BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A comedian and popular TikTok star known for his thick accent and unexpected political takes is coming to Binghamton on Sunday.
Trae Crowder is headlining a comedy show at the Broome County Forum Theatre.
Crowder went viral for his character 'liberal redneck.'
Crowder, a Tennessee native, grew up in a liberal family surrounded by conservatives. In his standup, he discusses modern politics as well as his life experiences from the rural south to sunny suburban California.
Crowder says comedy makes talking about serious issues more palatable.
'If you're stressed out about something and you can find a way to laugh at it or about it or even just laugh about something else entirely, it just makes it easier to stomach. That way if you add a little comedy to your media diet, you won't just be exclusively dooming and glooming all of the time. That's not good for anybody,' said Crowder.
The show will take place at 7 p.m. on Sunday.
Tickets begin at $39. To purchase, click here.
To connect with Crowder, search Trae Crowder on all forms of social media or visit traecrowder.com.

Taylor Swift Sneakily Attended a Wedding With Travis Kelce in a Strapless Blue Dress

This week, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were guests at a backyard wedding in Tennessee and though all eyes were on the bride and groom, some pictures of the famous couple showed them having a romantic evening of their own. The dress code appeared to be summer casual and Swift fit in perfectly in a strapless blue dress with a small flower pattern, structured bodice, and flowing skirt that ended at her ankles. On her feet, she wore tan high-heeled sandals. The Eras Tour star had her hair half up and wore a bracelet and small pieces of jewelry for accessories. Kelce was wearing dress pants and a short-sleeved button-down shirt in brown. In a TikTok shared by creator @laurenelizabethduhhh, Swift and Kelce can be seen seated side-by-side at a long table, watching the newly wedded couple enjoy their first dance. Swift starts swaying to the music and Kelce joins her in a cute shared moment. Since the end of the NFL season in February, Swift and Kelce have been enjoying some quality time together out of the spotlight. This week, they were seen in Florida together, where Swift wore a classic little black dress to their dinner date. Just before the images of their date night started circulating, a source told Us Weekly that the two were keeping a low profile on purpose right now. 'They are making fewer public appearances together because [their relationship] brings too much unwanted attention, but there isn't trouble in paradise,' the insider explained. A second source shared that Swift has been living in both Miami, where Kelce has been training during his offseason, and New York: 'Taylor has been coming and going to Florida and is still spending a lot of her time in NYC.' And it appears she's making some special time for Tennessee.

Travis Kelce Makes Bold Statement to NBA Legend About Taylor Swift Regaining Control of Her Music originally appeared on Parade. fans have dubbed May 30 Swiftie Independence Day after the singer announced she finally regained control of her masters last weekend and purchased her entire music catalog, but there may not be anyone prouder of her than boyfriend . During the Wednesday, June 4 edition of New Heights — the podcast that the Kansas City Chiefs player shares with brother Jason Kelce — he celebrated Swift's major win with guest Shaquille O'Neal. 🎬SIGN UP for Parade's Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox🎬 On a clip from the episode that was shared on TikTok, Shaq says he needs to show the Kelce brothers something before hitting play on Taylor's song "I Knew You Were Trouble," immediately sending Travis into dance mode. Not only did Travis take the opportunity to boogie down, but he also showed his Swift smarts by acknowledging that the version Shaq played was from the original Red album, not the more recently released Taylor's Version. 'Shout out to Tay Tay,' Travis said. 'Just got that song back, too." He continued, "Just bought all her music back. So it's finally hers too man. I appreciate that dog."Fans are swooning over Travis' latest show of very public support for Taylor — something that hasn't always been a given in her past relationships, especially when it came to Joe Alwyn, who once refused to name his favorite song of hers in an interview with British GQ back in 2018. "I love how excited Trav was to say that she just got all her music back," one fan commented on TikTok. Another wrote, "Travis's face when anyone talks about Taylor! I love how much he loves her!" New Photo of Taylor Swift at Intimate Wedding Surfaces on Friday

New Photo of Taylor Swift at Intimate Wedding Surfaces on Friday originally appeared on Athlon Sports. A new photo of Taylor Swift has been circulating on the Internet. This time, at a wedding. The candid photo, originally posted by @paigedoeswhatshewants on TikTok on Friday but was deleted an hour after it was posted, shows Swift having a conversation with two other people wearing a sleeveless baby blue midi dress with pink flowers and a pair of brown wedges. Her wavy hair was worn down and she seemed to be wearing a simple gold bracelet on her wrist. The creator who posted the photo put the 35-year-old singer's song "So High School" in the background, which is the 22nd song from her latest album "The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology." "not taylor swift being at my friends friends cousins wedding..." the creator wrote. Though the "You Need to Calm Down" singer has been trying to keep a relatively low profile since the end of her "Eras Tour" in December 2024 and after her boyfriend, tight end Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs lost the Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles in February, she has been spotted quite frequently these past couple of weeks. On Wednesday evening, the couple was seen enjoying a dinner date at Buccan in Palm Beach, with Swift wearing a black mini dress and a pair of nude wedges. Then on May 23, they were spotted eating together at Harry's Bar and Restaurant, sitting side-by-side in a booth and enjoying their night. Last Friday, the singer revealed that she purchased the rights to her first six albums: her self-titled debut, "Fearless," "Speak Now," "Red," "1989" and "Reputation." This means that the 35-year-old singer owns every single recording, music video, concert film and the art that comes with it. "All of the music I've ever belongs to me," the singer wrote in a letter that's published on her website. "Every single era. My entire life's work." Amid the exciting news of Swift's major announcement, this photo quickly sparked conversation among fans. Though details about the event remain limited, the image alone was enough to set social media story was originally reported by Athlon Sports on Jun 7, 2025, where it first appeared.
