself, joked: 'I was like "wait… people do this ALL THE TIME?! MULTIPLE TIMES??" congrats darling.' Nell and Max, a producer and brother of celebrity hair stylist Larry King, tied the knot last month in a small family ceremony. The Worcestershire-born actress wore a ruffled white gown with delicate tulle sleeves and a dramatic tiered A-line skirt. With one hand resting gently on her bump, the bride looked every inch the glowing mum-to-be. Her husband, Max, stood proudly beside her in a classic black double-breasted suit and silver tie. She captioned the post: 'First little look at some wedding pics ❤️ what can I say that hasn't ever been said it really was the best day ever. More to come soon.' It came just three months after Nell revealed that she and Max were planning a 'very tiny family-only wedding before the baby comes'. She said: 'I feel so lucky that my future brother-in-law Larry King will be there and helping me on the day.' Fans and fellow co-stars flocked to the comment section to congratulate the star, with former Call the Midwife co-star Jennifer Kirby joking: 'I was like "wait… people do this ALL THE TIME?! MULTIPLE TIMES??" ❤️ congrats darling x' The couple announced their engagement in March last year while on a romantic getaway in Paris, with a photo of them smiling in front of the Eiffel Tower. Last month's post included credits for her glam team, with makeup by Devon Windsor (@devonmakeupgirl) and hair styled by her new brother-in-law, of course using luxury clip-in extensions by Tatiana Karelina. Nell, who found fame as Laoghaire MacKenzie in the hit Starz series Outlander, has also appeared in ITV's Victoria and Channel 4's The Irregulars. She is the daughter of author Cressida Connolly and stepdaughter of the late journalist A.A. Gill, who died of cancer in 2016.
